UPDATE: The owner sent me an email threatening me with his attorney and that he was going to report me to the board. Interesting how he agrees that they messed up but dont want the public to see this review. I post reviews to ensure people are truly aware of the business they are dealing with.As the listing agent I should be involved in all communications both by email and phone and this was not the case which resulted in terrible service provided by Title Now. Normally, id say OK no big deal but the title company (Trish) has attempted to make excuse after excuse for why this happened and has even tried placing the blame on me for not reviewing documents that they supplied my client (at closing). I received a HUD the day of closing and the final HUD differed from what I received and she didnt even bother to advise.To make things even worse, I received a call from Michael Bluem (owner) to smooth things over and while that conversation went well, the follow up email I received from him yet again attacked my character. Very unprofessional and another reason I would not recommend this title company to anyone.Bottom line: I wouldnt recommend this title company as a reliable source to close any of my deals.

As a Realtor it is so important to work with competent people especially Title Companies. They can make or break a deal. A few weeks back I had a closing that the current Title company we were working with could not close the home, (And was told less than a week before closing) I found out late Friday night and called Tahir (Owner/Lawyer) on Saturday and he answered! I told him what was going on and he said no problem we can close this on Friday. Without missing a beat we switched title companies and in less than 7 days Title Now closed the Loan! It made me look like the hero in both the Buyers and the Sellers eyes and it has resulted in more referrals. When you have the right team around you, you cant go wrong! Good service. However, they do charge junk fees. They try to pass along wire transfer fees that THEIR bank charges them. I was also a charged an electronic document storage fee, whatever that is and a fee for FedEx to mail out closing docs. The settlement fee they charge is supposed to cover all of these miscellaneous items and they should not be passing along these junk fees.
Had to edit my previous 5 star review. After my second transaction with them the service, communication and professionalism went out the window. Difficult to get a response from them and their follow up is terrible.As a Realtor I will not refer another client to them.

Tahir has been extraordinary in his services to help us purchase our home. We purchased our own WITHOUT a realtor and we wanted to make sure we find legal representation that knew the intricacies of real estate world. Tahir came recommended by friends and family. He was diligent, knowledgeable and represented us while saving us over $3000. He was able to find errors in the contracts that would have cost us money in the future and remedied the contract to represent us fairly.If you are in the market to purchase a home, I would strongly recommend Tahir and His team for your home purchase needs.
Title Now handled the closing of my house on April 29th, as of today the loan has not been paid off. They have held the payoff funds for 3 weeks. When I called they didnt have an answer for me and told me they would get back to me. This is just part of the nightmare of dealing with this company. They did not get in touch with me until two weeks prior to the closing, I responded promptly with questions and an estimated fee sheet. They did not respond until one week prior to the closing with fees exceeding $1,700.00. Do not use this company. They overcharge-the communication is awful and customer service is terrible.My husband has spoken with Mark Hennessy and since was threatened with legal action if I dont amend my comment as to the prices, I will do so and be more clear. The original hud/ disclosure had fees in excess of $1700, I ended up only paying them around $450. I found a different title company to do my side of the closing and paid them $450 as well. Ended up costing more than if I only used the new company but substantially less than the original statement. I will say that the phone call and subsequent post on social media has elicited a quick response from Title now. They have discovered the check they sent via USPS was not received and sent a wire transfer. It was a series of mishaps that caused this problem, although we were wire transferred the funds at closing, the wire transfer machine broke before the bank transfer happened, and then somehow our mortgage company did not receive or processed the check.
Francia explained everything thoroughly during closing and made the experience quite amenable. The whole process was smooth and Title Now was responsive.
Title Now and Isabella were great to work with. Another smooth closing and I’m looking forward to working with them again!

I were tried to work with title now on my closing and title..After few conversation they promised to send contract for sale witch I been waiting for a week (template standard contract fillid ink.. after simple questions I been trying to get from it I made all the changes in contract myself doing for two weeks because of speed answers from title now. I had one simple question about seller closing fees and I been trying to rich them for 2 days straight got now answer only question about when the buyer will make a deposit (when contract isnt done)Havent got answer about seller closing cost so emailed that Im done working with them.And right in second Wendy (that I been trying to rich) answered with that Oh wow! After all the work I put in?Again work they put in is holding me without answers for days. Not answering the phone or calling back on voicemails. All the fine is Made contract from is simple standard template filled with ink.Dont hire them better go to other title companies there are many!

2022-08-18Title Now did a phenomenal job with my closing and I would only use them for any future closing I have in South Florida. I worked with Isabella for my loan and she was an absolute super star. There were a great many unexpected hurdles and delays caused by the seller of my property and Isabella consistently found creative solutions to knock down every barrier and get the loan closed. This included ‘moving mountains’ by getting a last minute on-demand notary over to a remote location to perform the closing when an emergency popped up. I can’t thank her and her great team enough for all the hard work they did. This is an excellent company and they will work hard for your closing to get it done.

2022-06-15Terrible terrible terrible. Trish has one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever experienced in life. I called 3 times and when she finally called me back, she had no idea what was going on and we have a $15K EMD there on a property that supposedly has two contracts on it. She was no help at all and in fact very rude and unpleasant and unprofessional. Will certainly be filing a BBB complaint
