2022-06-10AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PAY FULL PRICE GET A QUARTER OF SERVICE. EXPECT ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NELLIE AND TEAM. I had a hitch installed at this location and after install spent 2 hours fixing the issues they created. I paid 72 dollars for a basic hitch install and what I received was a hitch attached but the muffler was not secured and rattled the whole way home, they never reinstalled the under body splash guard, and didnt tighten the ubolt secured to the tow hitch. There is a link on the UHaul website that shows the installation of the hitch on my exact vehicle and all of these items were completed in the video. The recommened time to complete the job for a pro was 30 mins and 60 mins for a novice. I was there for 2 hours. None of this was told or presented to me as I was being given the paperwork. The only reason I found out about the splash guard before I left was because i had to put our stroller back in the trunk where they stashed it. After trying to call Uhauls national line, I was told the store was the only one who could correct the issue. After talking to Nellie, she told me that because I fixed everything myself there was no compensation to be made because I didnt give them the opportunity to make it right. The right thing to do is to refund the services that they did not complete to the understood expectations. Why would I bring my vehicle back there after that level of incompetence? For 72 dollars this isnt about the money; its about the principle. It is clear Nellie cares more about the money than her customers. Learn from my mistake and do not give them the opportunity to waste your time and money.

2022-06-27Such a lazy team they took my money, wasted my time for 10 days and at the installation date they said the part still is not ready. I waited two more days. Then I called customer service and have them on the phone, I complained why you did not call me and they cancelled the contract with no explanation. I paid again and booked another appointment and they cancelled it right away.I am not sure why Uhaul management dont care. I paid twice for s service of hitch installation and they cancelled it twice. So I gave up and decided to go with different solution.What kind of business is this? You pay twice and set appointment twice, then an ignorant employee cancels the appointment for no reason.I have both contract numbers and if anybody from Uhaul cares, I can give them the contract numbers.

2020-12-12So many times we have driven out here for propane in our rv(even after calling 1st!!) only to be told that someone didnt show up for work or the machine was empty or broken or they decided to close early just because! ..one day we were even told we could not get propane due to a lightening storm approaching ..are you kidding me?? Today we stopped because we were in the area and of COURSE there was noone available to operate the pump. Never again u-haul..today was our last visit .. anyone know a RELIABLE refill station for propane in rv.s?
