My husband and I just went through the process of selling our first home with the help of Dylan at Weichert Realty. We listed our house up just as the COVID pandemic was reaching its peak and were wary of what that would mean. Dylan kept our hopes high and we had faith that it would all work out in the end and it did! Thorough all of the pandemic mayhem and some unforeseen issues with the buyer’s lender, Dylan handled it all graciously. He kept us updated and advocated for us at every turn which helped us get a great price on our house.We live an hour away and Dylan made sure selling our home was never an inconvenience which we are so grateful for. Of course, this is all happening during the COVID-19 pandemic, which made things even more stressful! He was so patient with me and really took the time to get to know me, and my wants/needs in a house. He took me to listing after listing and gave me his undivided attention over a several day period when I was in Florida. When I was having a hard time deciding, he even took me back to one house for a second look. With his help and guidance, I was able to put an offer in on a house and have it accepted! I cannot speak for the company as a whole, but I can say that Evelyn Mercado was fantastic from beginning to end. I got in contact with her and right away she quickly returned all my phone calls, emails and provided guidance on how to proceed. This was my first home sale and I was new to the process so she really came through for me and my family. I like many others was worried because of COVID-19 but she adapted and overcame the difficulties and I received the amount I was looking for at the end of the sale even in the middle of this unfortunate reality. I really think others would have given excuses about why we should wait or whatever, but no she was like “no worries I will make it happen “and stayed true to her word. This place is a joke. Nora Redding never showed up to a scheduled showing of a rental property I was interested in seeing. Mind you I was coming from another town and took time off of work to see it. After texting and leaving her a voicemail I had to call the main office and was told if she wasnt there now she will never come. They still gave me the code to go in myself. She decided to text me 2 hrs later apologizing and asking if I wanted to see the home. That she didnt put it down on her calendar. Are you kidding me wow! Then she asked if she could give my number to a gentleman that has plenty of rental properties. I said sure. He did text me a few days later and I asked him if he can email me the properties he had and that I needed to be out of where I am on a certain date. He never responded back and never emailed me the properties. This was back on Feb.14th and here we are march 6 and nothing. That is not being professional at all glad I rented elsewhere.

We lived in 2105 Clemons road, my wife paid every month on time for rent during my deployment. We went on vacation and the house burnt down while we were gone. They did not help us get into a new place. We lived in a hotel for over a month with a newborn and a 4 year old . They were not helpful. We were going to purchase the house, but since she had the fantastic opportunity to make all the profit of redoing the home and trying to sell for way more than it is worth, she refuses to allow us to have our home back. The one WE WERE GOING TO PURCHASE. So our credit went to s**** over this. I am a veteran. My wife grew up next to the owner all her life. But since the owners mom is the realtor, she refuses to allow us to talk to her, and I know she would let us buy the house and work out a deal since it is not our fault our credit went down due to losing EVERYTHING WE OWNED in the house fire. And all we got was a sorry for you loss. Arent they supposed to put you in a new unit until its fixed? They did not. Especially when she knew we were purchasing the house!!! If youre interested in the home 2105 Clemons road, make sure you know what youre in for and that you know the house was being rented out to a family who considered it their HOME, and the owners mother refuses to allow us to have our HOME back.Also lets not mention the numerous times I have woken to my wife crying her eyes out over the DREAMS of HER house because that was her dream house.And the pool table listed in her pics shes trying to sell with the house, per Nora Redding, prior to the fire thats ours!Shame shame shame. All the money and time and memories put into that home. To have them turn around and be money hungry and not allow us to purchase because they want wayyy more than its worth because the did the basic minor upgrades... DUE TO A HOUSEFIRE THAT DESTROYED THE WHOLE HOUSE and all of OUR BELONGINGS. We walked away with NOTHING. AND THEY GOT EVERYTHING.SO UNETHICAL.
Be careful of renting from these people. They change their stories and cause grief after the lease.
Brandon Realty has helped my in-laws on multiple occasions and was very helpful. My Husband co-signed on a loan for a family member and Nora Redding really made this process easy for us upon the purchase and sell of this particular home. If I am ever in the market to sell my home and purchase a new one, this will be the company that I use.

After 6 years of renting, we went through numerous property managers. They would fix high concerning issues (toilet overflowing or AC going out) but did not send help for other issues (whole in roof, downed tree, toilets not working, etc). It took 7 months for the tree (which fell for the third time) to be cleaned up after Irma. When we had a GAPING hole in our roof from tree damage, the property manager requested we crawl into the roof ourselves and place a tarp over it. No, thanks. When they would eventually sent out handymen they were clearly the cheapest they could find. The owner, which we assumed was just a tightwad, claimed he had no knowledge of issues. I am unsure if Brandon Realty screwed us both or are really that incompetent to run properties. I hope their new business merfe brings people who actually know how to maintain properties. Dylan was alright tho.
Do not rent from these people. All those 5 star ratings are fake written by their employees. They overcharge on rent without even slapping on a new coat of paint for their properties. Everything is cheap. You will not get your deposit back. Roaches, old carpets, cheap tile floors, nothing good comes from renting from them. Stay away. If I could give zero stars I would. Also instead of making people write fake reviews how about change the way you handle your business. Work on your customer service skills. Update your properties. Stop overcharging. Telling lies, refusing to fix things. You guys are the worst kinds of people.

2021-11-22My first home buying experience with Anthony was wonderful. The housing market at this time was horrendous but that didn’t stop us. Anthony was sending me new listings daily to look at, we did many tours and he really began to understand what I was looking for and continued to send very solid choices. Anthony remained positive the entire time despite any hiccups we faced and handled most situations behind the scenes letting me know afterward so as to not let me feel discouraged. Thanks to him I was able to turn a house into a home even in such a deterring market!

2021-06-16First time home buyer and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Dylan was amazing every step of the way. From our first meeting to the day we closed he was awesome. Any questions I had, he was there to help me. If anything went wrong (and nothing really did) Dylan was on the phone talking to whoever he needed to, to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! He made what is supposed to be a stressful process (for some) extremely easy!
