Buying a home during this pandemic presented challenges to us, but not to Teris Team. Eric was able to show us all the houses we wanted, confirming appointments immediately upon request and lining up the showings. He was always on top of everything. We interviewed 3 realtors when we decided to sell our house. Teri was by far the best choice. Right away, we could see how knowledgeable and experienced she is. Her confidence and energy is why we chose her to be our realtor, I also liked that she wanted the home to have pictures of the family displayed as she said this made the house feel like a home. Most realtors tell you to put away all personal photos.She and her son, Eric did a fantastic job helping us prepare for the pictures and video shoot, both of which turned out beautifully. I chose Teri Arbogast and her team solely based on reputation. I live in Davie and needed her expertise to help me sell my property in Plantation. It was a home that was built in 1970 and in its day it was one of the most magnificent homes on West Tropical Way. This home needed someone that could envision the potential that it had to offer again. Her knowledge of the Davie, Soutwest Ranches and Weston areas is well known. I relied on her to use her resources to help me in Plantation. Her photographer was excellent. The aerial photography of the property and the pictures that were taken inside the house created a perfect representation of what the property had to offer. The results were immediate. Our first offers came within the first couple of weeks of the listing. Teri, Scott, and her team were in contact with me a minimum of once a week which kept me up to speed with everything that was going on. I was notified well in advance of all showings which enabled me to make sure that everything was in perfect order before they took place. This proved to be invaluable on one occasion. My front air conditioner had a problem on a Friday afternoon. We had a showing scheduled for Saturday morning. I called Teri to delay the showing. She had me call her associate Scott who was showing the house that day. Scott had an AC company out to the house within two hours and resolved the problem by seven oclock that evening. The showing was not delayed and there was no charge for an after hours / weekend call. The Teri Arbogast team can do it all. That showing resulted in the sale of the property. Teri and her team are spot on when it comes to the valuation of property. We discussed the listing price and her price point was spot on. 2022-04-27I am Canadian and found The Teri Arbogast Team on Google. I was referred to Kathy Martins and in our first meeting I was impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. She explained the process and did a thorough walk through of the property with us. She gave us tips and guidelines of what to do to prepare the listing. We felt that we were in good hands for when we would return to Canada. Kathy was amazing and we received multiple offers within the first week.
