These people are horrible.Over charged, damaged everything they touched, never returned phone calls, took 5 days to drive from Florida to east Texas.Tried to claim damages with there “ insurance “We claimed a couple thousand dollars of damage ( it was much more). After being run around by the insurance company they only want to pay $75.00.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Customer service is horrible, the movers broke and damaged everything

This company is the worst moving company. This happened last year July. Their first estimate was about $7,000 but then I end up with $12,000. That wasn’t the only problems. They told me it will be delivery in 1 week but end up took them 2 weeks. When they arrived on that sat, they end up arrived late afternoon that cost them not enough time to unpack appropriate. They had lost all the screws to my bed frame, dinning table and all my tv stand. They left all my TV on the floor without putting them back together and my bed frame wasn’t put together too. They told me the next day someone else will come back to put everything together but it was all lie. They broke my computer desk, my bed frame, my curve TV, and lost the stand to the TV. When I contact them they told me just look for handyman to do it. I end up have to pay extra $300 more for the handyman. This is the worst company and the most irresponsible company. Also they lie about their price.

WORST MOVING COMPANY . Please do not use this company ! They are extremely unprofessional and rude. I move from FL to NC and was given the run around about when my items would be delivered. I was originally scheduled for pickup of my items on 7/15 but was told the truck broke down and they needed to reschedule. Most of my items were tagged and packed up on 7/16 ( movers did not have enough tags ). I was assured by the movers that they would be tagged at the office and stored together. My items were not delivered until 7/31. The movers who delivered my items left dents in my walls and door jams. Two days after my delivery I went out of the country for two weeks. Upon returning and unpacking my belongings I noticed some of my items were missing. I called the company multiple times left messages and no one got back to me. I called again Monday September 6th and Francine the office manager told me they do not check voice mails because no one has access to check them, so no one got my messages. She told me to give her until the end of the week and she would get back to me because they were busy and short staffed. I called back again on Friday 9/10 after not receiving a phone call and I was told the warehouse manager had covid and no one was available to search the warehouse for my belongings so when he comes back they will check. I waited a week and a half and called again to be told she could not reach any of the warehouse managers by phone and she would call me back in an hour. I called again the next day after not hearing from anyone and was told they are working on it and in the meantime I should fill out a claims form for my items. I called this morning and spoke with a different person who stated they were experiencing water damage to the warehouse and things have been moved all over the place and they can’t do anything to assist, to place a claim and why did I wait so long to call them to report my items missing. When I tried to explain that I have been trying to reach someone to assist going on three weeks she said it wasn’t important and she didn’t have time for it and hung up the phone. The clothes that I did receive have mold all over them and some of my furniture are broken. I would never recommend anyone to use this company. WORST COMPANY !

Our move with Top Notch Movers went very smoothly. The whole thing from getting a quote to the day of the move was so easy.They communicated well with us to coordinate arrival times, they were very careful with our larger items, and they were polite and courteous. Great price too!

I was recommended to Top Notch Movers by a family friend and had the best experience. Moving from South Florida to Tennessee was a big step for me and my family. Ronnie and his crew were incredible, they worked quickly and were extremely professional. They packed all my items with care and got them from point A to point B at my available delivery date. All my items were accounted for and had coordinated stickers. Best Experience Ever!

Top Notch Movers delivered exceptional service for my move today. From the scheduling process with Jackie, to sourcing the COI’s required by my management office with Francis, to the actual day of the move, which is very stressful. Ronnie, Cid, & Andre were on time, friendly, patient, and very considerate moving my personal belongings. The owner of Too Notch is one of the most honest, humble and kind people that you will ever meet. Rob, Sid, and Mark did a great job with my move! I had a small local move from a one-bedroom apartment to another one-bedroom apartment about 45 min away. Both complexes had stairs, and the guys handled everything with such care and no complaints! They packed all my furniture into the truck perfectly, ensuring nothing broke! Will absolutely be using Top Notch Movers for all my future moves!

This was our second time using Top Notch Movers, and we have no complaints. Jackie was able to use the inventory list from our first move to create a new estimate for us, and she was always prompt in replying to any questions we had. On the day of our move, the team showed up on time and completed the job of moving our belongings from a 5th floor apartment (far from the elevator) to a two-story house in six hours. Despite the challenges, the movers were friendly and professional throughout. And even though we had them move a substantial number of fragile items, we unpacked to find that the only damage was a single cracked drinking glass. When our move took less time than the estimated 8.5 hours that we paid for, Top Notch even issued a quick refund. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I highly recommend their services. In a business so filled with fraud and unprofessional services, Top Notch stands out as an honest, reliable company that provides everything they promise.
