Great,laid back learning environment. Very good teacher, he explains everything in a way you can remember it easily. I learned alot and enjoyed the class. I would 100% recommend this class to anyone who is thinking about getting into Real Estate. In another state my husband had a teacher that just read him the book for 3 hours, this class is NOT like that. Very interactive, and enjoyable.
Troy is great… He makes sure that you understand all the material needed for you to take your test. He has the music playing the candy laid out and water or juice for you. I would recommend his school to everybody. I’m going back after 2 years for my broker class. 10 thumbs up 👍🏽 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

I contacted Top Choice to discuss options for the Real Estate Sale Associate Pre-License course after calling other schools and reviewing online course options. I spoke with the Instructor Troy Gray. He was not only Professional but Friendly. We discussed options available and the rates. The rate was affordable and the class schedule fit my schedule. He didnt pressure me to join any classes. He encouraged me with providing some of the great benefits of becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent. I signed up a day later. The classroom setting was small but comfortable. The instructor Troy was great he taught the material daily in a clear and concise manner. I passed the exam. I would say I made the Right Choice with Top Choice and I hope you will too!

2022-01-20I researched multiple real estate schools prior to selecting Top Choice. I made multiple calls prior to making the selection and with each call, the instructor Troy was very polite and professional. He was also accommodating as I enrolled at the last minute. There was a lot of material to go over, but Troy gave great examples and presented it in a way that was easy for someone without any real estate experience to understand. He also provided a study guide for the final exam. I am extremely happy with my decision to attend Top Choice Real Estate School.

2022-05-28I am glad that I found Top Choice. Troy, our instructor did an excellent job of explaining the material. It was also very helpful that he is a former school teacher because he was able to teach math in such a creative way that I grasped many of the challenging concepts. Troy gave many examples to help us learn the material and provided us with an extensive study guide. Beyond that, its always wonderful to see a brother own his own business, take pride in it and do a phenomenal job at his craft. I wasnt sure how much or how well I grasped the information, until I took the test. I did very well...and Im proud! Im glad that I took the live class rather than attend a school online. It was well worth it.. Thank you, Troy. Top Choice truly is the best choice!.

2022-02-10It’s worth going in person to classes compared to online because you get the info you need to focus on to complete the course instead of trying to retain the entire book. Top choice gave great explanations of the material that made it easier to learn on top of real world scenarios. You’re also in a smaller classroom environment so you get more attention on your concerns. I can see why the passing rate is so high as I just passed the test an hour before this review. Don’t waste money anywhere else. This is where you need to start.
