Deena and her team were amazing. I am in the mortgage business and would recommend Deena and her team any time. She is experienced and guides you in the right direction. She scheduled many open houses with members of her team with success. She also accommodated our schedule through out the entire process. She walked our house and gave us suggestion on how to get our home ready to sell.I had a situation where I was selling my current home to buy a foreclosure from Fannie Mae and I am not easy to deal with. The bank is not either, because she worked for Fannie previously and has a lot of experience with them, Deena knew exactly what we needed to do.I kept both transactions with her team because they were very professional, came through, and had our backs through each transaction.If you are looking to buy or sell, then the Carvajal team is who you want. We are currently recommending them to anyone we know who is looking to sell or buy a house. It is so hard these days to find people who will do right by you, this is definitely the right company. As I said, I work for a mortgage company and will recommend them to people who ask. Thank you Deena and Thomas for not only selling our house, but putting us in our forever home.
Deena, Jim and Eddie did a great job connecting me with a qualified tenant, and they were extremely knowledgeable and attentive to details. Can’t imagine trying to find a tenant without their help - highly recommend this great group of professionals!
I was new to the home buying Decision. But working with Jim and Deena personally On what home to buy what to look for made it easier for us to the side and they have been a great help From beginning to end. And if I ever decide to sell and re buy I will definitely use their services again.

Do you want to guess what’s going on with your home sale or purchase? Have to constantly ask questions because your realtor (and an entire team) won’t proactively communicate with you? Want to sit there every night and wonder if you are actually getting proper representation? Then maybe these folks are the right realty agency for you! It’s sad. We interviewed 3 realtors and felt really good about hiring Carvajal. But, they are merely reactive rather than proactive agents. Extremely passive. It saddens me to have to put this in writing, but I feel this needs to be pointed out to potential customers. Mind you, right down to the closing, I had to text the agents to find out what was happening! Every day was a new day to ask “What the h*ll is going on?” Right up to the closing - Did the buyers’ walk-through go OK - I had to ask since no one said anything of course? We didn’t know, they never said. The next day, closing day, I finally had to text and ask is everything going forward??? Why should we be proactively be informed about that, right? Yes they said and also promised to “follow up” with the title company “shortly after” the 2 p.m. close where the buyers were signing (that was at 11:53 a.m. today). No word back of course - 2 p.m. came and went and so at 4:53 p.m. I had to yet again text and ask if everything was done or not. “Yes everything is completed,” was the reply. It’s like slowly, painfully pulling teeth. I WOULD NOT WISH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE ON ANY ONE. Particularly given how stressful selling a home and buying a home are - in fact we fired them from the buying transaction that were sort of working on with similar enthusiasm a month ago. That’s how bad things were. In short, I CANNOT (and will never) recommend The Carvajal Group. Again, it’s so unfortunate, but they were paid good money for what I see as disservice. As some proof, I’m attaching a picture of today’s communication I referenced.

2022-04-09The Carvajal group have been an absolute pleasure to work with! They assisted with our first FL rental and now in purchasing our first FL home. Jim is responsive and knowledgeable with the Orlando area. He has contacts and vendors for all household needs. This is the first time, I have purchased a property without using an attorney. When we were nervous and unsure, he made reasonable and comforting suggestions. He has been professional all along the way yet seems like family. I highly recommend the Carvajal group for all of your real estate needs! I felt like valet service. Thank you, Jim, Deena, and Eddie.

2021-09-08Joanna and Eddie were a pleasure to work with to help us find our new home! Anything that we needed or had questions about was dealt with smoothly and in excellent timing. Eddie even gave us a tour of our new neighborhood and filled us in on some of the community events that we can enjoy while we’re in Avalon Park. To date, this is the easiest move I’ve ever had thanks to the Carvajal Rental Group. Thank you for all that you do! You will not regret working with them to find your new home! 10/10 recommend.

2021-07-28My Husband and I worked multiple times with The Carvajal Group and their team. When my Husband was relocated for work out of state in 2019, we decided to rent our family home that we loved and had enjoyed for years. Jim Carvajal and his team were diligent to get our property ready for rent and to place responsible tenants who not only took great pride in our house but also paid the rent on time every month. During the times when our property needed repairs, Jim and his team made sure they were scheduled and met the vendors at the property to ensure the repairs was completed to satisfation for our tenants followed by reporting back to us immediately so our minds could be at ease. Being an absentee owner is not easy but Jim followed through on everything he promised and beyond.In April of 2021 when the lease ended with our tenants, my Husband and I decided to sell our property and thus we began our communication with Deena Carvajal and her team. Deena and Jim worked tirelessly 7 days a week to make sure our house was ready to be placed on the market for sale. I have nothing but praise for the knowledge, patience, professionalism and expertise of Deena Carvajal and her team in selling our home. This was a challenging sale but Deena worked diligently to help solve each challenge one by one. She helped us set a fair price, ran open houses, kept all the listing sites updated and had amazing drone pictures and video done. 2021-08-13I currently rent with the Carvajal Group. They are extremely friendly, upfront, and make everything convenient. Eddie, Jim, and Joanna stayed in contact with me though the whole application process and answered any questions I had. Now as a tenant they are still extremely helpful, always available and stay on top of everything. I wish I could give more then five stars
