2022-08-29Stella Merkushina did the impossible. I closed on the apartment purchase in NY and needed to sell my Florida property asap. Stella not only found a cash buyer; she negotiated great sale price and found the tenant for the buyer - condition that was the contingency for the transaction to proceed. Transaction executed perfectly by Stella and her team right on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Stella for any real estate sale or purchase of any complexity. She will not disappoint.

2021-08-31It’s not every day you get to come across real estate broker who places client success over one’s own interest. I’m new to the aria, but I’ve been in a real estate for the last 30 years and most definitely I can tell the difference.Elena has undoubtedly time and time again proven her self as the most serious, officiant, reliable real estate broker. First time in the long time I felt completely relaxed during transactions, she and her staff took care of absolutely everything. 2021-11-15It was an absolutely unforgettable experience. My moving in process was not very easy. Despite many unfortunate circumstances that my agent Aya and I had to face, Aya was able to handle everything, defending her client to the last. 2021-07-26Armen Tchakmazov is a realtor for Trust Invest Real Estate. He is the Worst Realtor I ever dealt with in my life. he stole my money, rented out my property in The Pinnacle without telling me, charged fake fees, he tried to sell me old furniture as new, he’s a real low life, and after he got caught he tried to blackmail me, by telling me only way I will get my money he stole, is if I sign documents saying he did his job correctly. Be aware he is by far the worst realtor in the state of Florida, he already has plenty of complaints against him and many more coming. He takes advantage of elderly people, and then plays games with their property and money.
