Moved here in October of 2016 and have loved watching channelside grow from our condo. Moving here was perfect for us and we look forward to being in the center of all of the future growth.
Best pool in Tampa...by far.Best location...overlooks downtown and cruise ships.Best opportunity for property value increase...half of cost for equivalent units in St Pete.10.5 high ceilings...spacious units.Best views...Best neighbors and parties...

2022-07-07Beautiful place however I feel sorry for the individuals in the condos that face the new Tampa hospital they just built because their entire view is ruined and Im sure it ruined the selling point.

2022-01-10I’ve lived here at the towers for sometime and their is definitely communication issues with different things. Today I took my dog to the park. They were painting and using some kind of glue. It got all over my dog. No sign no warning about the situation. No one was in the park at the time. It’s going to take me at least an hour to get this stuff off him. Not to mention the harmful fumes which seem to be all over his face. When I went to the management desk they blame the painters but the dog park is always a messy disaster.

2020-05-20Great property with most fabulous pool in Tampa. Right in the hub of downtown with Amalie Arena, Sparkman Warf, USF Med center just a walk away. You can also take the trolley to exciting Ybor City. Love it here.

2017-12-23Excellent place to live, nice view, beautiful pool, it gives you the feel as a resort. Now the issue comes for the visitors , if you are visitor it will take you 30 min to visit the resident, security to park, security to use the elevator, security to get to your destination.
