Jenn was the first Realtor we used for our investing needs in Florida and we were glad we partnered with her. She went over and beyond to make sure we found the perfect investment condo. Jenn spent ample time with us and was always friendly and well prepaid for our showings. After showing us 7 properties we finally found the perfect condo right on the beach. When the Mortgage companies said we couldnt buy this condo God said we could! Jenn showed nothing but patience through the hole buying process as we learned the Florida market. I cant wait to buy another property so we can work together again!
When I met Jenn, I was extremely nervous about selling my home which became a rental property several years ago. I did not have the experience selling anything of this magnitude. Nor did I know where to even begin. Jenn answered my questions openly and honestly. Having been in this industry for a long time, she was knowledgeable about the area and the entire process from the beginning to end. When she told me not to worry, she would take care of me, she really did. I had spoken to family and friends who stated their homes had been on the market for 8-12 months. My house went on the market and we had an offer within a few days and closed a week later. I would recommend Jenn to anyone with a need to either buy or sell. She is amazing!
Jenn Cook was our agent for buying our new condo in So. Pasadena this past March. She is a true professional who assisted our every need. She is tenacious in her ability to listen to our very rigid requirements and match them to the homes we were shown. She did her homework and wasted no time in finding the right properties to show. Several months ago, Jenn Cook listed and sold one of my rental properties. Jenn made the entire process easy and stress-free. The unique thing about Jenn, is that she is so accessible. Jenn helped us sell our house on Meadow Drive. We had an issue with the power going out and the sprinklers not reset. They were going off at 3 a.m. or so and we received a fine. It took a while to get to us in NC because no one was living in the home in Tampa where the citation was originally sent. Long story short, Bahia took responsibility for the citation and paid it. Except Tampa bureaucracy lost it so I received a notice to appear in court. Needless to say I was shocked. Jen sprung into action. Found out the water company mis-placed the payment and she went to the court house and paid a fine and had the court appearance rescinded. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Well above and beyond. That same consistency and excellence was displayed as she helped us sell the house. I would recommended her to everyone.

2016-01-14I met Jenn Cook in 2008 when I was interested in purchasing a vacation/retirement home in the Clearwater area. I was browsing for possible home and chose Jenn because of the clear and professional presentation of her website. When we finally met in person, Jenn was prepared with multiple potential homes that met my needs. We finally purchased a home and the assistance I received during the closing was invaluable given that I am Canadian and not familiar with the laws of Florida.I was so pleased with Jenns service that I purchased an investment/rental property through her.Since then, we have been close friends and keep constantly in contact with our families.Jenn is a wonderful person and an exemplary professional

2018-08-30I have had the pleasure of working with this amazing lady in the past. My husband and I sought her assistance in homebuying since we had no previous experience with this process. She helped us find a great home. When it was time to find a new home, we wanted to work with her again and she didnt disappoint. She is very professional, goes above and beyond for her costumers, and puts great effort in making the entire experience as pleasant as can be. 2018-07-21In 2012 my family and I transferred with my job to the Tampa Bay area. As we were new to the region we knew no one and were unfamiliar with the area. We were also interested in purchasing a home and since it would be our first we were inexperienced with the buying process. We made contact with a few realtors including Jenn and after a while we scheduled a meeting to view some properties. Since we had no idea what we were doing we were initially nervous and apprehensive about working with a realtor; however, within minutes after meeting Jenn we knew she was the one for us. We were very impressed by her calming demeanor, confidence, knowledge of the Tampa Bay area, and insight into the real estate market and business. After our first day of viewing properties we found our home and closed shortly thereafter. Jenn was there with us throughout the entire process.Fast forward 6.5 years; my family and I were transferring once again and away from the area so we decided to sell our beloved home. During our time in Tampa we had several other friends who were realtors but we knew we wanted Jenn to guide us through the sale of our home. I met with her and explained our situation and shortly thereafter she had developed a selling strategy and marketing plan. A short time later our home was sold and we made a nice profit from our investment. 2017-03-30Working with Jenn Cook was the most pleasurable experience. This was my first home and Ive heard horror stories about the process. None of this happened to me with Jenn. She listened to our requests and truely went above and beyond to find us the perfect first home. She made sure we didnt just settle and worked amazingly with the sellers to get us the best deal possible. She was quick, responsive, and made the experience fun and exciting. We started shopping in January and are already happily settled in our new home as of a week ago. Jenn is DEFINITELY who I will be calling should I ever need to move again.

2015-09-01My Wife and I had the pleasure to meet and work with Jenn Cooke from BAHIA Real Estate about 2 1/2 years ago. Were from New England (Boston) and were in the market for a winter home in Florida. Well Jenn took the bull by the horns and worked tirelessly to help us achieve that goal. 2017-09-25Jenn has been a lifesaver helping us sell our home at a very difficult time in our lives. She handled all the paperwork; kept myself and my ex-wife in constant communication; kept us informed about the market on our house; the buyers; and any other important documents that needed to be handled in our situation. Basically she help us avoid a foreclosure during a very bad divorce my ex-wife and I were going through. And she got the house sold at the price we both wanted it sold at. She always had the highest level of clientele looking at our house. We had so many walk-in’s and open houses, many repeat viewers. I probably could have sold the house for more. We had a buyer in less than a month. Jenn was great and will work with you in any situation that you may be in. Whether it’s just a normal buy and sell or under special circumstances, she is the one.
