I dealt with a quite a few realtors. Anthony is more of a friend now. He cares and hes honest. He makes u feel like its a fun experience looking for a home. I had bad experiences many times before. It was a pleasure meeting him. We now live here and made a friend, thank u Anthony.
If you are looking for a home in the Cape Coral area you should really consider Luxury Properties. Anthony went above and beyond to help my husband and I to find a home that met our needs. I provided him a list of about 20 properties and my requirements and he was able to provide me with additional information that allowed us to cut it down to 10 homes. When we traveled to Florida he had taken the time to setup viewings and scheduled our higher priorities first. He was very quick to send in the forms for the bid on the house we decided on. There were 4 bids for the same amount and because he had submitted it so quickly and also had spoken personally to the sellers realtor our bid was the one selected! We wanted a house on a canal but were concerned with the location of the home and Anthony took the time to take us out by boat so we could see what the travel time for the canal would be!! When the mortgage company I was working with upped the rate by 1% he helped us fine a company that honored the original rate we had been quoted. Every step of the way when we were panicking he was able to calm us and ensure everything went smoothly. He helped us setup the inspector and was at the house during the inspection. His company gave us a list of contacts/URLs to setup maintenance for Lawn and Pool and links for converting the water and electric - etc. When my insurance company wanted to inspect the house and my husband and I were not available Anthony meet the inspector for us. I could go on and on with everything he has helped us with. You cant go wrong with using this company!
Anthony was extremely professional and easy to work with. He not only got us a great deal on our new home, but got our existing home sold in 1 day at the full asking price. It was incredible!!!
My wife and I are from Massachusetts and we were interested in purchasing a piece of property in Cape Coral, Florida. No high pressure sales tactics and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He made several videos of different properties for us that we had inquired about and ultimately went with a house instead of a condo. After approximately 25 years in law enforcement I tend to be a bit wary of people that I dont know...I just had this feeling about Anthony that he could be trusted so much so that I ended up buying a $420,000 house without even seeing it in person! 2022-05-07Buying real estate in Cape Coral aka Southwest Florida at the present moment is near impossible! Frankly I was concerned especially when moving from Arizona and not knowing anybody here. Luckily I got introduced to Anthony by my brother who moved her and used him and spoke very highly of Anthony so without hesitation I connected with Anthony over the phone and when I came out to Cape Coral he invited me on his boat and took me around the canals and we talked about what I wanted Im not going to lie it was a tough start we kept losing condos and houses but as we did Anthony assured me its going to work out God will provide. I was not really thrilled about the houses we lost so it wasnt a big deal...but I was worried when I found one I loved. How the heck were we going to get it without me overpaying and not getting tangled up in a bidding war??? Well he found me the perfect Cape Coral Florida Condo total bachelor pad setup just like I wanted and the best part is we GOT IT and I didnt get tangled up in a bidding war. This guy knows his stuff. He was able to work some magic with the listing agent and got us to beat everybody else out without causing a bidding war. He uses very smart negotiation tactics to get the job done. If youre worried about moving here and having the stress of not being able to get a home just call Anthony Aires and he and his team will make sure you get what you want without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this guy. In fact, he has become our family realtor. He just helped my sister in law too, thats how much our family trusts him and my parents are next they are coming here and using Anthony too so they can buy a home in Cape Coral. Just give this a call and you wont be disappointed.

2022-05-11Honestly I didnt believe it until I signed the paperwork at closing that Anthony was able to get us an insane amount over the ZESTIMATE for our home! Most people will argue and say that the hot real estate market contributed to that, and my response is that EXECUTION is EVERYTHING. Just because youre going downhill with a tail wind doesnt mean youll make it to the bottom of the hill. With Anthony you get the precise competent execution. Thats because this guy has built and sold 3 different companies...how many real estate agents do you know that have done that in their life? I only know one, and thats Anthony Aires. Just know him and his team are 100% capable of the execution you need in negotiations, marketing, paperwork, working through challenges, photography, videography, drone footage, suggestions to get the most out of your home etc. etc. Let me be clear, in the sale or purchase of a home a lot of issues will come up and you need to make sure you hire someone like Anthony Aires and his team because with their 20+ years of experience they know how to handle it and overcome those challenges that can cause you to lose sleep at night. With that being said do not go it alone and make a huge financial mistake just hire the best in town for your Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, or Naples real estate transaction so you can be assured the job will get done. And by the way this guy almost answers every call and if he cant he calls back right away... not too many people are doing that in this day and age. Youll be happy with Anthony Aires and his team when you make them a part of your real estate transaction.

He goes the extra mile constantly as in the following: our car broke down he very quickly helped out, he offered to help move a piece of heavy exercise equipment, and he helped us to find a qualified handyman to make sure our house was in tip top shape. 2021-08-21Anthony and his team were great to work with! Very professional. The photos were wonderful. He sold the condo well above asking in less than 72 hours. He kept in contact and made sure we were informed of the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone. If you want the best choose Anthony!

2021-06-08I have to be honest I was hesitant in hiring a realtor to sell my house because I havent always had a great experience. But when I saw a video of Anthony on Facebook there was something special about him I cant explain it but I called him and set up an appointment for him to tell me how he could help me. When he came to my house he spent almost 2 hours explaining all the differences between him and other realtors and he did this without any pressure. I felt confident in him and what he could do for me. And he executed on everything he promised. He put my house under agreement in 72 hours and he got me over the asking price and the best part without one ounce of stress. The transaction went so smoothly it was weird when I didnt hear from him, because in the past I was used to hearing about problems through my previous real estate transactions but not this time. We got to closing and he sold my house to a beautiful family from Chicago. If you want to work with a realtor who is ethical and honest and really does everything he promises he is going to do, Anthony is your man. He is now our family realtor. Ive recommended him to all my brothers and sisters and theyre all excited to work with him. Anthony is your man if you want to sell your house without any problems.

2021-08-31Anthony Gomes made selling our home and purchasing our new home such an easy process for our family. Anthony treated us like family and was there for the entire process. I was deployed throughout most of the process and was kept informed by text and emails. When Anthony or his team knew something they shared it with us immediately. It felt good to be involved and when we had questions they were explained until we had a good understanding of the process. I strongly recommend Anthony and his team and will always refer my friends and family to them.

2021-06-07FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH FOR THIS MAN!!!! Anthony, was able to get us the exact house we wanted after we lost it by trying to go through directly to the listing agent. We thought it would give us a better chance but NO the listing agent wasn’t looking out for us he was looking out for the seller. So I contacted Anthony and he asked me if I was sure this was the house I really wanted because he would get it for me, and I said yes. So he went to work rolled up his sleeves and in this IMPOSSIBLE market of multiple bids and only cash offers winning he got us the house. Another obstacle was that we were financing the deal and if that wasn’t challenging enough for him to get the seller and agent on board with that…. we were doing this deal from 1300 miles away! This guy is amazing! He picked up the phone every time I called him. He never eluded me and faced all problems and challenges we had head on and got them all solved. He even took me out on his boat to the house so we could see what the boat ride would be like. NO JOKE. Dont mess around with other realtors just work with Anthony he will far supercede your expectations and get the job done for you and your family. I highly recommend working with him, and will do so again, along with recommend him to all my family members.

2021-04-05Just bought a great property in Naples thanks to Anthony’s expertise in a sellers market. He researched all available properties and was able to negotiate a very fast contract and closing. Anthony responded to all issues that came up and resolved them in a professional way. Would definitely recommend him.

2022-01-27This is the second time Ive used Anthony to help me sell my properties and this guy is just incredible. Unlike other realtors he actually uses target internet marketing to create a buyer bidding war event and boy let me tell you he got me a record sale in my condo community and to this day its still the highest sale in my condo community. The guy is an internet market whiz he targeted the right audience on Facebook, Google, and Youtube and created a frenzy for my place that got me an insane sale price that I never thought was possible. This guy is good if you have to sell property dont waste your time with the other realtors in town because you wont get the same results as you will with Anthony. He can do the same for you, its like he takes on the sale as if it was his own home and he really cares every step of the way all he wants to do is remove the stress so its easy peasy for you. Hes worth every single penny. In fact he tries to make up for his fees by getting you more money than you expect. Now thats awesome in my book. 2021-06-19Anthony helped us find a home in Cape Coral. We looked at about 18 homes or so in the Cape, Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. This was done over several months as we were from out of town. He also did about a half dozen or more video tours both live and YouTube.We put bids on multiple properties and came up in 2nd quite a few times so it was as a learning experience for me how competitive the market is due to Covid. We finally found a home that did not have as much competition from other buyers and our offer was accepted.Anthony is not high pressure when it comes to looking at houses or putting in an offer which I like. Anthony helped us throughout the entire time and continues to help me post sale. He believes in building relationships which can take years to develop and that is how we met. Somewhere along the line I signed up for his newsletter and we talked a couple of times over the course of a year or two and when we were ready to look at homes we decided to go with Anthony.He will offer advice if you ask for it but as I said he is not pushy. I’ve learned a lot about Cape Coral from Anthony and soon I’ll be able to call it home.
