Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Tanner at The Rocco Group. Being first time homebuyers, we had lots of questions and nerves. I recently completed a purchase with Taylor and the Rocco Group, and I would highly recommend them. I was moving from out of state into the hot Florida market, and she helped make it a seamless transition. The most important thing to me was the communication, it started in the beginning with checking up with me on the status of my sale of my existing home, and followed through all the way to the end of closing. Taylor helped connect me with a great Mortgage team, as well as Title Company for closing. Part of what made the experience go so well is the Rocco Group truly functioned as a team. If there were times that she was not available to show me homes, she coordinated with Ashley to help keep things moving. This is something that cannot be overlooked in the crazy housing market these days. She could have easily pushed our showing schedule off until she was available, however by orchestrating a partner to help fill in I was able to get an offer in on a house that had just become available, and we executed the purchase. This would not have happened with a solo agent, or with a team that did not truly function as one. Once the purchase was complete they kept me informed using Tim, their transaction coordinator. Again, at this point I was out of state, but I always knew the status of how my deal was progressing. This is something that also cannot be over stated. Perhaps it became more apparent how well they were functioning based on the opposite way things were going on my sale out of state.I really fell like Taylor and the Rocco Group will help you with your real estate transaction, and I would certainly recommend them, and if I ever need another purchase or sale in the future I will be going back!
This is by far the best real estate transaction experience we have ever had!Right after we met Sarah, we knew she was who we wanted to represent us for the sale of our home. Sarah came very prepared. She was knowledgeable, confident, poised, and honest. Sarah knows the market very well, and showed us how she planned to market and sell our home. She was very patient with our questions and answered them to our satisfaction. We had never used a group for any real estate transaction before, but decided to give it a try. If there was any hesitation, it was that the Rocco Group is so successful and has so many listings, would ours be buried and ignored among other homes they represent?We were glad we were wrong, because it was the best decision we could have made!Sarah and her very capable and experienced team are not only experts in their fields, but also very caring and sweet. WOW WOW WOW. Taylor Dardano has been a close family friend for over 10 years. When my family and I decided to make the move from Virginia, we originally went with a different realtor (due to forgetting Taylor was in our destination area) but she did not meet our expectations. We were in a time constraint and needed an assertive, hungry realtor who would fight for us and truly look out for our needs and requests. Taylor did just that and more.There were constant updates on new homes in the market, she communicated with us every-step-of-the-way. Being out of state was not an issue thanks to Taylor and we were able to find our dream home earlier than expected. RUN to ROCCO when needing a new home. We relocated from Ohio to Saint Johns County outside of Jacksonville and were impressed from the beginning with The Rocco Group, particularly our buying agent Ashley Rutherford. We were relocating from South Carolina to Florida with our 4 children after my husband accepted a job in Jacksonville. Selling our home and making a contingent offer in this hot market and doing it in a timely, seemless manner was not going to be an easy task. There was so much to think about with relocating 4 school age children. In the midst of having to keep the boat afloat back home, all the while searching day and night from 400 miles away to find our new family home and researching school districts in the area (so many great schools to choose from in the Clay county area), Nick was recommended through our Keller Williams realtor back home as they have an outstanding networking relationship from many states away. I can tell you that Nick LaLone is a hero that does not wear a cape. He went to work for us like we were family. Nick was our boots on the ground, he kept the momentum going and refused to let us feel anything but hopeful and excited about this journey. He viewed many homes for us and recorded detailed video for us to view from states away. We felt comfortable buying a home from long distance knowing that Nick was on our team. Just wanted to express my appreciation to Sarah, Kristen, Dominique, and all the behind the scenes people that make up the outstanding real estate team at the Rocco Group. I interviewed over 5 agents to list my house in the spring of 2020, but kept it off the market for a year due to Covid. Sarah stood out from the beginning, but the gentle prodding from Courtney certainly kept the group in the forefront of my mind.My house was not the prettiest on the block, and needed some pretty major structural repair. As Sarah liked to say, it was a blank slate. The main reason I chose the Rocco Group was their connections with the local contractors. They did not disappoint! Kristen was masterful in arranging multiple quotes for multiple projects from multiple qualified contractors.In spite of a steady stream of showings, the house did not sell easily or quickly and after about 3 months, the only reasonable offer I got fell through. I was thinking this house was not going to sell.A couple of days later I got another offer, then another for ten grand more, this one without an inspection!Kudos to Dominique and Homelight for making the closing process smooth and painless.I would be remiss not to mention Touch Base Tuesday, the weekly reports highlighting the feedback from the weeks showings. We did a long distance move from NH to Florida. We were selling our house in NH and buying a house in Florida. This was a little stressful! We knew the approximate location we wanted to move to but had to rely on Taylor and her team in locating the type of home we were looking to buy. Taylor went above and beyond to find and do virtual showings with me and my husband. She would also let me know about potential issues such as odors, that you could not experience virtually. I found her to be very thorough and trustworthy. Taylor and her team kept us informed about everything and answered all our questions. They really made the whole experience a lot less stressful.

My husband and I did a search on the internet to learn what our home would appraise for and we received a call from Samantha to schedule a meeting to meet with Sarah. When it came time to sell an investment property last year, I just happened to call Sarah and her team, because I noticed they were listing a similar property to mine in the community. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Sarah immediately came out to view my property and gave me her recommendations on what I should and should not update. Not only did she save me money from making repairs that she deemed unnecessary, she also contacted several of her “experts” on my behalf to get the unit painted and other smaller items that needed to be fixed in the unit. In September of 2018, I worked with Sarah Rocco and her team to sell my home in Jacksonville Florida. I really can’t say enough good things about her and the team she has built. This was the first time I ever had to sell my house and I needed to do it fast because I was moving from Florida to India. Sarah is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends and 9.5 hour time zone conflict). Once I had potential buyers, there were a few things that needed to be fixed…I did not have time to source contractors. Sarah had contractors available to fix the carpet, plumbing and my ceiling at fair prices. Sarah sold my house in 13 days at the price she said it would sell. This was possible because Sarah knows the market and has the network to land the right buyers for your home. Sarah made the whole process as painless and straightforward as possible. My house sold a few days after I landed in India as she had projected it would. Almost a year since I closed on my (perfect)home. I trusted Sarah to take my wants/needs and find me the perfect house for what I needed in a short timeframe and she came through! The home met all my expectations and then some. When we decide to buy an home in a different State from were we lived it sounded very complicate. We tough we would facing a lot of weekend trips. We reached few realtor and all of them were very nice at the phone with a lot of promise, but following our conversation we just got some email. I was closing on a home in Virginia when out of nowhere I received orders to transfer to Jacksonville. All of the struggles and stress associated with finding the right home in Virginia, along with the potential added stress of doing the process over the phone/text/video chat almost convinced my wife and me to just continuing renting after our move. Submitted an offer on one of the listings they were representing. Didnt hear back from them after 5 days. Called them and they said in a snippy voice the seller wasnt interested in your offer at all. I said, it would have been nice if you couldnt have updated me with that and she just said thank you in another snippy voice. Avoid working with these people.

Sarah had an excellent marketing strategy with strong online presence and her team did an excellent job staging the house and taking professional photos. She came up with a great listing price which helped attract multiple offers all above asking price. Once under contract, Dominique helped seamlessly schedule the necessary repairs that needed to be completed. She was an excellent communicator and readily available when needed. 2022-05-24Moving back to the US from overseas, we began scouting realty companies in Jacksonville, we found the Sarah Rocco Group had the best Google reviews. Zoom meetings began with Taylor Dardano 3 months prior to our move but found the market here to be in a frenzy. Taylor kept researching, sending listings but every possible home disappeared before we could make an offer. Not to worry....we had Taylor leading the way!
