We worked with April Addison to help us find our new home in Orlando, FL. Ive purchased homes before but never in a market like this, and also never from out of state. April made the process SO easy. We met over the phone and discussed exactly what we were looking for. Within 24 hours we had a MLS search in place. At the drop of a hat she would go and visit any of the homes we asked her to and send us videos of the property. With the market being so competitive we definitely had some weeks where we felt out of luck as everything we wanted would be selling for WAY over asking. Recently we closed on a house in the Orlando, Florida area, and couldn’t be happier with the home. This isn’t our first house, but it definitely was the easiest experience due to Brooke Green and Team Schroth. Looking for houses from out of state is no easy feat, but Brooke is an amazing real estate agent and had a lot of houses that matched our criteria lined up and we were able to put an offer on a house within a weekend and closed in a month. Even before physically looking for houses, Brooke followed up with us consistently to check on our progress in our move and sent us houses that fit what we asked for and in the area we wanted. Upon meeting Brooke, we knew right away she was the right agent for us. She was friendly and outgoing as well as attentive to our needs and extremely knowledgeable of the area. She listened to what we asked for and didn’t try to push anything on us.Once we went under contract Brooke worked to get the home inspection done incredibly fast and worked with us to help get a few things fixed by the seller. She was always responsive and even if she couldn’t take a call right away, she would follow up incredibly fast. She was always upfront and honest and didn’t try to influence our decisions, but was supportive and informative, so that we could make the best decisions. Todd worked with us one year prior to listing our home regarding repairs and remodeling. A year later, we listed with Todd. Their marketing was excellent. We worked closely with Katie, the agent who coordinates all the details. She was patient and extremely responsive. She facilitated the process and walked us through when we had difficulties navigating technology. My last request (after closing) was to receive the professional pictures which she sent in a timely manner. Todd was able to list our home at fair market value. We received an offer at our list price the day after the home was listed. When we needed temporary housing during the COVID-19 shutdown, he assisted us in communicating with other agents in the brokerage firm and we were able to secure furnished housing with our two cats. The closing was seamless. Toni, from Celebration Title was extremely friendly and very helpful in gathering the paperwork. She has expertise and excellent interpersonal skills to ease you through the entire closing process. After closing, we had an issue with the bank depositing proceeds. We called and she immediately emailed us a copy of the bank wire. I would recommend Todd and his team strongly to list and sell your home.

As a seller looking for a great realtor, Todd was exceptional. Always answered my phone calls or got back to me in a timely manner (even after hours, and during holiday time with his family). He gave great advice on what to fix without breaking my bank. I gave a final number I would accept during the negotiation process and Todd went above and beyond and got me $2,500.00 more. I believe an average or inexperienced relator would have accepted my bottom number I gave them to get the sale. Great JOB Todd!!The only issue I had was the staff member he put onsite during the open houses didnt really seem to care that much about what she was doing, and didnt seem to care to pass on the best features the house had to offer. I would expect a sales mindset employee when onsite during open houses. I will say though that I was not onsite during open houses, but from my few interactions with her she seemed clueless about what the house had to offer.

Renee Benson was responsible for the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. She was available for every little question regardless of how monotonous I may have become during the process. Donna was the absolute best! She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. She would take my phone call or text at anytime of the day and help answer the questions we had throughout the process (we had a ton!). 2022-04-05Todd was invaluable to us as we started the search for our forever home in the middle of the craziest housing market in years! With little to no inventory in our size and price range, and with a list of must haves, Todd was diligent in sourcing inventory for us using every method available. His knowledge on our search area is unrivaled and he was incredibly patient while we narrowed down our wants vs needs. As we found what was to be our new home, we had a TON of questions that he was also endlessly helpful on, including providing us with referrals for a number of tasks/items. We could not have been happier with the service and personal attention he provided to us while we searched for, put an offer on, and eventually purchased our new home. 2022-04-06Todd did a great job helping sell our current place and then finding us a new home we love. His knowledge of the area, willingness to look at anything we asked to see, and honesty in sharing information on the pros/cons of a property was a great help. Plus his fantastic team, Katie Ballinger in particular, made the entire process way less stressful. There was never a time with Todd that we didn’t feel like we were his only clients, though I’m sure we weren’t. I’d definitely recommend Todd and the team and wouldn’t use anyone else.

2022-04-27My home buying experience was perfect. I am very thankful for my realtor April Addison. Buying a home from another state In itself is stressful. But April made the process for me an easy stress free one. Not knowing any area other than Orlando in Fl, I told her I wanted to live in a town that reminds me of Stars Hollow from Gilmore Girls, she stated, “I have the perfect area for you ”! And boy did she delivered. When I saw the town it met every expectation I asked for. She helped me find the perfect home, a new development and was able to get to start the process at the right time. Yesterday, I closed, and am so thankful that I connected with April and Todd Schroth home selling team. April was very patience with me and respectful of my time, we were able to find the find perfect home on my first trip to Fl.
