Jake is an excellent buyers agent - helpful with learning different neighborhoods in the area & knowledgeable on all the procedures. A great eye for detail too - I felt totally confident face-timing some home tours.

Buying/Selling can be a very stressful time. However, Maria and John Hoffman, the entire Tampa Home Group, makes the process easier every step. The market is constantly changing, and I know Tampa Home Group is up to date to help me make the right decisions. I bought and sold Tampa Home Group 2 times; each scenario would not trust any other realtors in the Tampa area!
John, Maria and Tania were all friends of mine prior to me buying and selling a house, and I feel like were even better friends now after going through this 6-month process. My previous home sold very quickly and I felt the whole process was extremely smooth (they also represented the buyers of my home, so that made it even easier). I spent quite a bit of time interviewing agents for the sale of our downtown Tampa condo. Not only did Maria meet all the needs, but she added things I hadnt thought of, but could immediately see value in. After signing the contract with Maria and John to sell our condo, we were updated regularly, and, while it only took 6 days to get a contract(!), the team helped us every step of the way. Buying a home from outside the area can be daunting but they were the only group willing to meet in person vs online and on our schedule when we came to the area. 2022-02-10I had the good fortune to work with John and Maria Hoffman for the sale of my home. Never having been through this process before, John literally did the hard work for me every step of the way. If something needed to be done with my home, he not only recommended, but also hired, the right person to do the work for me. I felt they “held my hand” throughout the entire process, start to finish. Those who were familiar with selling and buying homes even remarked to me that they had never encountered any realtor more attentive and more helpful than John and Maria. The service I feel I was given was above and beyond anything I could have ever dreamed. The sale of my home was a difficult decision for me but made much easier because I worked with them. 2022-02-03I have had a few property management companies and none compare to the quality of service I received from Hoffman real estate. Jeanette was especially helpful though out the time I had the property rented.They found higher quality tenants and all Communications went through them on their portal. I never had to deal with the tenants as they handled everything with a great team of contractors. Don’t hesitate to call them if your are leasing or selling your property!

2021-09-26I would work with John again a million times over. This was my first time selling my home, and John and Maria were recommended to me from someone I trusted. I was in good hands from start to finish. Every question I had was answered and the attention to detail was what impressed me the most throughout the process. I sold my home during a good market, and I took my time to meet with quite a few realtors before choosing who I wanted to do business with. John took the time to explain why (even in a good market) it was necessary to properly stage the home, put in the extra work, and go about things the right way. I really valued working with someone with such integrity, and that translated to everyone at Tampa Home Group. I cant say enough good things about this agency.
