My husband and I were very impressed with our movers today! They were very polite and professional! They got the job done quickly without any damage to our boxes. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience during your move. We cant say enough good about them! They are amazing!!
They did an amazing job. I have the heaviest furniture know to man. They moved it out and moved it in with no damage,close attention to cleanliness, worked with me to help organize my new space. Thanks for providing a very good transportation service for my move. It was a reasonable quotation and I have received all my goods on time and in a very good condition. The customer service team were very cordial, responsive and took time to understand the requirements. The driver and mover were friendly and are the best guys to get the work done. I was looking at lot of reviews. This one did help a lot.
Henry and the guys were very professional and took care of all the stuff. Loading the pre-packed flat and packing the kitchen. The guys took care of the fragile stuff very well. Made sure to ask us where we wanted our furniture in the new place and assembled the ones if requested. All in all happy with the service provided. A tip to remember if booking them, always request them to visit the property prior to the move else there are awkward moments where the fixed price has to move due to the size of the move is not what was assumed by each party. Happens to the best of us. Oliver gave us a good deal and covered the second trip without charge for the extra bits. Would definitely do business again. Cheers guys!
I moved with We Care For You Moving. It was carried out expertly. They went over the logistics of the transfer with me. I was able to exhale and have faith in the group. There werent any scratches on any of my furniture because it was all protected. Additionally, the guys took apart and put back together my furniture, so I didnt have to worry about missing screws or putting it together incorrectly. The team was quite effective, and the transfer went very smoothly.
What an amazing experience. From all the horror stories I have with other moving companies prior, I did not expect this. The whole system from beginning to end was very professional, the price was reasonable, and they were extremely efficient with the move. My whole apartment was moved out and moved in, in less than 2 Hours. I am so impressed. Will be using again, everyone on the team is incredible. Thank you again
This was the worst move weve ever experienced. The movers were 4 hours late picking up our things and then they rushed to get things done. The paperwork that they filled out was incomplete and left items that were moved off of it. They forgot some items that were on the list to be moved and when we called them back they took the items and never added them to the moving list. All of these items were stolen and not brought to us. There also was thousands of dollars worth of damage of which we just received a check in the mail for a grand total of $95. We were way overcharged for the move from what the estimate was given to us. I called the company numerous times and nobody was willing to take responsibility for any of this. Our items were supposed to be delivered to Illinois first and Wisconsin second and they switched this around and told us the day before they were coming. The truck was repacked by the movers and things were not in the order that we had originally set up. We couldnt have a much worse experience and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding this sham.
I was extremely pleased with the level of service we received during our move. They were professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly. We had an issue with construction at our new home and they were able to work around the construction going on and finished the move in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Quick and Careful Moving to anyone in need of a moving company.

Jessica in dispatch is the best! Patient. Caring. Responsive. Exactly what you’d want from someone who interacts directly with your customers. Even though she has a huge job, she makes you feel like you are the only customer she is working with. She reassured me every step of the process.The packing and pick up process w/ Travis and team was smooth, easy and stress-free. (Well, as stress-free as moving can be). There were three gentlemen at my home but they worked like there were six. Phenomenal job!Thank you Jessica and Travis. We Care Movers has by far been the most stressful company to deal with! I requested to get my household goods released 4 times before they actually released, loaded and shipped. I dealt with Robin and Max who each told me different information each time I called and they never told the other what we had previously discussed; eventually they stopped answering calls from my number and I had to call from other numbers to reach them. After they originally told me my goods were released on June 25 (voicemail recording to prove this), the goods were not actually released until July 15. It is highway robbery how they charge based on the amount of steps for long carry and even this is a money scam. When I initially hired the company I paid a long carry fee which was for the delivery location and the company stated it was for the pickup location which was not above the allotted distance and there was not a long carry at the pickup location! I called We Care Movers on the date of delivery asking why I was being charged an additional long carry fee when I had already paid it upfront. The lady, Robin, did not even stop to hear me out and stated that whatever the driver said needed to be paid had to be paid. The driver’s company worked with me and moved the furniture in without charging me. Luckily I had 2 friends with me on the day of delivery since this move had been so difficult I wanted witnesses present in the event something additional happened on move in day; one of my friends that were present had to help move all of my stuff in as if he worked for the moving company. When they loaded the truck they had my TV laying on the side squished between large furniture (pictures to prove). The only good thing from this experience was once I finally got all of my belongings, everything was still in fact. All in all this was a terrible experience and made things even more stressful with trying to move across states and start a new job! I had to contact the Ft Lauderdale police department to attempt to get my household goods! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Save yourself a headache and pay a little more to fulfill your moving needs!

Crew were on time, professional, and almost over the top on making sure that all of my items were FULLY PROTECTED with plastic wrap, blankets, and boxes. I had a crew for people and each one of them wore a face covering or mask the entire time they were in my home. All of the furniture was taken apart and put back together perfectly. NO DAMAGE or disappointment at all. Without hesitation, I would hire this crew again!

These guys are great. It was the SMOOTHEST, most efficient move Ive ever experienced. They moved me out of my 1 bedroom apartment and into my new place in less than three hours. From the beginning, when I first contacted them via email to inquire about pricing, to the very end, when they drove away - it was a POSITIVE and PLEASANT experience.

Owner and his team were all super professional but also know moving is stressful, they were calm, efficient and responsive. They werent the cheapest but they werent the most expensive. I have very delicate art I care about all of was safely packed, unpacked and put away. Hopefully I wont move again soon, but if we do, wed use this Moving. Thanks guys!

We had this company move us from Florida to Indiana. 3 people showed up to pack and load us, they seemed unmotivated, threw things in boxes with out wrapping them. Stacked the leather couch, now has imprints. Threw my tool box on top of board games which smashed them, things were not packed by room, couldnt find screws to the headboards and bar that I had. Items were broken and chipped. The Inventory was not specific and I couldnt even read it. Asked them not to unpack into another truck, said they wouldnt but did it anyway. They knew they were going to do this, but did it anyway. I would not recommend this company and the should change there name to We DONT Care for you.

We had to move twice last year right after having our daughter. Ive always moved myself with the help of friends, but we broke down and hire We Care For You Moving for both moves. BEST CHOICE EVER.The were prompt, professional & affordable. Seriously, if you have to move, hire these guys. You wont regret it.
We used We care for you moving assistance to leave our two-bedroom apartment. The service happily handled our additional bags with no problems. These days, professional and excellent movers are uncommon. Very strongly advised.

Horrible e experience I moved from Florida to Connecticut I just bought all new furniture so I didn’t wanna leave it and I hired we care for you and what was supposed to be a $4000 move ended up costing me $10,000 plus they will charge me $650 a month to store the merchandise until I purchased a house upon receiving my delivery I was missing several large items two large ladders a nail gun an air compressor a DeWalt drill among many other things also many of my furniture was damaged not a good experience at all they should be ashamed of themselves
Destroyed our $800 TV and there was a lot of missing furniture. Damaged the furniture that did arrive. The mover did not come when he said he would. He was physically unable to move the furniture by himself and I had to help (a petite woman). He must have gone through one our boxes because he had an item of ours in his pocket when he arrived? We are still waiting on a second shipment that is MIA. They offered less than $150 for all the damage and missing furniture. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are a joke.

They managed to get just about every single item in the service elevator, followed the buildings extensive rules without hesitation, and left my apartment spotless. They were all NICEST and QUICKEST MOVERS Ive ever encountered...and Ive done many moves since the end of years ago. They called me prior to arriving, checked out the elevator and the apartment layout, and began loading items! It was also HELPFUL that theyve been to both the pickup and drop off buildings too. I recommend using them for your move.
Owner moved my belongings this week and they are the best. They represent the name of the company. They handled all my belongings with care and did not damage one thing. I had many boxes labeled Fragile and everything was in one piece when I opened my boxes. They were respectful, courteous and personable. Great team!
Quick summary: The office staff is unhelpful and standoffish. The manager verbally accosted me. They withheld client copies and altered signed paperwork. They added a surcharge, and refused to update delivery address 4 days before my items were loaded for delivery. On the day of delivery, when I questioned the surcharge again, the dispatch manager called, yelling at me and threatening additional charges. If I didnt show up at my original destination location, with the total payment amount in a non-revocable form, my items are being dumped in Brooklyn, NY. I am currently seeking legal action against this company. Nobody should be spoken to in the manner I was. In addition, placing charges after signing and picking up with the threat of dumping personal belongings is unacceptable. I understand that this company does a lot of business with elderly care facilities and senior citizens. Can you imagine!!!!
Horrible experience with this company, specifically speaking to customer service representative Jessica Loews. They added on extra fees at drop off that were not in the original contract, essentially forging my signature on said contract. Could not justify the extra charges and kept talking in circles, providing us with no option for recourse as they had our belongings in their custody. Wish I could leave 0 stars but since that is not an option, Ill have to be charitable and provide them with one. They truly need to improve the manner in which they speak to their clients. Would avoid at ALL costs.
Our movers did a GREAT JOB. They showed up on time, stayed longer than expected and were efficient and friendly the entire time. They were able to wrap and move all of our things into a storage unit in one day. It was AMAZING how they were able to fit everything into a tight space, but with care for our things.
Everything was clear, professional and very well done. They called several times to confirm the details, showed up right on time and WORKED VERY DILIGENTLY and carefully the whole time. All of the furniture was carefully wrapped and taken care off, nothing broke in the boxes. and huge thanks to this team who did the whole move in a huge rain storm.

Stay far away from this company for their moving services. My move was 44% higher than quoted, they held my items in storage when they were supposed to deliver my items directly. They showed up late to the delivery appointment. It took them 15 days to go from Fort Lauderdale to Atlanta. One box containing a glass coffee table packed in the originally manufacturers packaging was smashed into pieces, they lost a box, and dragged the box springs to my bed to point of tearing the material. The claims process is beyond difficult and took me over two hours to complete. If you do use this company, pay for the additional insurance because I guarantee they are going to lose something or damage it and if you did not purchase additional insurance you are only going to receive $.60 per lb on thousands of dollars worth of items.

This company mistreats their customers. They misplace and damage furniture. Read the reviews that are negative. They all share the same problems. Now, read the positive reviews. Theyre all fake. They use the same Review Farms that capitalize words in the reviews. They also use fake profiles that you can trace to bots and false reviews. How this place is in business is beyond me.
The three strong men did a WONDERFUL JOB protecting our furniture from chips or damages. They were very punctual to come to our house to do the estimate thats affordable. I would recommend to call We Care For You to eliminate the stress of moving.
Absolutely terrible ! We hirerd Perennial vanlines to move us from Florida to NC. I was not informed they were a broker service. They hirerd We Care for you to move us. When they arrived at the house I was told the price was increased from 9345.00 to 12092.00. we were closing the next day on the house so we had no other option but to pay it. Then our stuff took weeks to get to us. A 700 mile trip north . The communication was terrible . I found out all of our belonging were being stored in a roach infested warehouse in Fort Lauderdale. Then to top it off the 2 men that arrived with our stuff did not have a lift on the back of the truck to lower our belongings down . My freezer and drying were dumped off the back , my lamps were broke. They susstained many scratches and dents. I had to call my son to help my husband and these 2 men to lower the riding mower off the truck. the whole experience was a nightmare. The women in the office was rude and I think she forgot who the customer was We care for you is a big lie . They could care less!!!!!

I contacted the Attic Guys and I am very pleased with the whole expirience , very respectful with the property, protecting the carpet and vacuum cleaning afterwards, very nice.The house is notably warmer already so very happy with this refurbishment.I recommend this business.

We were quoted a price of $9,000 but when they arrived for the pick up, they said it would be another $3,000. Besides that,an antique piece arrived broken, another piece was scraped from top to bottom. Dishes shattered. Pictures scratched ...We paid extra for wardrobe boxes but no rods were put in the boxes so all of our clothes were just thrown in. One of those boxes they threw in garden fixtures with it. After filing a claim, we received an offer for $89 for compensation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We able to schedule the move for the very next day, they showed up on time, and loaded and unloaded the piano quickly. The only company that was able to quote me a flat rate instead of hourly with a minimum of hours to move the piano.

Nothing was broken.They wrapped my fragile furniture with a saran wrap like wrap so everything did not move. I was very impressed. I found they were quite reasonably priced.

Broke and lost several of my items in a long distance move...to include losing an ENTIRE NIGHTSTAND and a broken LARGE SCREEN TV they dropped off the truck when offloading. Then offered me $91, while not returning my calls to at least look for my missing items. Beware!

Ive moved 3 times. They are the worst so far. Nickel and dime you for every little thing so your total cost ends up being much more than the original estimate. Also disrespectful of my time and took 2 weeks to arrive after originally saying it would take a week, max. Would not recommend.

Questions were answered promptly and pick up, storage and delivery were all on schedule with no damage to my belongings. I would strongly recommend them to anyone relocating.

Once they had all our stuff and our prepayment by check they then demanded cash on delivery. This reminds me of the slimeballs who under pay taxes and get sued so often they have to have significant cash on hand under a mattress for when they are out of business.

This was the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Took 30 days for our stuff to get delivered, they were extremely rude to us on the phone when they would decide to answer and not dodge our calls. They also kept adjusting their prices and quotes and then changed rated they were charging then hold your stuff hostage until you pay their higher fees at the end.
I want to start by saying that I am not the one to usually leave reviews but I feel very strongly about this company and felt the need to share my experience. This company exceeded my expectations. I was nervous because this was our first time hiring movers and I have heard some horror stories. I am so thankful we hired We Care For You Moving and Storage! From the moment That I spoke to Reservations, I had a really good feeling about the company. They took the time to give me a quote that was very kind and professional. They called me the day before the move to confirm the move. They showed up on time and they were so fast and efficient and made sure to take care of every little detail. They went above and beyond on making our move as stress free as possible. We Care is very honest and kept their word on the the price even though it ended up taking more time then they originally expected. I would give this company more then 5 stars if I could and HIGHLY recommend using them!!
I wish I could leave fewer than on star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you value your home and belongings. To start out, one of the guys who packed my house stole one of my credit cards. Since Im still in the process of unpacking, I cant say if anything else was stolen. The guys who moved my furniture out of the old house also punched holes in the walls and tore up the wood laminate flooring on the stairs. One guy slapped up some hole filler, but it was necessary to have a handyman come back and fix the mess they made. In the handymans words, it looked like a 3 year old did it). The company did pay the handyman the $130 he charged. They also left without packing or taking some items. Again, in their defense, the owners came themselves to retrieve the items left behind. My things were delivered in two deliveries, the first set on a big box truck and the second on an 18 wheeler shared with other deliveries. The first set of delivery guys were actually great. They were pretty much the only highlight of the experience. They were courteous, careful, professional and very nice. BUT, the packers didnt make it easy on them as they lost the hardware for my furniture, so my husband and I had to buy replacements. The rest of my stuff was delivered on the 18 wheeler. The driver of the truck (a contractor) was a very nice, professional man, but he was 60 years old. He hired a local day laborer to assist, but they were unable to bring the large pieces up the stairs, so we are going to have to hire a second set of movers to bring the large pieces upstairs. My furniture is large, so its not an easy task, but the furniture made it into and out of my old house, which was also a two story house with two landings on the stairwell. Knowing the size of the furniture, how they sent a 60 year old man with a single assistant is beyond explanation. Oh...They also bait and switched price. They WAY underestimated the quote, and then jacked up the price saying that I had more stuff when they picked up than when they quoted, when in fact I got rid of items and large pieces of furniture after the quote. After starting the unpacking process, I think the reason it seemed like so much stuff (and I did have a lot of stuff to start out) as because the packers used exorbitant amounts of packing materials, to the point of riduculousness. They packed pillow shams in bunched up packing paper as if fabric was breakable. But, while Im not finished unpacking my things, it seems most of the packed/boxed items were well packed, and Ive found little damage to the items they wrapped/packed; I only found a few minor scrapes on the furniture itself. They apparently pack well, but destroy your house, steal your belongings, jack the price after misquoting and send (some) delivery people who cant do the job. As mentioned, the first set of delivery men (Lorenzo and Juan were great, but they were pretty much the only positive along with the excessive packing materials). If you receive a low quote from this company, please do not choose them based upon price, as it will likely not be accurate and even if they would end up cheaper, even after they up the price after the fact, it is NOT WORTH what you will go through. I know there are challenges with most moving experiences, but the experience with We Care proved they dont.
Our experience with We Care For You has been great (so far) We had a house full of large, heavy furniture and the moving team showed up (with plenty of man power) and worked non stop to carefully dismantle and protectively wrap and protect every piece of furniture. They were all nice, friendly respectful and strong. We had a second pick up at our storage facility, and they continued their efficient packing process there. We are very thankful for the 30 days free storage provided by We Care For You, because our new home was not completed yet. We expect to received delivery next week. Working with the office personnel has been pleasant, and they provided us with all the information needed for a smooth process. I am hopeful we get the same team for the delivery because the did such a good job at pick up.
Do not use these people. They are horrible employees can and will hold your furniture, we called about delivery date and the guy was rude and now said he will hold it for 30 days. It is a sub company and they are horrible. Made us pay over 3 grand more. They pack to make it take up more room. The forms are horrid and provide no coverage for you only them. American movers sub contract they are only a broker not a moving company
They managed a large move packing and moving 70 boxes and a number of pieces of furniture. They did an excellent job.

If only I could not rate this company. The fact that I have to give them a 1 star pisses me off. Terrible. Just terrible. Called to get a quote for the moving and got it for 1640. I asked all the right questions, questions about shuttles in NY which cost 250-300 and they said I wouldn’t need one. When they picked up my things from storage they said that 2 bar stools and a guitar were too big and needed extra space in the 18 wheeler (which again, was not supposed to be the vehicle transporting my stuff). No problem, I paid the extra 300 for the space. So far I paid 1450 with 700 deposit, and 750 upon pick up. Now the last payment was supposed to be 492 like we agreed on before. That was not the case and was told I had to pay 975 at delivery. So the move went from 1640 to basically 2500. I called the company and spoke to a lady named Robin. She was zero help and did not care to listen to anything I said or asked. I asked her plenty of times as to why the price is at 975. She just kept repeating we take cash or the other payment methods. I asked why did I need a shuttle if I had called and made sure we didn’t need one, because I knew it would be extra. I told her I asked all these questions before hand so I wouldn’t get surprised with additional cost. Well to my surprise I got charged extra and her only explanation was the payment methods. 100% do not recommend this company, so you would not have to waste your time talking to Robin who was zero help and didn’t care about anything except getting paid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I wish I can give them -10!!! Wht can I say and where do I start from!!! Unprofessional and careless...so many broken and scratched furniture.. I just don’t know how they got so many good reviews !! I wish I can do something to let everyone believe how bad they are!! Foul words were used against my husband when he was going over the calculations to understand why they kept charging him extra every time they call!! From the start, they gave him a price and told him we don’t need to come take a look at ur furniture.. later on they priced everything differently even though we provided most of the boxes and helped pack all of our clothes and personal items!!! They arrived a week late and whenever we called they would not answer.. every time we try to reach the manager, the person who answers says she was the one.. I don’t know how many managers this disgusting company has!!! Their truck(carrying other furniture for two more houses around) did not fit into our complex so they charged us more for a U-haul!!! Then they charged extra because our place has a stairs.. then they charged more because our apartment was on the back side of the street!! Ughh don’t know what more can I say 😤 if they are professional and ‘CARE’ FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE TEY CLAIM, THEY WOULD HAVE REPLIED AND APOLOGIZED TO THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS THEY’RE HAVING!! Also all the boxes came like they had been thrown from place to another.. our dining table arrived without the legs..my watch was stolen from my bed while moving..... still have more to say abt this uncaring company

Bait and switch basically. Was told by original broker Danny at Landmark storage our items would be delivered in the same 26 foot truck with the same crew. This company We care for you was who he apps re early gave the contract to. They showed up late had to take our tape to wrap stuff and throw empty tape rollers everywhere inside and out. Also charged an extra $1000. Then we restated that we did not want them to put our belongings into a semi the new apartment were moving to doesnt have room for it. Well here we are in Colorado and they call up and say they are delivering it in a semi and must do a shuttle. Also not delivered when promised by 2 days late. Also final cost was double the original quote plus an extra $500 for shuttle they were never supposed to use. Would not recommend Danny at Landmark storage and moving or We care for you. BTW supposedly you get a discount for being a veteran, part if their bait and switch.

Too many issues with their out of state delivery. They slightly all my furniture and cost me thousands more than was supposed to. 1) Almost all my wooden furniture was scratched on delivery. They use cheap wrapping blankets and tape, that they just come off in transit. 2) The pickup driver took a look at the items I had and asked me to pay about $1500 more than was quoted claiming that the initial estimate was not correct. At that time I had no other choice. 3) After giving final confirmation for a pickup date and time, they called on the last minute to change pickup date to the next day. This made cancelling my travel arrangements impossible and cost me several hundreds. This pick up date was also out of the date range I had specified. 4) One of the staff at their dispatch office is very rude on the phone. I had the worst customer service experience by far, with this person.
Buyer Beware! This company will hold your items hostage and will charge you double what the quote was. The office staff are rude and difficult on top of it. I provided pictures of all of my items at the time I received the quote. I did not add anything or change anything on my side. They just wait until your items are in their possession and then stick it to you. I do not recommend this company. Use caution if you elect to proceed.
They arrived within a few minutes early, worked very hard without stopping, drove safely to new address, unpacked and loaded all items up flight of stairs to second floor apartment, and charged amount quoted.
Keno and Tyree packed our Aunts belongings, some of which are over 100 years old. The care that these two men took to ensure the safety of these furniture pieces is something I have never witnessed before. This team was patient, careful, and sensitive to our familys needs. If it were possible to give 100 stars on this review, they would have earned every one of them. Without hesitation, these two men would be the first folks I would ask to move any of my familys precious belongings.
Drivers on both sides were fantastic- Crews on both sides great but destination crew was literally the best Ive ever seen- care for our belongings, amazing attitude, care for our home, great communication. Origin crew was great-managed well but a lot of guys and not so intuitive - Sales agent was correct on his communications up front and quote was accurate and moderate. Only issue was customer service didnt do a great job communicating with us or driver. Sales knew we would need a shuttle but no one told the driver until I talked to him on Friday before the Sunday move. We kept looking for updates prior and got... crickets. We had to chase communications last 2-3 weeks.But destination crew made up for entire process. Terran, Shane, and Mike - a small crew for our 3400 sq ft home plus garage, were so professional and calming. Our new house at 4,000 altitude with a difficult driveway- one single door for 3 stories and no garage- so our tools and garage cabinets had to go to the bottom floor- these 3 handled every step with poise like Ive never seen. And they weigh probably 380lb between all 3 of them- amazing ballet of moving we witnessed, with smiles and light hearted humor- these 3 took a normally crazy stressful process and made it painless and a pleasure. My wife and I were so happy during and at the end of the move- cant 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 this team enough!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very stressful, the fellows that delivered my furniture were much later delivering than I was told. This company takes your things off one truck and puts on another and care is not used when doing it. My sofa was stained, a lamp shade broken, wand on vacuum missing, one table missing completely and they give you a sheet to saying inventory is complete but you dont get to look back at the inventory sheet. They want cash up front before unloading the truck and they will not unbox items that their company boxed. Also, they put my table together and it is not balanced correctly, plus I had to fight to get the bed frame put together correctly. I wrote a complaint to the company and received no reply at all. Very tough to deal with this company. Do not use them.

I had a very frustrating and emotionally difficult experience with this company. Used them to move from Florida to Texas. We never intended to use them — we were just connected through a broker. Customer service was a bit pushy in the beginning. But we were stuck with them and continued on. The movers themselves during pickup were great. But it went downhill after that. Never heard from them for a week. Our drop off day came and went with no delivery to our new place. Days followed of no communication and little to no answers when I called. I had to look up the Sunbiz profile to find the name of company owner and contacted her on Facebook just to get a response on where our stuff was located. After some back and forth, she said the driver couldn’t be found. I started my new job with none of my clothes and had to borrow clothes/shoes from a friend. Days after that our stuff finally arrived but we dealt with similar issues to other customers — pressured into paying $400 more (in cash, no exceptions) for an extra 7 or so steps on the stairs/distance from truck. We had broken furniture and dishes, damage on a painting, etc. but their damages policy was pointless and wouldn’t really cover what was broken after reading the fine print. We were very lucky in comparison to the nightmares others had experienced from similar companies. This entire experience has made me realize that I just don’t ever want to use another moving company again… For my next move, I’m just going to rent a U-Haul. It is not worth the stress.

Originally went through Perennial van lines companyWho outsourced to ‘we care for you’ to deliver the move. The amount they charged was larger then the expected and originally quoted which I understood is because of the cubic feet being larger . I was fine with that . But they were extremely difficult to get a hold of “Robin” who answered the phone kept telling me the wrong information and could never tell me when they’re going to come and deliver the items, they told me Saturday July 10th and then didn’t even end up delivering until July 14th Wednesday. The driver didn’t give me 24hr call in advance, as promised. In the move they punctured my walls, lost equipment, and messed up my hard wood floors as well. The furniture was cracked or broken in various areas . THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND A NIGHTMARE . Do NOT use them . Worst experience as a costumer. Don’t waste your time and money here.
Using this moving company was the worst mistake of my 75 years. They arrived late, broke many articles in moving (including priceless antiques), left the house a mess according to the friend who stayed after we had to leave, demanded over $1000 to complete loading or they would leave my furniture behind, and delivered the furniture after their due date. Most importantly, they left my computer in the house, to be found later, photographed, and mailed to me by my realtor. Never, ever, consider using this company. This was by far the worst of my four major moves.
A recommendation was made to me to use We Care For You for my move. I did price out 2 other companies before reaching out to this one. I used the company to move me out of state and had used them for storage for at least 4 months. Due to COVID19, losing my job and not being able to afford my place longer, I was glad to have contracted with We Care. Now back on my feet, got them tondeliver my belongings and nothing damaged. The price was very reasonable and they handled everything with Care. It was great having them help me with my move, everyone was very nice and professional.
DO NOT use this company! I am not sure where these good reviews are coming from, but I don’t believe them. They will quote a reasonable price then charge another price when they show up. They will be sure to contact you plenty before your things are picked up, but they become extremely unprofessional and lose the ability to communicate once they have your items. The actual movers weren’t horrible, but the customer service and everything else was.We were told we would have our items on a certain day, but when our items didn’t arrive, they gave us the runaround every time we called. We were always told someone would call us back and they never did or we got voicemail. Again, the communication is terrible. When my husband kept trying to reach out, the people on the phone would become rude like they’re not the ones who aren’t communicating well.Once our items were finally on the way, they told us the remaining payment would be hundreds more than what was written when our items were picked up. They also called and told us that they charge extra per floor if you don’t live on the first floor(even if the place has elevators). I honestly believe they make up charges as they go.So to recap:-we were quoted a reasonable price which was doubled by the time it was all said and done. We ended up paying a couple thousand more than quoted to move a 2 bd/2 bath from north Florida to Georgia.-they have random hidden fees that they don’t tell you about until the last minute.-once our items were picked up, the communication became terrible.-our items were not delivered when they said they would be.I suggest those reading this go with a more reputable company. Chances are there will be better communication, better professionalism, better prices, and faster timing.

We were moving from Florida during the 2020 pandemic to be closer to family and it took them over 3 weeks to deliver our stuff. We have a 4 month old baby and they left us without clothes, furniture, and basic household items. When they finally arrived our sofa, crib, recliner, and multiple boxes were broken. They charged us over 500 dollars more than what they quoted because of a stair fee they neglected to mention. I later examined the contract and a stair fee was no where to be found. We wanted to file a claim with them but it requires you to mail all documents and its based solely on their discretion. PLEASE dont use this company!I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ADD THAT MY HUSBAND MADE A REVIEW AND 7 HOURS AGO A FAKE ACCOUNT PRETENDING TO BE HIM BY JUST CHANGING ONE LETTER IN HIS NAME MADE A FAKE POSITIVE REVIEW MOCKING WHAT MY HUSBAND SAID IN HIS REVIEW! This company is absolutely ridiculous! If that’s not proof enough of all the fake accounts there’s even another person who posted their negative review and directly after someone changed the last name and made a positive one. Well I’m writing this review to save you some time and money this company started out great joe was amazing at his job, the guys who handled my car transport were great! But when it came to my personal items being delivered on time they were the worst!!! I moved from Florida to Indiana for a job. I was told they would hold my things for me in storage for free for 30 days cool great! I told them once I found a place a date to bring me my belongings. They responded with a “okay we will call you when they pick up your stuff” that was Sunday. The next day I get a call stating that my belongings will be here the next day.... the next day is Tuesday the 21 of July my date of moving into my apartment date was the 23rd. I panicked the driver told me to call dispatch I call a women by the name of robin picks up the phone telling me “ you better go tell the people at the apartment complex to give you the keys because it’s coming and if you don’t get it you’ll have to pay 600 to 700 dollars” and wasn’t very helpful at all didn’t seem to care about my belongings or myself and became very rude once I told her that I already told mike my move in date was the 23rd of July. On top of that I was at my new job it was very frustrating to have to deal with that type of attitude when I just needed help. After the fact I get another phone from robin telling me that I need to find a storage unit to have my stuff put in those were my only options. I was very angry and I did lose my temper. Now, I have to wait till the manager calls me back to tell me where I have to go to get my stuff from because they put it in a storage unit claimed I refused delivery and that I was “hostile” . The name of the company needs to be changed to “we don’t care we’ll drop off your stuff where ever “ Do not waste your money here find another means of transport their customer service sucks robin especially needs to be fired or have special training on her nasty attitude she thought I didn’t know I was talking to her and told me she was the manager but the day before she told me no managers were to be found!

Worst experience ever!!! Everyone is rude including the manager. They were subcontractors for American Plus Moving and Storage who was equally as awful to deal with.. They kept changing the dates… they told me my stuff was sent out on the 14th then they called back today to say it was shipped today. I asked the rude woman to have a manager call me and she said with full attitude, “WHY?”. They are not helpful at all. Trust me. Your move will be a disaster and my experience still isn’t over.

We care for you movers, THANK YOU! I cannot verbally express the admiration I have for this company and a new found respect that we have for movers. Moving is a hard job especially when you are doing all the heavy lifting like the workers sent to do our move...We moved on 1/17/19 from Sunrise Fl to Tennessee...My wife and I searched high and low for best movers in Florida that was able to work with our budget. I had movers price our move at $4200 and more. After a few back and forth, We Care for you meet our budget at $3800 and we were still able to give a reasonable tip to the hard working movers that did our move. A couples of the movers we had such as James and Mike wrapped, protected and handled our stuff with TLC. They wrapped everything with blankets and then proceeded to use a black plastic wrapping, which I think they called shrink / shrink wrapping used for extra protection. When our items arrive to Knoxville everything was amazing. The movers took everything off the truck and placed everything were we asked. Everything arrived without damage and the guys that made the delivery were equally fantastic as the workers in Florida. Our family during this had been dealing with a lot of stress and it was amazing that moving was not one of the many things we had to stress about. At first it was nerve wrecking, but once the movers began working we just knew we made the best decision ever. Trust us folks, when I say we have no regrets.
Buyers Beware! You must buy their insurance or you will get theft, damaged, yelled at, lied to, paid $.60 per pound (value of merchandise wont matter), delivery month late, more than 10 people handling your property at different times, no weight paperwork, complaint process worthless because contract terms not the same as complaint, handlers steal with impunity because they know theres no reprecussions, evil deliberate gouging of furniture, and youll be sorry you used them. Their company name is a joke on you! they definitely dont care for you!!!
I used this company to move for a different state last year. They were friendly and they did my delivery on time as they said. The not so good part was the fact that the lost one of my favorites and most expensive piece of furniture, and even opening a claim with them and receiving a couple calls back from them, they never solved my problem. I never received anything for it and it wasn’t cheap. Also, I had most of the boxes damaged and a few broken items inside that they said that there was nothing they could do since it was packed by me, even you seeing that the boxes (plastic boxes even) were totally in bad condition, showing poor quality of service on the way the did the transportation.
I received my shipment over the weekend and I have to say that We Care For You did an amazing job. They arrived on time at my home in Florida and scheduled my delivery to New York within the time frame I requested. The movers were very professional and handled my items with care. The office staff was equally as nice and professional as the movers. The price went up slightly only because I added more items. Even with a price increase, they were very reasonable and worth ever cent.
We care for you has moved me 3 times within the state of Florida and once from Florida to New Jersey. The standard they set is unmatched. Terran and Nelson felt like family friends they were so cordial and friendly. All of my items arrived in the same shape as when they left. Four different moves over 4 years leave a lot of room for human error and they have simply not let me down. Always exceed my expectations, if you are in Florida We Care For You is who you need to trust to handle your move.

This experience exceeded our expectations. On moving day, Terran and his crew called us to say they were on their way and arrived slightly ahead of schedule. They packed mirrors, furniture, and paintings with great care and were very organized. I particularly appreciated how they were able to accommodate both some long and skinny, and some wide and flat objects that dont easily fit into a standard box. We recommend them highly!
My Movers were great, We Care Movers are the ones who come out and pick your items up and deliver us, the broker we used was terrible but We Care really did wonderful job for my family and I would recommend them to do your move directly. If you can help it dont use a 3rd party broker use the actual mover youll get better service and better prices. Thank you We Care For You I am completely happy with your services.

It seems this company is good at local moves but needs to get out of the long relocation moving business. Their performance on long term moves is hideous, perhaps they are stretching too far in their business growth ambitions by expanding to Interstate moves.Neither of the owners of this business have the capacity to conduct themselves in a professional manner in your everyday dealings with them - shouting at you over the phone when you are trying to ask when your furniture will arrive.This is a Mom and Pop business gone wrong, friends.They need for Gordon Ramsey to come in and shake them up.Add to that, questionable bid doubling once the truck is loaded and poor communication and Customer Service after our furniture was carried away and you have a recipe for disaster, which is exactly how I would characterize our dealings with this company.SAVE YOURSELF SOME MISERY AND BYPASS THIS COMPANY IN YOUR DECISION OF WHO TO CHOOSE TO MOVE YOUR GOODS.
This was one of the worst experiences. Not only did they damage most of our items they underquoted us $3,000, showed up late and boxes were open, they lost over 20 items including 2 TV’s. Oh but don’t worry, they reimburse you .60 cents to the pound, so my $800 tv will be reimbursed in 9 months for $6 dollars. Horrible horrible company. I wish I could personally call anyone trying to use this company to warn them how terrible it is.
WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! They substantially underestimated the cost and hit me with an extra $2,000 after the truck was loaded. They stored my furniture for several months and by the time we got it, alot of it had mold and mildew on it. The packing was horrendous; glass items were thrown in boxes. We incurred over $2,000 in damages. The final straw...we were offered $71.00 for our loss. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
This company is absolutely the most evil company. They put me and my wife in the most stressful experience weve ever been through. They never returned or answered our calls. They delivered our furniture late. and worst of all they charged us 600 dollars more than their original quote. 2020 was hard enough as it is without having to deal with immoral companies like this. Please Do Not Use This Company. If they get assigned to you by a broker run for your life!
I feel damaged in so many ways I cannot describe. This was the worst decision I have ever made.I have my quote doubled at the end, the items I had extra to add were not officially added to the list and I had no opportunity to check.I payed extra to pack my daughter’s doll house and it never arrived. My brand new vacuum cleaner never arrived. My daughter’s nightstand came in pieces. A box with electronics that my husband packed with our go pros cameras, video games remote controls, and extern HDnever arrived either and with that, all the pictures and documents we still hadn’t uploaded to the cloud.They storaged my furniture in a warehouse while they said it would be here in 3-5 days.We were at a hotel waiting for our things to arrive. With a dog and a young child.I tried to call so many times and nobody ever answered or called me back. We had to pay extra time at the hotel because there was no bed to sleep in my new house.I tried so hard to make this experience less traumatic to my daughter and this horrible company made it so hard.Finally, after 4 days trying contact, someone answered me and said they had my things in a warehouse and they “thought” they were supposed to keep it for 30 DAYS! And that they didn’t have my address.I have confirmed my address SO MANY TIMES.I am so upset.When everything arrived and we noticed the things missing and broken, I contacted them and they said: contact Moving Claims.So I did.I spent 4 HOURS submitting papers and documents.After 3 months waiting for an answer, they offered me the RIDICULOUS $45,00 to reimburse me for all this damage.I want to cry. I am so angry and so upset.I don’t need the $45. Take this $45 and give to those people who stole my stuff. They might be needing more than me.I will have to learn this lesson. A VERY EXPENSIVE ONE.I HOPE NOBODY ELSE FALL FOR THIS.They are horrible. In all the ways possible.
This company was a blessing. We had to move very quickly due to a job opportunity in another state. The company moved us from Florida to Arizona and it was by far the best moving experience we have ever experienced. They accommodated us in such short notice and our items arrived within the week we requested. The price we paid was very reasonable and affordable. We appreciate the company and everyone there who made what seemed impossible possible.

Be careful with this guys or better dont use their service. They will lie to you on the dates until they get your payment. After that, they will say that the contract that you signed during the pick up says they have 30 business days to deliver your items. And they wont get your calls or in case they do, they are totally disrespectful.Also, expect extra charge of 60 percent or more over the balance payment to be done at the delivery. If you dont agree they will keep your things while charging more and more for every day. So there is no choice than accept whatever they want to charge to finally get your things back.Customer service is the worst I have experienced in the US.And also I asked for a receipt indicating the total cost of the moving THREE times via email and once via phone and never got it.Terrible
Hello I am a former employee for this company just writing to warn you potential customers the owners name is Michael Harrison out of Fort Lauderdale he is a con man he will quote you one price and then when he gets to your house he will charge double and if you say no you will lose your deposit. He also sells his jobs to brokers third parties which is a big no no. I have integrity and am a faithful Christian so I quit as soon as I saw all the foul play. He also stole my money he never paid me what he owe me working for him . So I worked for free. Had to borrow money from family to pay my rent that month
Just thought Id let you folks know, I used We Care For You this past Friday to move me from FL to PA and I must say I am very impressed how this company treated me and my family they were so kind and they packed and moved my belongings with such care. I am a Physician and My wife and I work hard for what we have and this company really proved their name to us. I would recommend them to all my friends and family and my realtor who is the one who referred them to me was great too. Thanks again for your GREAT Job!!
My move went great. My movers were so nice and helpful they did a really good job despite the conditions. My building didnt reserve my elevator and things were not ideal but they worked thru it and got it done and I am very happy to be in my new house. Thank you We Care You a Great caring company

2022-07-27Absolutely terrible service. They throw your stuff around since it doesn’t matter to them. We’ve moved across states over 7 times with no damages and now we have an incredible amount of furniture damages. The drivers and the customer service are so disrespectful it’s unreal. We “care” for you is just a front. Just a few pictures below. Every box I unpack I discover more damages. “Dramatics” are necessary as this is our personal property to the guy that was so rude on the phone.Also, when we moved out of our condo in FL they completely damaged the wall that we now lost our deposit on.I highly encourage you NOT to use this company. You pay $9600 might as well go with a more reputable company.

More costs added at pick up and delivery. $1000 extra on pick up.$400 on delivery.Lost the hardware to my dining room table. Still un assembled.Broken items in boxes that are crushed obviously placed under heavy items in transport.Huge crack on my bed on reassembly.America please report bad movers at the FMCSA.

2022-06-16Our experience with We Care for You Movers started in JANUARY 2021. We sold our house in Florida and purchased an RV and were going to move our furniture to Texas and place in storage until we finished traveling.In searching for a moving company, the name Interstate Movers and Relocation Group came up and after talking to them we received a quote of $7200 and they would be there for 3 days packing and loading. First lie of many more to come.Interstate is a broker who handed us off to We Care For You. On the day they were supposed to commence packing, they called early morning informing us they were coming to pick up the boxes. After explaining that’s not what the agreement was, they showed up in a very smalltruck, not nearly big enough. Maybe just a misunderstanding so we tried to work with them to get on track, and they start loading things that didn’t require detailed packing.Now, they decide that $7200 is not enough for our job, but not until they had already loaded most of the truck. Instead of taking the 3 days, they had several people come the next day and start throwing things in boxes in order to finish on day 2. They also brought the same small truck. All of these boxes would have to be reloaded to a semi-truck which they should have brought in the first place and any time they are moved increases the potential damage. Of course there were additional charges for transferring and putting into storage, etc, etc.Long story short, the move ended up costing us over $15,000 and I might add they do not take credit cards, it must be cash up front. Of course, they don’t take cards because they can be disputed. And after the terrible packing job, they had the nerve to ask for $300 each in tips.Please don’t use We Care or Interstate. We sent a complaint to Interstate, but they never responded.UPDATE: MARCH 2022. After storage and unpacking.OMG The amount of broken and poorly treated furniture and collectibles is insane. Some things that didn’t matter were packed well. Other things that were valuable, were not. My Ethan Allen eggshell colored leather footstool was not wrapped at all and put in a storage unit with outdoor furniture and of course it is now a different color and marked with black. One entire box of my clothing had been allowed to get wet and completely molded including coach wallets and and purses. My mother’s crystal that I packed myself and labeled extremely fragile was also put in the outdoor storage and things piled on it and, of course the crystal was crushed. Glass lampshades were thrown in boxes with steel bed parts.One whole closet did not get packed and therefore my cordless vacuum charger and extra battery never made it rendering my vacuum useless. Antique furniture came with broken legs. I received someone else’s table. My expensive outdoor pots were broken along with broken glass in many framed pictures.Our nephew who was a professional mover packed our previous move and not one item was damaged and was perfectly organized. These pics are just a few examples of their carelessness. Check their ratings on BBB and you will see we are not alone in our complaints.

2022-08-20I have genuinely never been treated so poorly by a company in my entire life. Not only do they lie to you about your quote and double their price once you’re in a bind with moving dates, their movers we a day late for delivery, I drove 9 hours straight to get here for them, they basically smirk at you and say oh well you signed it. All of their good reviews are fake. Stay away from them unless you want to be treated like garbage, lied to, stolen from, taken advantage of with unprofessional movers who leave half your things and every step of the way have them keep putting charges to hold your things. Could have gotten all new furniture for what they’re charging me. The man was bullying me so badly my father took the phone because he thought single girl alone could he treated this badly. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Destroyed big screen smart tv. Huge mess. And boxes half full to take up more space with things just thrown in. I haven’t unpacked even though they said they do im sure I’ll find more broken things. Seriously. Just buy new things. You’ll spend less than moving and have less of a continuous anxiety attack.

2022-03-23The number of one-star reviews on the Ft. Lauderdale BBB website speaks for itself, but Ill add mine because this company deserves absolutely no business from anyone. Prior to the pickup of my belongings out of state, their customer service representative I spoke with told me I would be contacted by a dispatcher to schedule the delivery of my belongings at my home address. Instead, I received a text message from an unknown number two days after the pickup from one of their drivers, claiming theyd tried calling me multiple times the previous day, and telling me theyd be delivering that very morning. When I contacted this driver and explained to them Id never received any call from their number, nor any text or voicemail message from anyone previously to schedule my delivery date, they simply shouted over me and repeated theyd called me from a different - and also unknown - number and that I hadnt answered, and that I could expect to pay an additional $1,000 if I chose to reschedule my delivery date. I was forced to rush home from work and take an unexpected day off to attend to a delivery I didn’t schedule, causing me great inconvenience. To boot, my furniture arrived with dents and scratches that were not there previously.As it appears the proprietor is responding to other negative reviews by simply claiming the reviewer isnt one of their customers, Ill add that this company not only does wrong by their clients but also lies to cover for their abysmal work. They are obviously fraudulent and it boggles the mind that theyre still in business.

2022-02-22I had a great experience with We Care For You Moving. I have been meaning to leave a review for some time. I definitely had a small move. They were VERY EFFICIENT and FRIENDLY, making sure to get everything and they helped me reassemble some furniture when I come. The price was reasonable and they were able to fit me in without much advanced notice. I was VERY GRATEFUL to have their help in my move, and everything arrived safely.

2022-05-30I was very nervous about having our stuff moved and read numerous reviews before deciding to go with We care for you Moving.They were great at communicating with me prior to the move and the quote he provided was right in line with what we were charged.The movers were awesome! They were very friendly and efficient.They wrapped up our furniture so nothing would be damaged. All of our stuff arrived on time and nothing was damaged. Id highly recommend this moving company to anyone. If we ever end up moving in the future I will be using We care for You again without any hesitation.Thanks!

They provided 4 gentlemen who got lots of working experience and also they diligently took care of the furniture. They ended half an hour before schedule. 2022-06-28Great company. They did great work in my house. Reasonable and competitive pricing. Help me with evaluating termite damage in house I was deciding to buy. Couldn’t have been more professional. No mess left behind. The owner was super cool and explained everything to me. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be my contractor for my new home going forward !
