2019-08-14Having used many real estate agents to buy and sell many homes I have found the staff at Wagner Realty on Manatee Avenue to be as professional a group that Ive ever worked with. The family Royal Team of Judy McCauley and Gina and Peter Uliano make an unsurpassed team. They have many years of experience and are extremely thorough and knowledge. Plus, they are just really nice people. I truly feel in good hands.

2018-01-21Being a first time home buyer can be very stressful. I went into Wagner realty, 7411 Manatee Ave W and spoke with Susan. She educated me on everything I need to know and walked me through every single step. A few weeks later Susan had to go out of town. I needed to see a house and she was unavailable so instead of making me wait she got another real estate agent to help me. Here comes Kathy. A few weeks later I now had 2 of the greatest real estate agents in the game. Susan and Kathy worked so well as a team. Never letting dead lines pass and always staying on me to get things done. Whenever I have a question they were always there. I work nights, Kathy on some occasions knew I’d be asleep during the day and she herself would stay up later or call me at 1am knowing I would be awake and available. She was always willing to work around my schedule. These 2 ladies are the best real estate agents and made the process soooo very simple. I can say I have 2 new life long friends. I would highly Recommend this real estate company and highly highly recommend Kathy and Susan.

2016-01-26This company doesnt complete the safe and necessary inspections of their rentals homes. So badly so that a current tenant and their daughters health is at risk due to an active rat infestation as well caved in roofing leaking water inside causing moisture build up resulting in mold and mildew and illegal wire crossing. After the tenant personally paid for an inspection. The landlords only agreed to break the lease without any compensation. As a rental company one would hope that agents would know Chapter 83 landlord/tenant rights. Even if renting, demand an inspection from a third party to ensure yours and your families safety and health.

2018-02-16Wagner was best RE company 20 years ago. Now its worst. Simply forget it. Retirees at work ripping you off. And they back off the stupid Bradenton Beach city counsil reg idiot.

2019-06-07Called to ask about house rental, was transferred to a voice mail. I left a message with info, 24 hours later no call back. Called office again, was given run around and excuses.
