2014-10-24Cant say enough great things about Maliha. She is extremely intelligent and knows the real estate market inside and out. She has incredible attention to detail and pointed out things during my short sale that other realtors never considered. She is very analytical and takes a very sensible and logical approach to the process. She really got to know me on a personal level and this helped us work together toward completing the short sale of my home in 2010. Maliha took charge and worked closely with my mortgage company to negotiate the best sale price for my home for approval and finally sell the home. Her depth of knowledge of South Florida real estate is incredible. She is absolutely a phenomenal agent. Because of her success in accomplishing the sale of my home, I also referred several other clients to her and all I heard back was excellent results! 2014-10-24Maliha is an excellent agent! I am a college student and my mom wanted to help me invest in a property for the future. Maliha helped through out the entire process. With her knowledge of the housing market in Florida and experience she found the kind of property I was looking for and that was within my budget. She explained how to do everything and even found me renters. I highly recommend Maliha Castillo if youre looking for a professional, trust-worthy, and experienced Realtor.

2014-10-24Back in 2012, I was looking to rent a place in Miramar, FL. I had contacted several realtors but most would not show to appointments and or wouldnt call me back. I met Maliha Castillo through a co-worker of mine and she assured me that Maliha would help me out. I was expecting my first child and needed to move from Miami to Miramar to be closer to my job. I contact Maliha and she was able to show me listings right away. She made the entire process as stressfree as possible and I was able to move into my new place within a few weeks. She found a place in the exact location and price range I was looking for. I liked her so much I referred a few of my friends to her. I look forward to using Maliha in the future and I highly recommend her.

2014-11-20My husband and I were very excited to purchase a new home since our family was rapidly growing which means that we needed to find something right away. The process for us was not like other peoples because while I was here in the states (Miami, FL) my husband was stationed in Afghanistan. This made it very difficult for us to see the homes, agree on what we liked and the final price based on what I had looked at with the kids. The best part of the entire process was that we had the best Realtor working with us and his name is “Gabriel Rivera”. I was a little defensive when I first met him because I have had so many negative experiences with realtor since I’m in the property management industry. All I deal with are realtors that bring clients in and out of the property not showing an ounce of concern about the client who should be the most important and asking for the amount of the commission as soon as they walk in. With Gabriel it was nothing like that because he was the most professional, respectful, and knowledgeable realtor I have personally encounters and trust me I have seen and spoken to many. Gabriel was not scared to use his own phone and FaceTime my husband so he can also get the same experience I was getting while looking at the houses. Whenever I had my son with me he was not afraid to help me by entertaining him so I can take a good look of what was possibly going to be our “New Home”. He was great at showing me houses that would match our preference; and I absolutely loved everything he showed me. Thanks to Gabriel we found our dream home in Miramar, FL close to my sons Daycare which was one of my conditions. My family and I are very thankful for everything he did for us because I’m sure if it would have been a different person we would have probably never purchased anything.Thank you Gabriel Rivera from the Pringle Family!!! :)
