Great customer service. Raul explained every single detail of the product with me and drove me during the whole process. Product quality is not bad but I am pretty sure they can do better.
Very professional service manufacturing, selling and installing sheds. They are also a wonderful company to work with. 10/10 would recommend Superior Sheds. They take pride in what they do, and stand behind the service + product they provide.
Terrible service, I bought a house 3 years ago and now I went to ask for the NOA (the construction plans) to be able to get the permit from the county and they tell me they dont have them, that they dumped them, that I have to hire an engineer to make the plans .
After shopping around for a shed for my backyard I was referred to Superior Sheds. I highly recommend everyone to check them out. Great quality sheds for excellent price. Absolutely great service... go see Jose Vicente.

Would like the owner to please provide contact information. Placed an order the first week of July and was told it would take 2 weeks. Was called and told shed was ready only to find out upon arrival to your location the shed was not there. All we keep getting is apologies and here we are half way through August still waiting. Unacceptable, poor communication and not reliable.

Terrible service, they do not answer the phone, they do not know how to tell me when my shed will arrive, I have been waiting for more than 5 weeks, they do not return my call, I cannot cancel the order because they keep 20%, which would be more than 500,I do not recommend not at all the worst
If you value your money do not spend it here because the majority of the sheds come damaged with holes and the sales rep will never tell you the hidden fees

This was my third stop nice looking shed place but poor construction, I went with my friend a contractor and he laughed at the week construction in these buildings. i went next door and found what i was looking for at the shed depot!!!

I called because the shed had rotten wood from the outside. They sent an employee to change the wood and he arrived saying that it was painted that he had lost the warranty, we showed him a paper that he had inside that said that he had to paint it and seal it or he would lose the warranty. Then he saw it had tools inside and said that if it had modifications it lost the warranty. He said that removing the wood could break the shed wall on the outside. So what did it come for?Who who buys a shed does not put a floor or some wood to store?When I bought it there was no problem. But this experience to fix the table (which was not fixed) was terrible. The employee who was sent could not be worse. You know, if you buy a shed, think that you cannot touch it or lose the warranty.
My name is Miriam Fernandez I bought a shed 4-16-2016. Of the size 10 x10 and they sent me an 8x10 I accepted to weigh that it was not what I wanted and they adjusted the value to me but NOW that only 5 months have passed they have come despite that the seller told me that he used treated wood and that the guarantee was for 15 years Now tell me what can be said I say they do not comply with what they promote
I was attended by Mr. Raul and they were very compliant, they even went ahead to the delivery date and everything was fine, we also delyveri boys very kind and good people. Thanks

2022-03-08Raul Sales Manager that helped me was educated in his product . He had patience throughout the whole process which was awesome ! The installers were helpful to get the shed in my backyard with a big crane which was shocking to see . Thank you !

2021-03-28If you are trying to protect your belongings in the hot S. Florida weather, I suggest you look elsewhere. Full disclosure: I personally insulated my shed after receiving. The nerve of me adding insulation on my own property after spending over $3000. The door came with a defect and it was reported three weeks after delivery. I was told by the agent, I would need to pay a $75 service fee for a site check and cost for repair if needed. Instead of trying to make things right after receiving a defective product Im told the warranty is voided due to the alteration. Let be real here, insulation has nothing to do with defective doors or leveling issues, and I was being penalized based on a technicality. When we are on the subject, why does a place that specializes in shed not offer insulation as a service? Some of the other issues I encountered were it took almost eight weeks for the shed to be ready, dimensions were off on certain sides, and terrible customer service. As a consumer consider beforehand if this is an experience you want to risk encountering.

2019-11-05I bought my shed there couples years ago and just posting now. Very excellent company for sheds. Very helpful,variety of sheds to your liking,great price,delivery on time and when I was late on a payment or 2 they worked with me. Very understanding and trustworthy company. Highly recommend!!!!

2019-10-08Raul is amazing!!! He took care of my parents who bought a 12x24. Raul is very progressional, knowledgable, approachable, and honest. He make sure you feel and understand everything about the process, he even went out of his way to help with the permit process. I will definitely recommend Raul to all my friends for a shed. 2022-01-08I ordered a shed back in July of 2021 I was told the shed would be complete by October. No call no nothing then December still no shed no information so I ask for a refund now we are in January no refund and no one answers the phone I’m going to dispute the charge

2019-10-07Raul was the representative who helped me. He was very kind and usefully when I was trying to by a shed without time to go there and see them. He sent me pictures and was so in care of my needs. Hopefully I will buy the shed next month!!!

2018-07-17I am giving one star because I can’t review without a star. I had horrible experience from day 1. I purchased my shed on June 9th, 2018 from Jose Cantisano. I was told my shed would be delivered by July 9th as I had it custom made. So July 9th came around and no one called me for delivery instructions. I called the office and spoke to Jose (the dispatcher) and he stated no shed was delivered to their site. I was told I would get a call back and he called me back the following morning to tell me that the shed would be delivered on July 12 between the hours of 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm. I said ok. Not even 40 minutes passed and received another call from him stating the shed would not be delivered on the 12 which was the following day because supposedly the machine at their company broke. He stated he really didn’t know when my shed was going to be ready.I called corporate and spoke to Michael Claiton and explained my situation. He stated he will call me back which he never did. He had Raul the general manager at the hialeah lot call me. Raul gave me the nee date of July 17 between the hours of 12:30 and 1:30 pm, which is today. So the shed arrived and when it was time to pay off the balance, their paperwork had a different balance which it had whiteout on it trying to charge me $60 extra. Not only did they try to change the price and try to slide by with putting whiteout but when I look at my signature, they had done a copy of my signature and pasted it on their original document. We all know this not legal. I was able to speak to Jeff because he came with the installers which supposedly is the main guy in the company but all he said was “I’m sorry”. Sorry for me is not enough ! How do I know they will not used my signature for something else. What they did was FRAUD ! I took a picture of all the evidence and I will be contacting my attorney.
