I just want to take a moment and thank Tarlan for all the work he did in getting my new property to close for me. We have seen so many homes together but he was always patient and remind me that I have to feel the home before decide to make an offer. Texts, calls, emails always positive and always cheerful. Always prompt, accurate and friendly, he is a great human and terrific realtor to represent you! This isnt always true for Realtors I have dealt with in the past. If ever again myself or any of my friends is in need for a real estate professional, Tarlan is the number one person to call!

When we were given a contact by Tarlan Mammadova, at that time it was already our 5th realtor, I thought that again I would not be able to buy anything. Since everyone told us the same thing, there is not enough income, wait for your income to increase. But as soon as we got to know Tarlan and told him our possibilities and preferences, on the same evening we were sent variants of houses, of which we left 4. Tarlan immediately contacted both the agents and the owners of the houses and began to discuss all the details. An inspection was immediately planned and we went, chose 2 options. Tarlan immediately contacted agents and sellers and began to dissuade the terms of the deal. And lo and behold, with the help of professionalism, speed and skill we managed to make an offer, and the owner accepted our offer. Then he even negotiated with HOA, found us an insurance company, sent all the quotations, found craftsmen to complete the stairs. And after only a month, we salted into our house. What they could not even dream of. I highly recommend Tarlan to you, as though a young, but very competent specialist, fast work, competent selection of specialists, communication skills, literacy and attention. We are very happy. 2022-02-01Tarlan is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with - he is very professional and highly organized. He went out of his way to make sure the entire purchase process was as smooth as possible; from searching for a property, to gathering necessary documentation, to closing process and beyond. 2021-08-04I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Tarlan, I’m so happy we had him as a realtor!!! He has all of the qualities you want in a realtor a then some: NOT pushy. He made sure we were never agreeing to something we were uncomfortable with and let us take our time to consider what we wanted. He was Super responsive and would immediately text us back or call us if we needed anything. Tarlan is also very well connected to the community and had excellent recommendations for loan providers, lawyers, and inspectors. I am a very skeptical person and Tarlan is so honest person, I knew we could trust him throughout the process. We had so many dumb questions that were not Tarlans responsibility to answer, but he always helped or pointed us in the right direction. And finally he’s got such an amazing DEAL FOR US! And saved more than $25k for us!!! He always made sure we were informed and would push for our best interest. We told him what we wanted and he brought the results, hes Miami’s SUPER STAR!! 2021-08-04I recently purchased property in Aventura, Florida. Tarlan was recommended to me by my brother. From the very first phone call and appointment, Tarlan ensured to provide excellent service to me as a buyer. I had an idea of what I wanted, but needed somebody local and with expertise in real estate to guide me and support me in finding the place and through the transaction. Tarlan was easy to work with, as he was very attentive, organized and did his best to understand exactly what my needs were. He did his best to schedule appointments timely and was available to ask questions and make suggestions. When the offer was accepted, he ensured that all parties met the milestones in the timeline and the transaction go smoothly. He did his best to fully and properly represent muy interests as a buyer while keeping all parties happy. I would definitely recommend Tarlan to all my friends and family.
