If you are looking for the best realtor with the most outstanding work ethic in the whole county look no further.The same day I contacted Tomasz Bielenin he came to my house and began working.By the next day he a had a market analysis ready for me to review and get a better idea of things I hadn’t even thought about.He was very through with answering all of my questions and explaining every detail of the sale. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! From start to finish you are dealing with a top notch professional with Tomasz. When I told Tomasz I was ready to list my house, he had a market analysis done in the same day with recommendations on what would be needed to make my home ready for the market. Tomasz was an excellent Realtor, he worked hard for me from the moment I contacted him. He quickly sent me a market analysis and my home was listed within just a few days. He was on top of every little detail, he lined up inexpensive contractors for minor repairs and he even found a contractor to replace my roof in astonishing time(when I looked for roofers the wait was over a month out, Tomasz got my roof done in less than a couple weeks). Tomasz is an absolute legend! This guy pulled out all the stops helping us find our perfect house! We searched high and low for months and he pointed us in the right direction every time! If you’re looking for an agent (which is probably why you’re reading these reviews) this is your guy! He is super knowledgeable about the local builders and their quality of work too so he won’t push a low end builder just to get you into a house. He will find out what you’re looking for and get you there even if it takes months. We first made contact with Tomasz in January when we were getting ready to leave Japan and we had the hardest time finding the perfect house but Tomasz worked with us the whole time and come April we were closing! The guy is an absolute legend and I will recommend him to literally everyone I know who’s looking for a house!
We wanted to be able to sell at a great price as we had spent many hours working to make sure that what had been our loved home could be someone else’s hone for many years. We called Tomasz. He returned call and texted us within a few minutes. From the initial meeting at the house, Tomasz was prepared and open! Tomasz is detailed oriented concerning his real estate work. Tomasz listens to his clients needs and understands the clients likes and dislikes when gathering potential listings. He is very knowledgeable and knows the Northwest Florida housing market. My wife and and I met with Tomasz on a Saturday in early June and looked at several houses. After making an offer on a house and having that offer accepted, Tomasz maintained close visibility of the lending and closing processes to make sure the time line stayed on track for us to close in early July. So naturally, we gave him a call and let me tell you, he is definitely the man! He made buying our first home so incredibly effortless. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the opportunity to look at homes in person due to being out of state and current covid affairs but Tomasz was eager and willing to drop what he was doing to conduct FaceTime showings of any homes that caught our attention. My husband and I have several friends who have used Thomasz as their realtor. We contacted him when we decided to sell our home. He personally reached out to us often before the sell to appease our worries of pricing and how long it would sit on the market. He told us the price range of a fair market around our house with how quickly the average size of that house would sell. Tomasz took extreme care throughout the entire process to communicate every detail along the way. He understood the emotions attached with departing the treasured place we called home. He knows his market and can relate the local market to the overall financial risks and rewards related to the national economy.
