Ive been contributing here for longer than a minute. This may be my last review. I am annoyed by Google giving the squeaky wheel the grease! Why do you post the worst reviews first? You give no option for us (as consumers) to view a business’ reviews any other way. This is not fair to these companies doing any and everything to please a demanding group of nasty human beings. There are some people that you simply cant please! They enjoy going through this magnificent life complaining about EVERYTHING!UGG, Moving! Id rather have a root canal. Until I followed a friends suggestion and called Jackie at Top Notch Movers. Im starting a renovation, and needed my closet emptied in two days! I was in a panic! “My entire closet”?, I asked, oh yes!! I called Jackie and Instantaneously my stress level was reduced to zero. It was like she waved her magic wand and calmly said all would be well. Within five minutes I had movers arriving in a day AND it would be stored!! Every word I wrote is true.The crew arrived on time and were DELIGHTFUL! The Foreman was Ronnie with ten years of experience. He is a true gentleman his parents can be quite proud. He has excellent management skills and is very intelligent. His hard-working, jovial and enthusiastic crew were Jonathan, Manuel, and Tye. Id welcome every one of them back any day of the week.I had worked hard trying to prepare for this nightmare to begin and they were all so kind and acknowledged it! I told them about me remodel after they arrived, and we headed to my closet...I excused myself and took my dog for his morning walk. Upon returning, my heart stopped, they were packing up my whole house, knowing that was my true need!!!I never in my wildest dreams could imagine this was possible, but they DID the impossible. They never stopped for lunch.Saying thank you is inadequate, Jackie, you and this company deserve SO much more! Youve turned one of lifes most dreaded experiences into a PLEASURE! It was a great experience. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with were very helpful and accommodating. Ronnie and Ty were also wonderful and made the transition to my storage unit very simple, easy, and stress free. I was glad I found top notch movers when I did!
Great experience! My movers, Lorenzo & Jonathan, were fast, careful and no non-sense about my local move from Edgewater to Aventura (FL). Great team - thanks guys! The back office support is also A1. Jackie & Francine are responsive and handled my many questions/changes patiently. They even proactively contacted the building I was moving into to sort out the certificate of insurance requirements and logistics. This actually helped me lock down my move-in time with my building before another tenant who wanted to move the same day & time, so they low-key saved me a major headache. Appreciate everything!

They were additionally so flexible with arranging furniture where I would like it, and even helped with rearrangement. They were additionally so clean. . A on time moving team did a great job picking our things up from storage to bring to our new home. It wasn’t a ton of stuff but the drive was nearly 4 hours. They loaded up quickly and were able to get everything unloaded into the new house before sun down. Definitely recommend using them.
Oliver, Ronnie, and Jonathon did a great job on my move in Wilton Manors. Called when they were on their way and showed up on schedule. Worked diligently to get everything loaded on the truck and then unloaded at my new place. Nice guys...I would recommend them.
All of the negatives reviews are very true! I had the same experience. Broken Antique mirror, 4 lamps broken, springs busted out of a $5k leather sofa...and 3 missing boxes. Took 10 days vs. the 4-5 they promised to move from NC to TX and an additional $1800. Worst moving experience of a lifetime! The 2 young men that managed the move were very kind...however, nothing went as planned. Complete and total disarray as a company. EXTREMELY disappointing.

If you are looking for a reliable moving company, THIS IS NOT THE ONE. The only reason they have decent reviews is because they ask you to do them before the move is complete… they did ask my daughter to do the review at the beginning of the move…. Which she will edit it.This company is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL . When we contract them, they chose to do the estimate trough the phone, which I thought it was odd, but since we had to relocate in a rush due to job Relocation we just went with it. We were quoted between $2600 & $3200. We ended up having to pay about $5000k. Not counting my son’s new desk (worth $1279) that they broke, and refused to cover it. The move itself was a nightmare, they were supposed to be @ our place @8:30am only got there @10am, Then their truck, was too small and did not fit all our furniture, so we now had to pay extra for another trip and another day, which was promised it was going to happen the following day, LIES, we only got the remaining of our stuff 3 days later, ( every passing day was an excuse; no crew, no truck, truck need maintenance,etc.As we were waiting in between days to have our remaining stuff moved, we also got a lovely surprise from the crew that moved us. They texted my husband saying that they would only come back to deliver our items if we pay them a tip of $600 ($200 for each of the 3 movers) and they insulated my husband because he had told them he was going to tip them when the job was completed, and they didn’t like that.To summarize, they are basically SCAMMERS.

Awesome service. 3 men came out to our place, came in, worked swiftly to pack, wrap and box up our things, loaded and unloaded within a couple of hours and even put our couch back together. Friendly and swift service. 5 stars for me!
Driving down the road after ripping open the side of the truck. Knocking into trees. Could of easily caused an accident or killed someone.
We always use Top Notch and they are amazing. Our most recent move with Ronnie, Sid, Arthur was quick and easy. They set up all the rooms just the way we wanted and finished early!

Where to start, well long long story short, what a mess of a move. I am no stranger to moves, I have moved myself or helped friends in hundreds of moves, but Top Notch Wreckers were something else.I saw these guys in my complex and checked them out, and ended up hiring them, oh dear what a mistake.First of they came hours late, seems like they only have one truck, and if that truck breaks down UHaul is the backup plan. Here is where the important facts come into play.Coming 3 hours late should be no excuse to break, scratch or damage every single piece of furniture, a wet carpet vacuum cleaner, even my new laminate floor in the new apartment. There was even a cut in my matress and the box spring was also damaged.Thanks God I moved importante pieces such as my electronics (except TV) myself moved almost everything I could each time I drove to the new place myself. All that was left was the big furniture.Putting Fragile on a box of ceramic, glasses, and kitchen supplies meant nothing... I had to ask to be careful but oh well.Now lets talk about hidden fees, and we do not cover X Y and Z items under fault or warranty. Had I known that upfront Top Notch Wreckers wouldnt have made my list.I also was told if I pay with credit card or even Debit card (which is cash) that I will pay a 4% fee. Ok I went to the bank and got cash, paid cash and all the additional fees... Upfront before unloading the truck... Its in the contract if you dont pay no unload... Because had I paid after all the damage, I would have made money instead of paying almost $1000 for a 30 miles move of half a truck load.Word of advise, go with the 2 guys and a truck or anyone but Top Notch Wreckers

Costumer service was very poor tell you one thing then lie and say they didn’t say that. Then they only took 21 pieces of stuff. Also some of my son belts and stuff was missing. I would never recommend top notch movers to anyone. Charged all that money for very poor work. Watch Out World! Very Disappointed.
Dealing with the foremen thugs from TOP NOTCH MOVERS was simply a nightmare. The abuse, harassment and insults we experienced with one of their foremen was completely unacceptable.All of this is in video from our building security as evidence.They inflated the costs from our initial rate astronomically and refused to unload our belongings until we paid, which is illegal and could be justified as extortion. They left some of our stuff in the loading dock and left.Beware of these scammers, they have google adds with different address all over google with different addresses to fool everyone.Handed everything to our lawyers, submitted a claim to the Department of Agriculture and to the SAO. Also to movingclaims.net which is another scam.Please make sure you all know what kind of company you are dealing with before hiring them. What they are doing is ILLEGAL and you need to report it. This company is a SCAM.

I must say Terrell, Ronnie and Mark were a joy to deal with. They are very professional and took great care of my furniture. My next move I would definitely request these 3 guys.
Still waiting on a follow up call after delivery almost a week ago...called 4 times to get an idea of what was going on and clarification on things that were in writing but never really explained. Was told I would get a call when the delivery was in transit and it would arrive 3-4 days after that call. Never got that call..finally got tired of waiting and found out my stuff would be arriving the next day. Also was told to overestimate on items for the initial estimate. I overestimated 9 large items so instead of 61 pieces I had 52. The original estimate was for 779 cu ft. When it was loaded onto the pickup vehicle, it was 650 cu ft which is a $500 difference. When I called, I was told that is not the vehicle that counts for delivery, but the one that would take my stuff the 1750+miles. Still have no idea how much cu ft it came out to, since I got no follow up or status update call. The movers packed and reassembled my furniture well from what I saw, and I was expecting some things to not be perfect. Also, the delivery guy was contracted and didnt know I was supposed to mark what was wrong with everything on the paperwork. When I asked to see it again, after signing, he already took it and said I couldnt get it back. He was nice and said he didnt know I was supposed to mark things which is why he just told me to sign confirming delivery, so he let me write on my own copy after I filled out what was wrong and took a picture of it before he left. What I am not impressed with is the $3,100 I paid with 80% of it being cash and never getting a status call or a follow up call. I will not be calling again because I have other things to worry about and the movers is on the bottom of my priorities at the moment. I was told this business is in the business of making lasting relationships and a phone could have easily made this a 5 star review, even with my broken furniture...I almost referred them to my girlfriend moving out here next month, but I believe the best businesses are the ones that speak with their customers. Its a shame because everyone seemed nice.
I called several companies and compared them all. The owner of TOP NOTCH , Henry, came and gave me an estimate. On moving day (4) came to help and helped above and beyond my expectations. The entire experience made a rough day into a pleasant experience. I hired them on the next day to dispose of what remained. Again, they did the job smoothly and with kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend TOP NOTCH because this efficient company made my move easier than I anticipated. THANK YOU Henry Paul, Arthur, Darryl and Lorenzo . Benjamin that came at night to help me to dispose, and Francine for best customer service.
They went over and above in packing and moving. They were responsive to requests and worked in a timely fashion. They also had reasonable rates. I will definitely recommend this business.
I hired this company to move my furniture from the house I sold to a new one one about 20 minutes away. The owner gave me an estimate based on the approximate time needed for my belongings. I was not told that boxing pictures and glass would be extra. The mover who came told me. At the old house I paid some money and gave the balance on arrival at the new house. At this time I gave the two guys a $40.00tip, $20.00 for each. Later on during the move the guys told me they will stop working in 30 minutes when my allotted time is up unless I pay more which I did for another 30 minutes.It happened again when the time was up. I was getting nervous because I was on a strictly enforced clock. When the time was up againI saw a small, light weight chest in the garage that needed to be moved a few feet into a bedroom. It couldnt of taken more than 2 minutes. They refused to do it, but finally said they would for $20.00. They did not say that money corresponded to any set additional time so I could only assume they kept this amount that they came up with. Can you imagine that. After giving them a nice tip. I mentioned this to the office manager who agreed with me what happened was not right and she would refund that money. I never got it.I had a credenza that needed to be placed against the wall in the foyer. It was a short distance from the truck.They still should of used a dolly, placed it against the wall, remove the dolly and lower the credenza. Instead they carried it into the house rested it on my new tile about 2 feet from the wall and pushed it against the wall scratching the tile.Choosing this company was a mistake.
Working with the folks who actually work at Top Notch Movers was a fine experience.The partners they used to move my family to the NE were the problem. SE van lines had nice movers but their office person “Benjamin David” was awful to deal with. And whoever was used to drop our stuff off was probably worst, cancelled more than once, and showed up late. Idk if he was actually a real mover, just a guy and his kid..I’m being objective here which is my review is three stars rather than one.I did send a post move email to Lily in the office expressing my disappointment in the professionalism of Benjamin David and whoever dropped our belongings off, but I never received a reply. This was several months ago.

First of all Ronnie and Andre were absolutely amazing. They were quick and friendly. Super professional and I couldn’t have asked for better movers. Top notch is 110% TOP NOTCH!
This company did a bait and switch number on me. Their moving van was stopped by the police 5 minutes after they picked up my belongings for storage. The company said this is normal. They told me that my belongings would be stored in a temperature controlled facility. It wasnt. Every candle I had packed that was sealed and placed in a box on its side was melted. That means the facility was hot not air conditioned. My living room furniture now makes creaking sounds and it didnt do that before Top Notch. I told them when I wanted my belongings delivered to another state. The date was confirmed and the driver never showed up as promised. I called and was told that my delivery date had changed and it would be another 3 weeks. I had to pay another month of storage due to their driver problem. When the truck finally showed up the driver handed me the broken leg piece of my metal and glass side table and said it came out of the warehouse broken. Note my side table was not broken when it was picked up. When I started to unpack my stuff I found 3 sealed candles that had completely melted on their side, my grandmothers 60 year old heirloom prayer plate broken beyond repair (it was packed in bubble wrap in a box marked fragile), a musical Noahs Ark snowglobe broken (the box soaked from the water that was in the globe), 3 plates broken and my dresser had a 3/4 inch hole in the front above the top drawers. The process to file an insurance claim was daunting and not worth the aggravation to be bothered because the check wasnt going to come remotely close to covering the damage. I will never use these lying movers again and I will tell any and everyone I know how much they suck and lie. Dont use them find someone else to move and store your belongings. If I could rate them with zero stars I would.

I used top notch movers to help me load my stuff from a storage unit into a U-box and I could not be more satisfied. I wasn’t able to be at the appointment and they managed everything for me, finishing it in only an hour. Also, I forgot to buy a lox for my u-box and Mike went ahead and bought one for me at no charge. Definitely recommend!

Top Notch Thieves!!!I saw the box labeled XBOX go on the truck. I actually made a comment about it when I saw it loaded. Unfortunately that box didnt make it into my condo.One would expect the moving company to assume some level of responsibility for my belongings until those belonging are fully delivered. Thats not the case. Top Notchs unprofessional response to my stolen item is that a pedestrian could have stolen that box while the movers were unloading. Im not making that up. Thats what they said.The bottom line: Inventory your own items and dont let them drive away until you verify your own inventory!

See most recent update belowIts been some time since I used Top Notch(2017) but I am looking for a moving company at the moment and came across their name again. Reviews are so important to help people decide which provider to use that I thought I better write my review albeit late. Especially when I see some good review for Top Notch.My experience wasnt good. The owner came and did an on site quote. He was charming and believable and good at talking his company up. They were expensive but I figured if they delivered on what they promised it would be worth the money.They completely smashed a tall lamp, chipped the corner off a very expensive mirror, ripped a leather couch and broke a number of items. They dragged the mattresses along the floor, ripping the plastic bags and then the mattresses. We paid for them to bubble and cardboard wrap all items to prevent damage. This seemed to have the opposite effect, giving them the confidence to just throw things around because the had a layer of protection. They were rough and ready and Id never use them again.When I rang the following day to discuss this with the owner he was too busy to take my call and never rang back.Update June 30, 2021So after my harsh review above, the owner invited me to contact his office for an opportunity to quote for our business and outlined changes and improvements in his business since 2017. So I did and got a very competitive quote and a promise of 2 experienced and capable staff for our move.We decided to go with Top Notch again and give them a second chance. Frankly its slim pickings in South Florida for a quality moving company.Well our two experiences were like black and white. These guys were awesome and the day couldnt have gone better. From sales staff to operations staff in the office and the guys on the job, it was actually top notch .... This time.The two guys on our move were hard working, careful and professional. No damage, no dragging their heels and they were funny too. They made a sometimes stressful experience way easier. Thanks a bunch. !!Try these guys....

I used Top Notch movers to move from my apartment to a PODS storage unit. Michael Taylor and his team were fast, thorough and professional. They arrived and finished on time which is so important for a move! The pricing for Top Notch movers was better than multiple other local companies and provided great, quality movers. Everyone that I spoke to was very pleasant, especially Jackie who helped to set everything up. Amazing! I’m so happy with my choice to go with Top Notch movers. The guys were polite, worked with efficiency and professionalism, and handled my belongings with care. They even ensured my boxes and furniture were put where I wanted them when they unpacked the truck. Booking was also a great experience; she was personable, informed, and realistic. I felt taken care of and like they wanted to do a good job throughout the entire experience. Although I felt the price was reasonable, I would have been happy to pay a higher price for them than a lower price to someone else for the level of service I received. Plus it’s worth any extra cash, since you won’t be needing to replace any damaged items! I definitely recommend Top Notch for your next move if you want it done right!

We had a complicated moving situation with an antique piece of furniture of great sentimental value that had to be sent across the country and coordinated with another shipping service. Top Notch was not only professional and dependable, they were very kind, from the office staff to the movers, and did a wonderful job. Also their rates are very fair. I would highly recommend them!

Hands down the best movers in the nation! First of all the booking and arrangement was a breeze and highly professional, they assured me everything would be handled and be taken care of, we had to move in short notice because we rented out our house and were in a crunch and they fit us in even though its their busy season! I hired Top Notch Movers to relocate my elderly father from his apartment to an Assisted Living Facility. It was a local move of about 15 miles, but they had to separate and inventory what was going with him and put the rest in Storage. The crew was patient and kind with my dad, even when he repeated himself several times and watched their every movement. Everything was carefully prepared, moved to the correct location, and set up in its proper place. The storage is stacked like a work of art and the cost was very reasonable! The guys wore masks and gloves, and even the back of the truck was spotlessly clean. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend Top Notch for anyone who needs a reliable mover. Oliver and Francko were so professional- truly Top Notch!
Wow, just wow. We all hate moving, me more than most. I swore this time I was going to hire a moving company to make my life easier, and I did not regret it! Setting it up was simple with their office manager Francine, a sweetheart who knows her business. The movers were prompt, respectful of my furniture and boxes as well as efficient. I had been told that movers will stand around and milk the clock, not these guys! I can’t recommend this company enough. Hopefully I will not be moving myself again anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I’m calling, and it’s not the Ghost Busters!
I just recently moved out with this company and I must say I was so happy with how smooth the move went and how careful the staff (David, Oliver, and Lorenzo) was with my furnitures. I was so scared in the beginning due to trauma I had in the past with previous movers. I highly recommend this company! first of all the sweet Kate from customer service that had so much patience with me, and trust me im the kind of person who asks lotsss of questions! im so happy I made the decision to move with them :) I will definitely use them again in the future!!
I signed a contract and put a deposit down with this company. They assured me the movers would meet me at my storage at 11am. I had to reserve an elevator at my new building with strict rules and could only move from 12-3:30pm. They did not arrive until 3:15pm and the woman in the Top Notch office, Francine, is completely unprofessional and wanted to call my new property manager and beg for an exception. Well, as a new tenant, I was mortified that I had to be spoken to about the unprofessionalism of my moving company. I had to take another day off of work to move and was left with no furniture all weekend. I would never hire this company again. They will not even give a price reduction and say I should be happy they didn’t charge me extra for coming twice. Unbelievable! So unprofessional!
We hired Top Notch Movers to move our family from Miramar, FL to Viera, FL. The process was very smooth. Henry came to our house to do the estimate. He was excellent! Very professional and honest. The quote was very straightforward, no hidden fees. He provided us several options and costs for each of them. The communication from the quote stage through the actual moving date was very good. They were always there for any questions I may have. I selected to have the services of full packing and delivery. The team that came to pack and deliver my goods was excellent. Very professional crew and they cared about all my goods. They packed very well to the point that NOTHING was broken.A very important note about this job was the honesty and professionalism of the crew. One of the guys found some money that I forgot in one of my drawers. The gentlemen came to me and told me about the money that he found and delivered to me. Not a penny missed. My experience with Topnotch Movers was a wonderful one. After our wedding, Mike and I decided to move into our new home we just bought. I couldn’t get a hold on a good mover around with a good rate. My friend, Jane, came along and told me about Topnotch movers. My first place to come is Google to read reviews about them and everything I read was exciting. I got in touch with them via their website for a free consultation and my quote. I was called within 20 minutes and with my quotes. I couldn’t believe that their quote is much lower than the previous quotes I got.On the day of moving, the movers team came 5 minutes earlier. They were calm and professional throughout the loading of the period. I was impressed how they treated me and my belongings with respect. Throughout our journey to our new home, they were professional and pleasant all the way. I was glad Jane recommend Topnotch mover to me, and I would gladly recommend them again and again.
Do not use these guys. I had a small move going 5 miles down the road. They picked up my stuff and left several items in my shed despite us telling them to please take those items. Then they busted one of our shelves. Then they left us with 2 unassembled so no where for my children to sleep. The younger guy was ok, but the project leader had no courtesy. Rude and just trying to charge more $$. Then they said that they had a 4pm move so had to leave.
In one word - Excellent - first time using the company. They were a fantastic company to work with, from the beginning to the end. Our estimator (Henry) was extremely friendly and fair. The office staff made it very easy to schedule so that it lined up with our moving timeline. Andriy in the office was great. The customer service by phone was always so courteous and helpful. We needed to move 2000 pounds of donated dog food as well as hundreds of boxes of donations for the Bahamas animal rescue effort. We called top Notch movers and they were able to provide us a truck and two movers in less than 24 hours notice. Junior and his partner were excellent. They arrived on time , we’re careful in our removing things from our pick up location and delivered the items with a smile to the warehouse ready to be shipped out by the plane to the Bahamas. Lets start with a well-known truth: moving sucks. When my husband and I began planning our FL/KS move, we looked up movers on Yelp, narrowed it down to a list of three highly rated movers, and had all three come to give us an estimate on our move. Truth be told, Top Notch Movers wasnt the cheapest, but from the very first moment talked to Henry, we had a sense that they were very organized, very honest, and very reliable. The estimator came to our house on time (unlike other movers) and provided a comprehensive (and accurate) estimate.The morning of the move, three movers showed up right on time, and within five hours, our condo was empty. They were unbelievably careful with our fragile items (mirrors, antique dresser, etc). and also just great guys- sweet, friendly, and kind. When they arrived in KS a few days later, the crew was amazing - in four hours, our apartment was unpacked. All of our stuff arrived exactly it was packed - not a single scratch, dent, or break - and the movers quickly assembled the few items that needed to be put together post-move. All of this to say, if youre planning an out of state move, long distance move… Top Notch Movers is the way to go. They take a painful process and make it easy.
I needed to move to another apartment in Delray Beach and a friend of mine referred my to Top Notch Movers. I looked up their reviews and was impressed so I called. Hen was great, offered me a great quote quickly and on short notice his team moved all my stuff. I had no dings or scratches on my stuff which is important to me and I was very happy with the professionalism of the movers. They were polite and worked hard. After receiving a quote from another company I saw very bad reviews and needed a last minute replacement for an out of state move. Top Notch replied immediately on a Friday and was available to pack us on Monday. Their communication was excellent, price was fair and were on time. Our things were packed with care. They also delivered our goods earlier than quoted and again, were on time and efficient. I would highly recommend Top Notch!
This was my first experience with a moving company and it was excellent. The employees were responsive from the moment I contacted them, they explained everything in detail, helped with all needed paper work and always had time for any questions I had. The price was discussed before the moving date , so we didnt have to deal with extra charges on the moving date.The moving team Victor and David were very punctual, polite ,and extremely professional. I recently used Top Notch to move across Florida and I have to say that my experience so far has been terrible. On the day of my move, they showed up two hours late. The packing of the truck was fine and the guys were nice, but thats it. It was a two hour drive to my new place and they ran out of gas on the way. How someone runs out of gas on a two hour drive in this day and age I have no idea. It then took four hours for them to get someone from the headquarters to come out and give them a tank of gas. When they finally got to my new apartment and it came time for payment, I was given a price less than my original quite and I accepted it. The mover then got a call saying to charge me more. I said I didnt want to pay it, but they said I had to and I could take it up with customer service the next day. I have tried calling multiple times now, but havent heard back. Ive moved quite a few times and Ive never had so many problems before.
Andre and Frank were the movers, and they did a great job! I was thoroughly impressed! On time, nothing broken, disassembled furniture was reassembled an put in place. Zero complaints!! And fast! From now on, Im calling Top Notch any time I move! Hopefully not for a while, because moving sucks. Having to change my address on everything blows! But I will refer them to anyone who needs to move.
My boyfriend and I worked with this company for a long distance move of our two apartments in Miami high rises to a New York City high rise. Im so glad we chose this company because their prices were fair and they were very clear communicators the whole time. We got our shipment on the day we moved which was never promised but they knew wed have to get a hotel for the night otherwise! The movers got here at 6pm and unloaded all of our things right into our apartment. They actually forgot 2 of our boxes and a painting in their warehouse (I thought that wed never get that stuff) but they brought it to us within the week and again were very good communicators throughout the process. I highly recommend top notch movers and would use them again in the future.
We contracted Top notch Moving to offload a 40 container from overseas to our customers residence in FloridaEvery aspect of the move was handled perfectly according to the instructions we had submitted. From container offload to unpacking and staging furniture and boxes to designated rooms the highly motivated crew accomplished every task without any problem.Why I decided to give this a 5 Star rating is that I had asked to come back a few days later to dispose some of the empty cartons and packing material which were left over. Guess what. Done - without any additional charge.

He corresponded with me via email. Any questions I had he was there to answer. My movers were punctual, friendly and very professional. We had Jr. and Pasquale from the team move us from Boynton to Boca. They provided free wardrobe boxes as need and they even finished a bit early. That saved hour gets automatically refunded to the card! I can’t say enough good things about this company and their staff. I will definitely hire again and support them by any means possible. Truly they are Top Notch MoversMy first move with Top Notch Movers was July of 2015, mostly unloading and later reloading largest size Penske diesel truck. They were vey professional. Exactly cost as quoted. Worked carefully and efficiently. Nothing broken. All satisfactory, so I called them again.Second move February 2017. Arrangements made with Andre and Noah of office. Quote was made over the phone. Description was accurate, 2 BR, 2 BA, many boxes, and stairs. Decision was made to have three men. Moving team was Demetrius, Cam, and Neville. Some of my furniture is large, fragile, and antique. (Precious sentimental pieces to me, even though perhaps, not to the rest of the world.) These pieces were carefully wrapped and expertly moved with not a scratch. The team of Demetrius, Cam, and Neville, were steady and evenly working and worked together efficiently. They came on time and were prepared with all supplies needed. They got immediately to work. The time estimated was perfect. There was no extra charge.I am very picky about my furniture and I was pleased. Great job guys!!!

Do not recommend. The company I hired, hired these people and they are not professionals is like hiring someone out of Craigslist. They did not cover the things even if they brought the blankets. They will make you sign off wavers for any damage. They are very careless and now I have a huge scratch on my Pianca bed. On my previous move with the people I hire, they normally prep things for the move, that didn’t happen here. I felt so uncomfortable with them moving things, I decided not to move a painting as just move it myself.

Top Notch made my move to Indiana very easy. I didnt have to worry about a thing. They came to my house packed all my belongings with extra care, labeled anything that was fragile and made sure that I was satisfied with the packing before they took everything away. The dates they gave me were almost exact, the movers put back all the furniture that required building and left my apartment almost complete ( other than my personal things which I wanted to unpack myself). I recommend Top Notch to all my friends and family. Great service and great people.

The Local Moving crew did such a great job helping me move my things. They came early, quickly and safely packed my things onto their truck, and unpacked them well. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They had a great price, it was simple--no deposit, only a two-hour minimum on a weekend. Minimal truck fee--way less hassle than going to u-haul or somewhere else and getting your own truck.Oleg & Miguel were awesome. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I took pictures of my furniture before pick up and upon delivery.DELIVERY PUNCTUATION: I was told I’d get a 48 hrs notice before delivery and that didn’t happen, they called the day of and I had to deny the delivery and reschedule for a different day. (Beware as they will charge you for rescheduling, they didn’t for me because I argued the 48 hr notice) the reschedule date they were hours late,DELIVERY QUALITY: With the labeled boxes saying “living room” , “bedroom” etc. , they just tossed everything in one room. They also did not put the legs on the sofa which I had to do myself. Upon delivery My sofa and accent chair came with what appeared to be a yellow liquid stain, I thought it was urine. A box was also open with missing items. The missing items were inexpensive so it didn’t bother me too much but still.POST DELIVERY: When I called, Charlie (old management who is no longer there) said for me to file a claim. Francine (new management) called me and her customer service was amazing. She apologized and make things right.WOULD I RECOMMEND: yes

I been looking for movers close to 2 weeks,I went every were I could. Read all reviews, good or bad. searching and go deeply into details. I wouldn’t say the names of the other companies … but I must say one thing, be careful out there, it’s dubious.There is movers without license, local or long distance without insurance and more.First, I check that Top Notch Movers has everything. That’s a big plus that they have, after that I spoke with Andriy and he explain me how does the move should be done from A to Z.When we where been ready to reserve the moving date, the only thing they ask was $50 deposit and Andriy told me that it’s refundable 72 hours before the day of the move with our notice by email. That’s another big plus!When the guys came over to do the move Toni was very lovable and pleasant. He took care of his paper work during that the other guys warping our furniture with a moving blankets.I heard already about additional fees at the moving date from other reviews that I read, but I was ready.I asked Andriy before “ what will be the additional cost if at the day of the move I’ll have additional boxes “ , his answer was “ once you I’ll know how many boxes additional you’ll have … just call the office and they will update your origin quote.” u2028when I called back to the office I told them that I have 15 additional boxes and they told me the new price, when Toni count all items he notice that I have 5 more small boxes on top of the item list and he call again to the office.I just want to say that Francine answer the phone and she put me on hold for 5 min’ to try reaching Andriy, at the end she told me that’s ok and they will not going to charge me for that. WoW! Small thing does matters at least for me.When they shipped our goods to NC, victor showed up with his blue moving truck collect his balance and start unloading our goods, again, no additional charges or any other unexpected fees.Great service! We had a great experience with Top Notch. Tony, Junior and Pasquale did a fantastic job. Very respectful and open to taking extra care of our many fragile belongings. I can highly recommend this team and would definitely use them again in the future.

This a good company that hire such great people for doing a difficult and sometimes a challenging job.On July 9,2018 Edward the foreman with one man help moved our possessions expediently and very professionally in Hollywood Florida. There were other activities in the way such as another company was using freight elevator and construction company was unloading concrete beams. Our men were great and completed the move w/o any complaints.I should note that these two men were extremely nice and polite.My wife and I were very happy especially after reading about other moving companies and their not so positive reviews.All I can say that you should have no fear when you hire this company but to make for sure ask for Edwards crew.
We recently used Top Notch to move from an apartment on the third floor in Sunrise to a house in Tamarac. The movers were efficient and professional, especially given the heat and going up and down stairs. Price was very close (probably a little less) than what was quoted. Most importantly, nothing was broken or damaged. Would certainly use Top Notch again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a quality but reasonably priced service.
This company live by the name, they moved my cousin to Brooklyn NY with no additional fees that I was afraid of.They sent an estimator to his house, the guy was so professional, he came with company brochure and present it to them.The estimate took 1 hour, but let me tell you something they didnt have any hiding fees!It was a guarantee flat price based on inventory list.The crew came to pick up the furniture and the next call we got from the company was that the goods already on his way to NY and should be there in 2-4 days.Amazing!!!Thank you Noah and Sasha for a great experience.
This moving company was fair and to the point. They didn’t play any games with my move and made sure that I was updated with whatever changed in my move. On the day of the move they came smiley and friendly and made sure I was aware of the way they moved things. They are the real deal. They did an above perfect job and my family and I are more than satisfied. The price is legit considering that it is summer and a lot of people are moving. However I would pay this price any time (that’s how pleasant and hard-working they were :)) they really did make my first time moving with my family easier than it probably should be. 10 out of 10 stars.
We had Top Notch move our furniture back from cubesmart to the house. They did a great job. They were on time and were very professional. They had moved the furniture to cubesmart originally 3 years ago, and we were happy to hire them again.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst moving experience. Here is my email to the manager, who never addressed the issue:Noah,We plan to never use Top Notch again and plan to give it a poor review, because of how we were treated by David. He spent about 20 plus minutes trying to charge our credit card while the clock was ticking for the job. In other words, David was charging us for the time it took to charge us. When I complained, he told me that’s how it is. I told him I was unhappy with the company. Since he was rude and continued to drag his feet while emptying the truck, I jumped on the truck to speed up the process. I then heard David yelling “get off of my truck!”. I asked him for the name of his manager and he said it was him. I told him he was the worst manager I have ever dealt with. He responded “ you are the worst customer I have ever dealt with!” We got into a shouting match and he exclaimed that he was ready to stop talking but “you keep taking!” I explained that I was an attorney and that I don’t bill people for the time it takes to bill people. He responded that “you attorneys bill people for everything!”I have to tell you, I have never been treated that way by a person that was paying over $500. I expect way better customer service and what a giant failure your company was on this occasion.I expect something to be done for this experience. Top notch movers moved me couple months ago from my fort lauderdale house to my new house in plantation. First and foremost i would like to say that the moving experience was phenomenal. From the day of the estimate until my move day everything went smoothly as possible. I just moved from Texas and I cant even think of a better moving company to do the job right! This companys people were super professional and did the job right and fast. Moving to a new state is very hard, and this company made it so much less painful! The constant reassurance that my stuff were in a safe place made me so much less stressed. Joe and andriy moved my mother into assisted living, and it was a very smooth experience. The movers were very nice, and the whole process was basically done by evening, Since I had flown in from out of town, it was so nice that I had good information in advance about the services provided and pricing, so that I knew what to expect on moving day.
One of the most unpleasant experiences. I was told that the movers were going to connect my washer and dryer and they didnt. I was told that they were going to help me hang my TV and they didnt. Throughout the whole time I got nothing but bad attitude and complaints from the movers. Within minutes of start working one of them had already broken some of my picture frames and my stereo. I just now realized that I am missing some of belongings. When the company contacted me regarding my claim, I was told that they would reimburse me $0.60 per pound of the damaged property. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
I called and spoke to Joesph, Joesph was great he was super nice and explained everything to me in detailed and broke down the pricing for me... he was able to get me scheduled and moved the next day.... knowing i was in a hurry to get moved, he was able to make this as easy and stressful for me as possible!!! Our experience lived up to the name of Top Notch. Every aspect of the move was smooth and easy. The two gentlement arrived early, packed our two rooms efficiently, drove to the destination in an appropriate amount of time, and unpacked just as quickly. No damages or problems, and was cheaper than any alternative. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of movers.
Great experience. Very friendly, careful and helpful with moving everything. Took longer then expected to move a 2 bedroom condo, however this was not their fault. I didn’t realize how much stuff I had.They also were able to take my TVs off the walls and undo my desk and put it back together which wasn’t an easy task. They gave me extra wardrobe boxes to use as well. Highly recommended

Moved from NC to Boston in 2019 and had a bad experience with this company. Sales discussions were misleading on the price for extra boxes and they mislead us on the expected delivery date and would not give straight answers on the whereabouts of our truck and when it had left storage. We received our goods 21 days after moving.

The crew showed up on time and during a tropical storm, they moved my stuff very efficiently. Everything was up front, no hidden fees. Our stuff was moved over about 1000 miles and it got there in 4 days. Not bad! Nothing missing, only 1 thing broken. I am very satisfied with my experience with top notch movers.

Moving is bitter sweet but Top Notch movers took away all the stress. Henry was very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. They are affordable and the movers were efficient and very fragile with my furniture. The move went so smooth i highly recommend them

Really disappointing. They get two stars because their movers were friendly, at least. To begin with, they hid the ball on estimates--moving it up at the last minute (by that time it was too late to switch movers) by more than 10%. They told us that the higher amount would only be charged if the movers needed to take additional time.Well, guess what? The movers didnt need the additional time and they charged us anyway. Then they tried to make us sign a document allowing them to charge another $300 if we challenged the charge on our credit card. No surprise that they had that shady document cooked up already.None of our stuff was broken, but wed never use them again. Extraordinarily crooked and just shady.
They were so professional and very careful with my belongings. The price was great and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to move and be at peace knowing their things are taken good care of. Moving is hard enough. Thank you top notch!
I would pay VERY close attention to their quotes that they give you. They have a lot of add-ons they dont tell you about initially, and they call incessantly after you call for your initial quote. They also increase price as it gets closer to the move date if you havent reserved a spot, which I have never experienced with any other moving company. Bait-n-switch or pressure tactics, whatever you want to call it, that was my experience. In the end I went with Shark Moving for literally half the price, and a quarter of the stress.
In the beginning I was very skeptical about hiring an outside mover. Luckily, I listened to word of mouth and hired TOP NOTCH MOVERS. They were very professional and took a personal interest in out well being. They respected our time, were prompt, and worked diligently. Although they worked quickly, they were careful with our belongings. From start to finish, they took the initiative and helped us settle in to our home calmly and seamlessly.
I had a great team of Oliver, Michael and Whitney help with my move. All three men were extremely professional, focused and got things done at a very quick pace. Would definitely recommend this company.

Our movers came on time and load a full 20ft container from florida to ISRAEL.amazing guys great performance.Full packing service disassembly of the furnitures wrapping and loading the container in 5 hours.Unbelievable!!!Thank you guys for make our move easy

I moved from out of state to Ft. Lauderdale in a U-Haul and hired Top Notch Movers to help me move everything into my new apartment. Move was scheduled on Friday morning, and Top Notch Movers called me at 3pm the day before on Thursday and told me that they wont be sending anyone. They entirely screwed up all my plans and cost me hundreds and hundreds of dollars in additional costs, from having to reschedule my apartments elevator, renting out a U-Haul for longer, hotel costs until I could find other people on an incredibly short notice, etc. Pathetic service and I got nothing in terms of rebates/future credit or help finding a replacement mover. Hey, at least they refunded my deposit YAY! Dont trust this company if you dont have a backup plan. Maybe they are fine when they actually show up to the job, but dont expect any sympathy from them if they bail.
We had Paul and Tony today and they were very professional. They worked in a timely manner and were very friendly. Nothing was broken and everything wrapped and unwrapped as needed. Will definitely refer them to my friends and family. Theyve earned lifetime customers!
I used these folks to move from a 2 story townhome to a 3rd floor apartment. They showed up on time, stayed a little longer and didnt charge me extra. They were very professional from the initial phone call to signing the final documents on move day. Id absolutely use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Disappointed I have to give one star! Very unprofessional, the driver Victor is unprofessional, rude, and a liar. My items were damaged and they denied it happened during the move; after accusing me of lying about he damage, they offered very little money towards the repair. Someone reached out for my phone number to discuss the horrible move and broken item and to date, I have not received a call. Did I mention this was 6 months ago. I would not recommend this company to move garbage from the house to the curb, they are HORRIBLE!!!

2022-02-15These people are horrible.Over charged, damaged everything they touched, never returned phone calls, took 5 days to drive from Florida to east Texas.Tried to claim damages with there “ insurance “We claimed a couple thousand dollars of damage ( it was much more). After being run around by the insurance company they only want to pay $75.00.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Customer service is horrible, the movers broke and damaged everything

2022-01-10This company is the worst moving company. This happened last year July. Their first estimate was about $7,000 but then I end up with $12,000. That wasn’t the only problems. They told me it will be delivery in 1 week but end up took them 2 weeks. When they arrived on that sat, they end up arrived late afternoon that cost them not enough time to unpack appropriate. They had lost all the screws to my bed frame, dinning table and all my tv stand. They left all my TV on the floor without putting them back together and my bed frame wasn’t put together too. They told me the next day someone else will come back to put everything together but it was all lie. They broke my computer desk, my bed frame, my curve TV, and lost the stand to the TV. When I contact them they told me just look for handyman to do it. I end up have to pay extra $300 more for the handyman. This is the worst company and the most irresponsible company. Also they lie about their price.

2021-09-29WORST MOVING COMPANY . Please do not use this company ! They are extremely unprofessional and rude. I move from FL to NC and was given the run around about when my items would be delivered. I was originally scheduled for pickup of my items on 7/15 but was told the truck broke down and they needed to reschedule. Most of my items were tagged and packed up on 7/16 ( movers did not have enough tags ). I was assured by the movers that they would be tagged at the office and stored together. My items were not delivered until 7/31. The movers who delivered my items left dents in my walls and door jams. Two days after my delivery I went out of the country for two weeks. Upon returning and unpacking my belongings I noticed some of my items were missing. I called the company multiple times left messages and no one got back to me. I called again Monday September 6th and Francine the office manager told me they do not check voice mails because no one has access to check them, so no one got my messages. She told me to give her until the end of the week and she would get back to me because they were busy and short staffed. I called back again on Friday 9/10 after not receiving a phone call and I was told the warehouse manager had covid and no one was available to search the warehouse for my belongings so when he comes back they will check. I waited a week and a half and called again to be told she could not reach any of the warehouse managers by phone and she would call me back in an hour. I called again the next day after not hearing from anyone and was told they are working on it and in the meantime I should fill out a claims form for my items. I called this morning and spoke with a different person who stated they were experiencing water damage to the warehouse and things have been moved all over the place and they can’t do anything to assist, to place a claim and why did I wait so long to call them to report my items missing. When I tried to explain that I have been trying to reach someone to assist going on three weeks she said it wasn’t important and she didn’t have time for it and hung up the phone. The clothes that I did receive have mold all over them and some of my furniture are broken. I would never recommend anyone to use this company. WORST COMPANY !

Both complexes had stairs, and the guys handled everything with such care and no complaints! They packed all my furniture into the truck perfectly, ensuring nothing broke! 2022-06-02This was our second time using Top Notch Movers, and we have no complaints. Jackie was able to use the inventory list from our first move to create a new estimate for us, and she was always prompt in replying to any questions we had. On the day of our move, the team showed up on time and completed the job of moving our belongings from a 5th floor apartment (far from the elevator) to a two-story house in six hours. Despite the challenges, the movers were friendly and professional throughout. And even though we had them move a substantial number of fragile items, we unpacked to find that the only damage was a single cracked drinking glass. When our move took less time than the estimated 8.5 hours that we paid for, Top Notch even issued a quick refund. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I highly recommend their services. In a business so filled with fraud and unprofessional services, Top Notch stands out as an honest, reliable company that provides everything they promise.
