The biggest advantage is that you already know the exact address when researching the holiday home (i.e. before making the final booking). So you can look at the area on Google Maps and know whether you are spending your time quietly or less quietly in Florida. Or whether you enjoy the sunrise or sunset by the pool. Respect for the great work, thank you very much!
