2021-11-02DO NOT RENT... MOLD, BUGS and FILTH, numerous calls to the Roelens management service still left us with a home that should not be rented. They know the condition of this home and they continue to rent and take people money for a disgusting property. Called and requested a refund, of course no call was returned. The house smells of mold and has mold growing on the vents. Exterminator had to be called which left us sweeping up dead roaches, ants and silver fish. The floor was so dirty that if you went barefooted your feet were black. The fans and walls had dust hanging off them, The dock area was old and filthy. The boat on the dock looked like a zombie boat. The dock-side tiki hut did not have a roof. The white fence was full of green mold. Inside was not much better. None of the TVs worked properly, The clock fell off the wall, Guest tub did not drain, many light bulbs were missing, Garage door opener did not work. Many lights would not turn on, Electrical issue that could not be fixed so no bathroom lights for the week. No kitchen wash cloths or pot holders, Toillet seat loose, over grown vegetation that cut a friends leg in driveway. Stay away!!!

2019-02-24Property is disgusting and has not been kept up. Rental management company was horrible to deal with. Pictures do not show the true conditions of this property.

2021-11-01Would not recommend until it has a complete deep cleaning and the source of mildew/musty smell was found and fixed. We encountered many problems making the stay below par. The pool was great and house was in great location.

2020-10-15Horrible experience, dirty pool and dirty house. Cleaning service did not do a good job and should not have let people in until it was cleaned properly. Hair clumps everywhere, carpets very dirty. Old furniture that’s falling apart. Speakers ripped out the walls. Dirty and smelly dishes, dirty bathrooms. Stuff flying out of the AC outlets all onto the floors. Washer smells moldy as do the towels. Rental Agency completely useless and not helpful. Will never stay again.

2022-08-02We booked this nice house and had a magically good stay. The location is perfect and the house spacious and well planned with plenty of room for all of us (we were 8 people). Furniture and interior felt new and fresh. When we hung out in the house, we usually ended up outside where we enjoyed the newly renovated pool area which was amazingly nice! I can warmly recommend this accommodation.

2022-08-05Fantastic house, the pool is great and then on the pier and just enjoying it is great. Very well planned house, Close to many different excursion destinations Second time we are here and next year will be the third time.

2021-01-25Very bad rental company, despite Covid 19, no money is refunded as we are not allowed to travel. Will never recommend this house or the company that rents out the house. Hope this info reaches the owners of the house ....
