2021-12-18Do you don’t know that you need Kerianne her team until you have worked with her. She is an amazing beautiful soul. Kerianne went out of her way to make sure every single thing that was on my checklist was accommodated for. She is punctual professional and her team is on it 100% of the time. I met Kerianne through Realtor.com and we instantly had a connection. Her team got me closed in under 40 days without any hiccups or stress. This has been the most streamlined process that I have ever encountered in my life. They say buying a home is hard but Kerianne and her team make it easy. From financing with Adrian inspection with Keith (clear to close) and having an energetic broker named Pablo. This team absolutely phenomenal. Adrien ensured that everything with finance was done and guided me in the right direction. There was never a time you could not call. Kerianne was the glue that held everything together and she make sure everything ran smoothly. We met a strangers and now Kerianne will be my lifelong friend and family.
