Being from Southern California, we were hesitant to showings and tours due to Covid, but the Kendall Bonner Team made us feel extremely comfortable and understood by accommodating to our safety concerns. As a first time buyer it was scary not knowing what we were getting into, but everyone on staff from the receptionist to our agent, helped us find the home of our dreams. Working with the team here has been a great experience. The agents are very responsive with a Transaction Coordinator who is an expert at the buying and selling process. Pretty much eliminating most issues you experience with one person taking the entire load. From understanding the contracts, the buying/selling process, and even their clients, they have it down. My 24 year old son just purchased his first home. Wesley Lamb with the Kendall Bonner Team did an excellent job showing Dalton properties, submitting a few offers, going through the inspection process, steering him clear of a home that had major unforeseen issues and finally getting the right home to closing.Wesley is exactly what I feel a realtor should be. We love this team and Lilliana was great to work with. We were some tough clients looking for a house in specific neighborhood with very limited selection. Lilliana was working this market from many angles and networking with agents to get ahead of some listings. She was always free to show us a property and answer our questions.
I worked with Wes at the beginning of the summer and he went above and beyond trying to locate the right home for me in a very unforgiving market. It’s near impossible to find a good home at the right price but he worked tirelessly to help find listings that matched what I was looking for. I lived in NY a few weeks ago and had everything set to go to Florida. I get a call that shattered my world. Our agent Heather Spinosa was absolutely amazing in this fast paced market. Shes knowledgeable and very responsive. She will be with you every step of the way. Shes committed to helping you find THE property. She wont let you settle! And she made a donation from her closing proceeds to a charity in our name. Amazing!!The agency provides an in house Transaction Coordinator once you are under contract to ensure a smooth process. And they offer a Concierge Service (outside vendor)to help with the transition (the agent for that service wasnt the best, but we do not attribute that to the agency).We have been on both the buyer and seller side from California to Florida and we must say by far this has been the most pleasant! 2022-02-22I worked with Lilliana on finding a small investment property and she could not have been any better!! I am out of town and my purchase is rather small, but that did not deter her from the validity of my purchase. She was extremely accommodating, patient, thorough and kind! Quick to respond and listened well to make sure I was happy! She was also very knowledgeable about the Tampa area, which was helpful for someone like me who is not. Can’t recommend Lilly enough!
