Laurie and Terry went above and beyond to help us sell our house. They spent weekend hours to make sure our house passed inspection. They gave excellent advice on what to invest money in for repairs to make the sale. Once they listed our house it was sold in a week, for only 5K less than asking price. My girlfriend Nancy and I just closed on a house in Cape Coral. Our agent was Laurie Carlson and her husband Terry. They are a great team. Laurie helped us along during the whole process of buying the home. I was only able to spend a few days looking do to work back in Va. When I got to town she was ready. The first weekend we didnt find anything, but Laurie had a much better idea of what we wear looking for. We came back 3 weeks later and and the first house Lauriie showed us was exactly what we were looking for. Laurie made buying a house easy for us. Laurie and Terry are amazing! If I could give more stars, I would. Im in the process of buying my first home , and I couldnt have made it this far without Laurie. She has been there every step of the way for me. No matter what , from a simple question , to me having a complete anxiety attack! Both Laurie and Terry have explained everything to me in terms I could understand. They truly care about the client, and dont just look at you like a dollar sign. Terry was great to work with! Very professional, knowledgeable about the area, and able to narrow down the options to exactly what we were looking for to find us a great home. He was great to deal with remotely, as we were out of state, and made several visits back to handle things as needed. That being said, they are passionate about what they do and the client experience. 2021-10-09Laurie and Terry Carlson helped represent my husband and I as a buyers agent in Winter Garden, FL. 2021-05-29We were moving to Cape Coral from Virginia, knew very little about the area outside of what we had read. Guess we got lucky, I picked Terry from a list online because we liked their reviews and they looked friendly! From our first phone call, he picked right up, I knew we had found our Realtor. He was friendly, informative and went above and beyond to set us up on a search even though we were still in the process of selling in Virginia. Once that was completed and we came to Cape Coral Terry was wonderful! We put an offer on a house, were accepted within 24 hours, and closed in a matter of a few weeks. The inspectors he helped recommend were very thorough. Terry stayed in constant contact with us during the process, always responded to questions almost immediately. Always upbeat, positive, great attitude. Would definately use him again, he was very easy to work with. We love our new home, thanks Terry!

2020-10-13I was referred to Laurie and Terry from a friend who was very pleased with their service. I messaged Laurie and wanted to see a house the same day I initiated contact and Laurie made time to make it happen. The whole process of first time home buying was quick and smooth. I have a family of seven with very specific needs and still the experience was relatively easy for us. We found a perfect home and Laurie was on top of everything from the first step until closing. She and Terry were never unavailable to us and kept us up to speed along the way. They are very professional but still very personable which makes the process less stressful. 2020-12-17We could not be happier with Terry and Laurie as our realtors when selling our first home. Throughout the entire process, they were thoroughly professional, always responsive/available, and just an absolute delight to work with. They knew the area well enough that we were able to correctly price the home, even though inventory was scarce and other realtors were at a loss when trying to find comps. The photographer they work with is so amazing, and their digital marketing so good, that we got a full-price offer within a few hours of the listing going live online. Highly recommend!
