We had a very pleasant experience with the leasing office here at Torino, specifically with Xaimara. She was warm and friendly from start to finish and made us feel comfortable during the tour and application process. Townhomes are nice inside, very clean and simple and community appears well maintained.Update upon move-in:The experience we had regarding the personnel, Torino community, and their service was so awesome. I really have to tip my hat to Steven from maintenance. What a wonderful hard working person he is. He went above and beyond his means to get everything right in the apartment for us and that speaks volumes. So thank YOU Steven!!! Also big thanks to Xaimara and Taryn who worked cohesively as a team. They know exactly what they are doing. We appreciate that very much. They are very kind and such lovely ladies. Thank you Xaimara and Taryn for helping us have a smooth transition to PSL. You guys are great. This is my update regarding Torino community. Not to mention, the nice layout of the actual townhome. Appreciate it!

Beautiful complex! Xiomara was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful while showing me around today! She took the time to explain things in detail to me, and answered all of my questions promptly! It was a pleasure doing business with her!
Bridgette showed us around the property and it was lovely. She was very knowledgeable about the property and emailed us a quote right away as she had promised. From the tour we can see that the townhomes are well maintained.
We looked for some time to rent in port st Lucie before we found this one, the estate is clean well run and everyone here is very nice. Moving in Xaimara from the front office was very helpful she provided valuable information in every step of the process.
I just toured Torino Lakes Rental Townhomes and it was AMAZING!! Xaimara is so sweet and such a professional!! She answered all of my questions and more!! If you decide to check out the place, which I highly recommend that you do, then I would definitely ask for Xaimara to show you around!!
A horrible place!!! staff at the office is rude. Live here at your own risk. They charge you a fee when you pay you rent on line. The fee ranges from $2.00 to $60.00 depending how you pay. They harass guests when they come to visit you and put stickers on their car and have their cars towed away. There are bugs!!!!! This place was built in a swamp. All night you hear freaking frogs. The sprinkler system water smells like something DIED.
I have had a great experience here. The community is wonderful and the townhomes are awesome. I have the three bedroom and couldn’t be happier. The Staff has been outstanding from the application process to the move in and beyond. Cat who welcomed me on my first day, always answering any questions I have since then, has been awesome. She is a great employee and asset. If it wasn’t that I found a great house in PSL, I wouldn’t be moving out. I’m glad that Torino Lakes Townhomes was my introduction to my new hometown!
I don’t live here yet, but I did go on a tour on the community and houses with Cat yesterday and I have to say she was amazing! She was very friendly and helped us out with any questions we had regarding living there and I could tell she genuinely cares about the residents and the potential residents and is willing to do anything to help them out! I am definitely applying and hoping to get in there thanks to Cat!
Xaimara was very helpful and knowledgeable with high my husband and I information on Torino Lakes! We are a military family moving back to South Florida and the wealth of interest Xaimara should us was impeccable! Would recommend anyone coming in to visit with her!

I visited Torino Lakes Townhomes yesterday and I’m extremely impressed! The townhomes are beautiful, spacious and clean! I’ve been working with Cat in the last 24 hrs as she is preparing my application for review! Cat is extremely sweet and you can definitely tell she loves what she is doing! ♥️
Shiloh was absolutely wonderful, we did a tour with her and her presence was professional, friendly, and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome by answering all our questions. Torino Lakes Townhomes is very lucky to have her on their team! The beautiful clean community is a bonus. Definitely lives up to the pictures!
I had the pleasure of touring this property with Rebekah and I have nothing but great comments. Prior to arriving we emailed back and forth and it was professional and informative. Then the actual tour itself was wonderful.Its refreshing to find a community where the pictures online PROPERLY REPRESENT the units in person.The models are gorgeous, the community is clean and quiet, and the staff that we encountered were friendly.Rebekah clearly loves her job because she was fun and energetic the entire time! It was a lovely experience. Thank you!
100% would recommend these townhomes not only in an amazing area but the staff was great. Catherine was very patient with us and was nothing but polite every step of the way. Definitely considering this option for our move to Florida!
Elyse gave us a fabulous tour of the model townhome and all the amenities the community offers. She answered all of our questions and made us feel very welcome. My daughter and I, hope to make Torino Lakes Townhomes our next home soon.
Quick Update: After a week of vetting between Fort Lauderdale and Port Saint Lucie, we finalized our decision and signed with Torino Lakes. Our initial experience with Bridgette was great and the positive momentum commenced with Kat during signing. Were in the middle of selling our current home and preparing for the next chapter in our lives in PSL and Kat has been responsive (text, email, and phone) shes helped hedge some of our anxiety moving into our new townhome.So far the interaction and experience has been great, we cant wait to move-in.
Did a tour with Brittney at the very last minute while in town and she was beyond accommodating and friendly. She took her time to show me around the model homes and I can tell that she is very passionate about this community! The well kept property does sell itself but Britney is the icing on the cake. The virtual tour is great but seeing it for yourself? Awesome!

I enjoyed touring the townhomes today. The community is definitely one that I want to call home. The homes are spacious and I love the smart home concept! Bridgette was awesome - friendly and professional! She gave a thorough overview of the townhouse and the community - which answered all of the questions that I would have asked. I look forward to hopefully being part of the Torino Lakes community.
My boyfriend and I walked in and spoke to Cat. She was very helpful and able to answer all of questions. Made the process very easy. As well as following up with us after words was a great extra touch.

This is a review for Q the maintenance man, he is awesome! Everytime there is an issue Q comes and tries to fix it as quick as he can. He is extremely polite and since the pandemic happened, he always comes in our home with a mask on. We appreciate that having a small baby now in the home. Thank you Q, excellent service!!

Brigette showed us both the two, and three bedroom townhouses, and did an outstanding job with her showing. Answered all questions and took time to go thorough the apartments. She deserves a 5 out of 5 and is a great representative a Torino Lakes Townhomes.

We moved here in February 2020 with our two sons and absolutely love it here. We love the atomsphere and the layout and the palm trees they have planted are wonderful to look at. Love how they enforce the rules to keep everything looking nicely. The pool and hot tube is a bonus and they keep it clean and fresh! Also wanted to mention the maintenance of the townhomes. Anytime we need anything they are on top of it. Steven with maintenance is wondering and the only person I have dealt with so I cant speak of anyone else on maintenance but Steven always gets the job done and is so very nice. We are so thankful to have found these townhomes when we moved from Orlando! Keep up the great work Torino Lakes!

Shiloh was very pleasant, she gave an enormous amount of info. My children loved her. That’s what you call great customer service!!!! She’s definitely a keeper on the Torino team.
Now I am not going to lie, my wife and I lived here for a year. At first we loved it, the spacious floor plan, the modern feel of it, the rent was a little high but we still loved it none the less. We even referred friends and family members here and they ended up living in the community. Towards the end of our lease we were denied a renewal of our lease. When we called the corporate office as to why we were denied, they told us it is for no reason. It has been two months since we moved out and we still have no idea as to why we were denied because we were always quite, and always paid on time even through COVID19. Today I received my security deposit ( we paid $1,200 because we brought dogs with us) and I received only $200 back. Now there was a couple of scratches that we left when we were moving in and out but they charged us $300 for held-over beyond lease even though we returned the keys to the place the same day as our end of lease. I would not recommend this place to anyone and for anyone that does currently live there to move out. Rich Properties is a rip off. I will update once I dispute the unnecessary charges from my security deposit.
Xaimara is an extremely helpful and very knowledgeable leasing manager at the Torino Lakes Rental Townhomes.
Beware!!! I wonder how much money they make taking application fees from people they deny rentals too. My daughter and son-in-law applied and lost $200. They were denied due to low credit scores. Their credit scores took a hit with Covid. They are now back to full time work and can afford the rent. They were not allowed to have a co-signer nor would they be allowed to pay 6 months rent in advance.
My friend and I have been searching for a new place to live. The team at Torino Lakes townhomes has been incredible with the application process. Cat, Skylar and Shiloh were extremely helpful!

(Went smooth)GREAT JOB MADISON!!!!!* Town Home energy efficient and light bill so far $150 for our family of 4* Water and Sewer seems to be around $60per month* Smart Home Features a plus (Mainly front door and remote access)* Stainless steel appliances and exceptional lighting down stairs* Garage door narrow for larger cars* We have enjoyed riding bikes, skating, swimming in the pool and enjoying the hot tub.* We have played Large Chess and Corn hole at the built in playground* Friendly neighbors walking their dogs and spending time with their kids* We enjoyed the Fire Pit for Smores and not much traffic* Pest control every week if needed*Trash pickup 2 times per week an no extra expense* Internet Speed with Hot WIRE great for gaming (250 up to 1000) WOW!!* We have Verizon cell phone service in our apartment (No problems)* We had one maintenance request and was fixed the next day* Nature Trail, Kids Playing, and Relaxing Atmosphere* Stairs very wide and feels open* Water hose access on side to wash cars* Palm Trees all through Neighborhood gives a relaxing Feel!!!!* Property well maintained and yards and flower beds look great.* I am glad that the parking is enforced with spaces only* Port St Lucie has a strange school system where they choose where your kids to school and is based on zones* 10 miles to beach and fishing for family events* Traveling is easy because of location between I-95 and the Turnpike* 1.5 hours from Orlando (Easy access to larger events and entertainment)* I did have to add ceiling fans upstairs (only one in the bottom living room)Look forward to spending family time with my kids and beautiful wife during this tough time in the world....If you are staying at home everyday like us, living at Torino Lakes has been a Bonus!!!
Didn’t get to rent there due to needing a bigger place. However when we did the tour and the application and approval Madison was so awesome . The townhomes are absolutely stunning . Even though it didn’t work for our size family I wanted to just write the review because the service Madison provided us from beginning to end was amazing! Maybe when the older kids get there own place I will be back !
Relocating to FL due to work and being 1100 miles away, I have had to handle all inquiries via phone/email. Erika who has been assisting me the entire process has taken time to answer all of my questions, and has taken the time to walk me step by step through the application and payment processes. Erika has been extremely professional, helpful and understanding even with my experienced frustrations with the process. This is definitely a place I would rent from! Just moved out and the only reason we left was because we bought a house. This place may be the only renting place where the clubhouse and pamphlets match the quality of the units. This place is the real deal. It is quiet, quaint, and friendly. Everyone we have dealt with has been highly professional and extremely kind. Location is close to St Lucie West and I-95.We are sad to leave as one of the original tenants, but so thankful and proud to have called this place home.
Moved into my beautiful townhouse on Dec. 1st ! I am filled with blessings and gratitude that I am fortunate to call Torino Lakes “HOME”I love the GREEN LIVING concept!Very spacious , open , kitchen , living room area.Granite countertops with all solid surfaces in all 2 1/2 baths. Master bedroom offers a double vanity and walk in shower. Second bedroom offers a balcony!The amenities are too many to mention!I am very impressed with the office staff.Madison Webb always greets me with a smile and a warm, inviting personality! She is very knowledgeable and very attentive to details !Madison is the consummate professional and is always client centered!Thank you , Madison , and entire staff of Torino Lakes!

I was going to rent there before they took more money out of my checking account. Was only supposed to be 50.00 but they took 250.00. I had to wait 15 days to get my 200.00 back. I do not trust them with my checking account. I was not scheduled to move in until July and they kept changing my move in address due to no Certificate of Occupancy. They also threatned to sue me for my own money. Not very professional.I was approved and have the approval emails. Plus the 3 changes that were made to my unit. So please do not lie and say I was not approved.You were only supposed to take $50.00 not 250.00. Your own office stated it was a glitch on their end and apologized to me. Lets get the facts straight. All is well, I found a better place to live.
Moved here about a month ago and everything is as advertised! This is the best price for your buck in Port St Lucie, guaranteed. New construction and quiet neighborhood. Erica is the kindest person we have ever dealt with when renting.
We are thankful for the maintenance here at Tornio. One in particlar is Quintus, he does a really great job.
This place is great location-wise! Not far from Ft. Pierce, Jensen Beach and of course different parts of Port Saint Lucie. It’s quiet and peaceful, with great views. The homes are great, some electrical issues but that’s expected with a brand new place. I think living in South Florida has spoiled me and I need to lower my expectations when it comes to this place. Difficult move-in aside, trash gets blown about, which is fine and totally understandable, the problem is that maintenance doesn’t pick it up. I was told that they do but, it’s clear that they don’t. Shouldn’t rent be a little lower if I have to do maintenance’s job? The office seems to have a little communication issue as well. I was told a lot of “no’s” before I moved in but now it seems that some of those “no’s” have turned into “yes’s”. Other than that, this place is pretty okay!
I cannot WAIT to move in. The buildings look brand-spanking new, are beautifully kept and the aesthetic is very modern, elegant and clean. Staff are super professional and courteous when Ive interacted with them.

2022-04-08Applying at Torino Townhomes has been pleasant. Xiamara did not only answer all our questions but just made us feel like home. One of my biggest concerns is security and she just showed us how secured is this location not just with the gate and cameras but with the structure of the building itself. She is very knowledgeable and understands the process with confidence. If this was a place to buy and not just lease I would even buy it myself! Thank you!

We are new to the state of Florida, but she made us feel at home while we were there. She went out of her way to tell us more about the city of Port St. Lucie and answered every question we had. 2021-10-13Im used to having my 10 Am Work out run Im happy to say it was not interrupted . And I can say the Gym here and Pool are clean and well kept. Just like the staff and there attitude if I can rate Cat the person I dealt with on a scale of 1-10 I can say a 20hanks for doing all that you do CAT keep it up !!!

2022-02-12This was a last minute decision that was complicated and difficult for my family and I. I was under a lot of time constraints and coming from another state. I dealt with Xaimara who went above and beyond. She provided me with a lot of detailed information over the phone. She was very informative and knew everything about the leasing process. She provided with me with informative emails as soon as we hung up. I had several more questions and had to call back several times, and Xaimara was professional and calm every time. As annoying as I was, she remained helpful. Thanks to her we were able to submit the application and required paperwork right before closing time and was able to get the approval the same day! Every email was responded to quickly. So far so good!

2022-07-05Horrible customer service. After having lived here for 2 years, my mother recently moved out and called me crying because the front desk worker berated her and was incredibly judgmental.My mother had paid for cleaning services after she moved out and while there was some damage to the facility, she had fully expected to pay for repairs and had never said a word otherwise. The front desk worker she spoke with repeatedly put my mother down when she had zero reason to be so cruel.Do not recommend.

Wonderful and simple!We havent moved in yet, but so far it seems to be a very nice quiet community, and Im thrilled to have a community that is wonderfully constructed.
