2022-06-07In 2021 we had listed our Fort Lauderdale home with another realtor and despite many (30+) showings, there was no offer to purchase. 2022-03-22Working with TrustLarry Real Estate could not have been easier. Larry has a team of professionals including, handymen, landscapers, painters, flooring installers, electricians, plumbers, pool servicers, and professional stagers as well as others ready to jump right in and convert the home you are selling into a almost unrecognizable masterpiece of a showhome. The curb appeal transformation that Larry and his team accomplished was amazing, and resulted in an accepted offer in the first day.The little extra touches were extremely helpful; for example dropping off extra moving boxes and packing tape, and removing furniture and other items that I did not want to pack and move to my new location, which I otherwise would have had to hire a dumpster or junk hauler. Oh, and I forgot to mention that all of the above was included in TrustLarrys services!
