Additionally, Lisa and team did a great job marketing my property such that the interest and number of showings were impressive and far exceeded what I had experienced with other realtors. I first contacted the Treu Group after hearing a very positive endorsement on the radio. They were responsive and lived up to the endorsement. They listed our house and had an offer within the first week. Although that offer fell through, they persevered and were able to sell our home for what we were expecting. They are professional, and have a unique feel for the real estate market. We were able to get a terrific price on our house without the bother of Open House showings, a plus for us. Very unprofessional group. Rude and condescending. Very slippery sales people. Strictly a product of a hot market. Look elsewhere for your real estate needs. There are better companies with great agents that know how to speak to people. Beware. Its very sad that people like this continue to do business in our great city. NewSouth Window Solutions of West Palm Beach, part of the NewSouth network of Factory Direct Showrooms in the Southeast, got a call from Steve Treu wanting to set an appointment for an estimate for replacement windows. As our employee went through a basic script to determine if we could help him, he became argumentative, degrading, and demanding, as if he were the employer and not a voice on the phone. Every effort is made by NewSouth to go through these calls with courtesy and care. Our employees are directed to conform to company rules and procedures.Two of my employees became very upset with their interactions with Mr. and Ms. Treu. Mr. Treu demanded we just set the appointment and we did. When confirming to make sure all was set properly, we found more uncomfortable resistance. Then we find a one star Google review, a scar on our reputation. Why?As the only truly Factory Direct window supplier manufacturing in Florida, our services are in high demand. So we ask about the project and the objectives of people who would like an appointment with a Factory Representative. We want to make sure we can do what they are looking for so no one wastes their valuable time.Since there are many options available we ask that people set aside 60-90 minutes. Does each appointment require that much time? No. But we have found with years of experience that if the decision makers set aside that amount of time, we can properly service them without cutting corners or wasting anyone’s time.We also ask for all the decision makers to be available so we can give them a price for what everyone wants. So many times over the years when we have worked with only one of the main two decision makers we have created a plan and price to replace their old products only to find the decision maker who was not present would like to look at other designs or plans. What could have been accomplished in one meeting can stretch into multiple days.We do not pressure people to sign on the spot. I have no idea why Ms. Treu would have assumed that. We do offer an incentive for folks who can save us time and money by making a decision on a first visit. Do all of our customers take advantage of the incentive? No. We do not require a decision on a first visit? Of course not. We do follow up cordially, but a great number of customers place their orders hours, days, and even months after the first visit.The fact that these people would disparage NewSouth online is unprofessional and totally unacceptable.Here is the One Star Google review placed by Ms. Treu:Lisa TreuI did not use New South. They demanded that my husband and I be there for. a 60-90 minute presentation. My husband had a construction degree and he is the decision maker on our home renovation. He explained that to them. They made the appt and then called back to tell me that if I am not there, they are cancelling. I am the owner of 2 businesses, I get it however when does reason come into the process. I promise you, we will not be pressured to sign on the spot. We are educated consumers that will do our research and make our decision. Needless to say, I will not be meeting with them. Depression style selling does not work for me.Amazingly I went to their web site and a chat box opened. I asked if they have a BBB rating. Did they answer my question? No. They asked for my name. I asked again. Then they asked if I wanted to buy or sell a home. After I replied that I wanted to see if they had a positive BBB rating, there was no more chatting. I was offered a 15 minute appointment with Lisa, who the chat person said would be able to help me.

The bottom dropped out of the real estate market 10 years ago in South Florida. We had to sell our home and move out of state in a matter of days. What to do? We called Lisa Treu and, WOW, what a stroke of genius for us! Not only did she respond immediately but got to work ASAP, listed our house, and told us not to worry about it. She knew we had to drive 1000 miles away and encouraged us to leave everything to her. The website allows you to view various properties and the ones you like gets sent to her automatically. From there she does her magic of viewing each property to see if it is in your price range, how many offers are on it, etc. This is great, because its allows you not to waste your time on the wrong property. When she chooses the ones that fit you the best (price, location, etc.) She takes you to go see them. Well, after one meeting with Ashley I found the perfect place and my offer was excepted the next day! Her brother Chris, is great too! He does all the back ground work, and makes sure everything is moving along perfect during your buying process. Ashley and Chris are very organized, answer all your questions, and are there to help you. The Treu Group also has the cutest office!! Since I met these two, I have been stress free in my home purchase and I leave everything in their hands. I would definitely recommend these two and the Treu Group to anyone! We are so excited to have just purchased our dream house. The Treu Group helped us get an excellent deal on this home. The purchase price came out below the appraised price. The Treu Group also negociated with the seller to make a few repairs priors to closing. With the repairs complete we could move in right in the same day as the clsing. We are very pleased with our decision to go with the real estate team.

We have had a very good experience with the Treu company, Lisa who showed our place, was excellent. We got several offers more quickly than we expected. Chris in the closing was very good. They were all very polite and accommodating to us and we really appreciate what they did for us. The first buyer Lisa brought in was only 10 to 12 days after we had listed the property, and unfortunately for technical reasons that fell through. After another 10 days Lisa had another buyer for us and that one did go through and we were very grateful to Lisa that she was able to come up with the buyer. And the closing went so smoothly. We were not able to be at the exact closing date, but we came in early to sign the papers, and everything was explained very thoroughly to us. And we appreciate that. All in all we had a very pleasant experience and positive reaction to the Treu Group and we are very grateful for that.

When I looked to sell my home, I was looking to find the most professional and reputable company around. Having been on both ends of the process, I knew that the agency not only had to have a great marketing face, but also actual results that backed up the marketing claims. Having gone through the interviews, it was clear that no one came even close to the Treu Group. With a need to sell as quickly as possible, I was astounded when only 6 days after listing, we had three offers. It was not an easy deal but they went above and beyond, never risking the deal, but negotiating every step to get a contract under 30 days and closed in under 45 days.

Well in this difficult market, as we all know, there are many real estate agents out there. I will say I was very fortunate to look up the Treu Group, and I will say it was just an amazing experience from the beginning of the process of them explaining to me, on the market, and then during the whole process of having people coming by and of how they marketed my home. If a zero star was available thats what this realty company rates, I am disgusted by these realtors whom after I blocked them from their emails and texts to me they have the ability to break thru anyway? How many times I unsubscribed and submitting is ridiculous. This company is also clueless regarding time zone differences to add to their irritating behavior. I blocked the last one yesterday it had an unusual string of pluses, and at least 17 number digits just like the rest of the blocked ones I put in. Very sinister technology. I have gotten texts at 4:14am in the wee hours of the morning and after 9PM at night which is not lawful in order to sell products and services, why would I have them represent me??? I am on the do not call list, but apparently, they claim I wrote out personal information on their website.....ugh! Apparently, they have a presence on the internet thats quite intrusive. Does searching for properties on Google allow for these tech website savvy belligerents do what ever they want to the general public in order to reap business.

2022-03-17I highly recommend The Treu Group, and after recently selling our house through them, I will never buy or sell a house in the area without The Treu Group helping me do it.I had the unfortunate experience of having to sell my marital home after a divorce with an ex that was not very cooperative at the beginning of the process. Fortunately, Lisa Treu was a consummate professional, and obviously very experienced with encouraging buyers and sellers through the process, and she used her abilities to get everyone on board with selling the house very early on in the process.I would like to say, “of course” the sale went off without a hitch, but everyone knows that home sales rarely go off without a hitch so I should not say “of course”, but with Lisa and Steve’s reputation and after going through the process with them, it feels natural so say “of course” the sale of our home went off without a hitch.
