Fantastic broker. I have been a client both as buyer, seller and lessee for over 25 years. . As a Canadian I rely on Jeff for his precise knowledge and expertise. On more than one occasion I should have listened to his sage advice. I have experienced good and bad markets over the years and Jeffs predictions and results have been uncanny. His after sales service makes all other agents come up short. I come to these opinions having been a large homebuilder in Toronto for last 45 years Short of signing my docs Jeff does it all.

We have known Jeff for many years and he has always been a gentleman and a professional. He has rented our rental house for us for the past 2 years. He is very responsive, and makes the process simple and he gets us top dollar. He knows his market and has good ideas as to how to maximize your investment. Jeff Tomlinson is a total dirt bag. Do not buy a house from him and do not list your house with him. If you list your house with him he will only look out for his interest not yours. He will stonewall other realtors from showing the house so he does not have to split the commission, he will claim he can get a better deal if he represents both sides. He lies about property conditions and renovations that have been done. He will come cover things up and lie about them.Quite a piece of work this guy.Beware and stay away!!!

Didnt even bother to show up for a showing and pre-empted the showing by telling my agent that if I came alone ( without my husband ) & later needed to see the home again that he would not show the home to us a second time. Pretty sexist approach in my opinion.To backtrack - I had met with him some 20 yrs ago to see a home.... thought he was incredibly rude back then.... clearly didnt mellow over the years.
