I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. They are the ultimate WORSE car repair company I’ve ever done business with. I should have known just by looking at their location. It looks like a junk yard. Cars all over the place and I do not mean cars all over the place that are being worked on. I can’t believe Audi in WPB sent me there. I’ll definitely be putting a complaint with them as well. They had my vehicle for 2 months and it was not because of the insurance company (just in case they want to use that as an excuse). No one communicates with you and you constantly have to call them for updates. Good luck if they answer the phone. Things get even worse when I picked up my car. I notice it wasn’t even completely done and it was extremely dirty. I requested to speak with the manager and that was a whole other nightmare. I can seriously write a novel about my HORRIBLE experience with much more details. DO NOT USE LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THEM. I don’t even know how they’re in business. From their repair service to management they need to clean that place up. Don’t even get me started about the charges to the insurance company.
I hate leaving a bad review on any business, but when you have encountered a bad experience, its only fair to share it with the purpose of warning others. My vehicle unfortunately ended up at this business not by choice, but due to it being sent from an affiliate that told me they would be better equipped to handle my repairs. In my case, since the other party claimed liability for the accident, I went through their insurance and not mine. I will echo what many of the past negative reviews have noted on this business, they take FOREVER to get work done. This seems to be the result of them taking on too many vehicles and probably not having the adequate workforce to get to them all in a timely manner. Word of advice, if you have USAA do not bring your vehicle here. There is a reason why they are not on their list as an approved shop. With my car, it took them weeks to issue a supplement to the insurance company after it arrived to them. Between the back and forth (shop and insurance company), they (the insurance company) finally decided to send an independent appraiser to look over the damages almost 2 ½ months later. After that was approved, this shop sat on my car for another 3 ½ weeks before they even began doing their tear down….blaming it on not having stuffiest frame machines and other vehicles that were in front of mine. Long story short, after almost 5 months, the insurance company finally gave in to deem the car a loss. What makes this even worse, after I came in to sign and release the vehicle to the insurance company, this shop held my car “hostage” for just over 3 ½ weeks because they were charging storage fees from day 1. Basically charging for 6 months of storage…smh. Its shady business practices like this that cause rates to go up for all of us since all they want is to cash in at the end. Sadly, after reaching out to the owner requesting him to please settle with the insurance, he had the gall to ask if I had first party insurance to speed this up, since this claim was through the at fault party’s insurance. This only proved to me that they just want money and not looking out for their customers. Overall bad business practice, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone I know. The one positive thing I can say is that many at the shop who I spoke with were nice. Lastly, I encourage anyone who encounters delays in repairs that last in months to reach out to The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and file a complaint to have them looked at.
I took my car for a damage estimate at dodge on southern Blvd by 441 I was recommended by Toyota who i bought my car from, please dont buy your car there so when they call me to tell me how long it was going to take i told them I rather pick up and fix later thats when they told me my car was send to Delray and I had to pay for toll road service $465🤬 unbelievable a 35min ride wow!! bad experience also they didnt return my call. The only good experience was that kid who brought my car he ask me do u mind if i wash it👍 please dont trust Toyota at southern Blvd near 441 and sister collision Dodge I give them 00000 out of 10🤬
After I was in scary accident with my Tesla Y, West Delray Collision Center and Kym made sure that I was taken care of. When AAA couldnt get a tow truck out for hours they sent one. They got the adjuster there quick and helped resolve my claim expeditiously. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I had a great experience here. Brought my Acadia in after an accident abs Kimberly and her staff were nothing short of helpful and accommodating. They even helped resolve an Enterprise car rental issue I had. Great work abs great service - hard to find for a collision shop.
Kym was incredible, very responsive on the status of my vehicle and very informative! Repairs did take a while but it was my insurances delays. This was amazing service, will always come here for any bodywork!

I dropped my vehicle off a few months ago complete wrecked on the passenger side. When I got it back today my truck was good as new like I just left the lot all over again, thank you so much to Kym and the rest of the team for keeping me updated and getting the job done as soon as possible.
I went to this autobody shop once before (insurance paid) and theyre body work was fantastic. So I go back with 2 minor repairs (front and rear bumper) and they quote me a price of nearly 3k explaining that because of my sparkly paint, its a major process Yada Yada Yada. I make a date and time and reserve my spot. When I get home, I share the costly news with my neighbor. He tells me Im being ripped off and to go to his body shop. Fast forward - at his recommendation, I went to his and $800. later, I had a beautifully painted set of bumpers. I am retired, female and am tired of people taking advantage of me. I give them 5 stars on their work, but 1 star because they tried to take advantage of me.
Very professional staff, and very responsive in terms of keeping you in the loop (most body shops suck with communications). Given the current parts shortages, Kim has always been my go too for finding fast solutions.HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!!!

Im an Audi Brand Specialist that have always referred my clients to John at West Delray Collision Center to make sure that their Audi is returned to like new condition after an accident. This time I have had the chance to experience the level of service personally after my son got into an accident with my Audi S3. The level of service I received from Greg and his staff was unbelievable. I received top notch service from the ladies at the front desk to the young porter that assisted me to remove my personal belongings from my car. Greg and John you guys have an awesome team at West Delray Collision center.

To start off, I was very happy with the work west delray did with my Lexus! I had some rear end damage but it came back looking better than It did before the accident! And the girls at the front were always kind and helpful! So happy to have my car back spotless
Never realized how annoying dealing with insurances is until I got in my accident. Very frustrating having to wait 2 months to get my car back because the other insurance didn’t send anyone to look at my car for a month. Once that was taken care of the repairs didn’t even take that long and I just got my bmw after 2 months. Great work from this collision center on my repairs
These people are genuinely incompetent in all regards as an auto shop. The numerous parked cars outside are your first sign of how slow and unreliable they are. Came here to get a rear parking sensor and some bodywork repaired. Upon getting cleared by insurance, West Delray Collision Center said that we could bring our vehicle over and that the local enterprise would be ready with a rental, this was far from the truth. The correct process, if its for minor work is to bring your vehicle in, have the auto shop take pictures and then theyre to send the images to clear it with your insurance before you can bring the vehicle for actual repairs. West Delray Collision Center did none of this, forced us to take the bill on the rental we needed after taking our car for over 10 days, with NO WORK being done to the car. When we picked up our vehicle they could not find our key, we had our spare with us, but long story short, they leave keys in the vehicles unlocked so that anyone may have access, but with the amount of expensive cars left out this is possibly the worst and stupidest business practice Ive ever seen. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! ANYONE LOOKING TO GET CAR REPAIRS GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. If I could give it fewer stars I would. An absolute disgrace.
West Delray Collision will forever be my #1 choice for vehicle services. I was introduced to WD Collision due to a white paint recall through Toyota. Freddy Maiorino greeted me at Toyota and took it from there- he had my car sent over to WD Collision where they worked miracles! Given that my RAV4 is a 2012, I am SHOCKED at their ability to make it look brand new: on the inside and outside! Everyone at WD Collision goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and care. I will 100% be recommending their services to family and friends in the near future. SO impressed.

W. Delray Collision did a very good job repairing the car that was damaged in an accident. They had to wrestle with insurance and didnt back down. Always answered the phone right away and provided prompt updates. No surprises, very thorough. Took the time to explain everything. Most of all, when the car was done, they helped get it us because we couldnt get it then. Great service, great work.
Amazing experience!!! I am in Palm Beach I was recommended West Delray Collision as was told they were the best for detailing and scratches. My new Audi SQ8 was scratched in transport from NY to FL. Drove down and met with Forrest who was not only professional and knowledgeable on fixing the car but overall super nice guy. Schedule an appointment to come back and get the car fixed and was beyond thrilled with the service they did. They really did a great job. Both times I have used this place they have taken longer than estimated. Front dest staff is excellent. When they send painting jobs out to Rocket Painting and Body Shop you cant tell the difference from factory paint. Worried that is not the case when they do there own painting.Just spoke to Production Manager and he admitted he was not please with the paint job on the hood of my car and was going to try and polish it out, thats why he needed it another day. Well see!
Superb service from the first point of contact. I worked with Kim and she was so amazing. She went above and beyond to help me. Additionally, the shop is Audi certified if that is an important consideration. I have also spoken with other admin help at this shop and all of them were professionally warm beyond what you typically experience from a collision center. Highly recommend! Came back for my 2nd rear end collision. Technician told me that the carbon fiber spoiler on my car is fake, but they failed to realize they were the ones who installed it in the first place. Currently car is over 2 weeks late and they’ve given me 3 timelines which have all been wrong. They repeatedly tell me they’ll call for status updates, but I haven’t received one call. It’s very obvious this company is willing to screw over their customers.
Had an unfortunate run-in with a trashcan and needed to have my sideview mirror repaired. After visiting numerous auto body shops, Mitch with West Delray Collision Center was by far the most professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my unfortunate accident a less painful one! I would definitely recommend!
Do not go to this place even if your insurance recommends it. They are slow, they are liars, they over charge and their customer service stinks. As I sat waiting to pick up my car another couple came in and had the same problems. Simple body repairs took 6 weeks.

I tried to fix some scratches myself and quickly realized I was not going to succeed. I was referred to West Delray Collision by my wife. She used them previously and was very satisfied.I have a Z3 that need a makeover so I took it in. They had the car a couple of days and when I picked it up they had cleaned it inside too! They are dishonest they will keep your car for 3-4 month to drive up the insurance claim to the max they kept my car for over 6 month they did the body work but they never fixed the technical problems because of the accident. Today I had to pickup my car not fixed because the aggravation they cause me by Lying and being dishonest
My car is stopped at this place for more than 40 days due a car crash and they are still uncapable of estimating when it will be ready (and Im talking just about the rear damage) - they received the parts one month ago telling their timeframe would be from 3-5 weeks and until now every time I call them they say they dont have a date to finish - when I insist they say somebody will call me and Im 2 days waiting the call. I would not recommend it at all if you need your car for something in less than 2 months apparently if not more.

West Delray collision center has been the best company I’ve worked with in my life! Kim has gone above and beyond with assuring me my vehicle was being repaired and making sure all hands were on deck. Sudesh and Taylor have both been extremely helpful as well with making sure the insurance company had everything they needed to get my car completed. They’ve gone out of their way for me and the situation I’ve had during this repairs process. I had rear fender damage on my Camaro, and I brought it to these guys specifically Mitch. We met quickly and I was confident theyd do a good job.He told me to drop it off at the start of the week and they were finished a day early. I had them paint my mirror caps and rear diffuser as well, everything looks great and they came in under the estimateThank you Mitch and West Delray Collision and Ill hopefully never be back but if I have to be this is where im going!
Without a doubt the best!! They’re service is unrivaled!! We dropped a car off straight after a accident that had everyone shook up. The staff we so sweet and kind they helped us to get everything sorted with the insurance and made everything so easy. We drove out with a loaner car from them within an hour and they were super quick to get the repairs done and kept us updated throughout the whole situation. Every time we spoke to anyone there they were kind, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Would without a doubt recommend them.
West Delray CC came highly recommended and now I know why. It begins with the women in the front of the house handling the scheduling. They really couldnt have been any nicer or more helpful. The facility itself looks like it was recently renovated and is extremely clean. When it was time to pick up my car, it was parked out front, freshly washed, looking fantastic. Although I dont look forward to needing another repair on my car...Im happy to know I have a great place to go when I eventually need one!

My 3 month old Audi convertible was hit pretty bad. Greg and Mitch took care of everything and made sure everything was perfect on the car. They communicated really well during the process and kept me up to date on the status of the repairs. They both and their office kept me reassured and it came back like new. They have always been readily available for any follow up questions or tweaking that needed to be done. I feel 100% confident with what they do !! Quality of work, timeliness, great communications ---- they are terrific !!!
The shop did a great job with my Audi RS7. They completed a complex and time consuming repair in a very professional manner. The car looks and runs like new. They worked closely with Audi when necessary and kept me informed throughout the process. The staff are friendly and clearly care about their customers. Highly recommend!!
I have a 2019 Tesla Model 3. Only 2 1/2 months old. 25K+ damages. Insurance did not total. They wanted to send to a non-Tesla certified collision center. I chose to have it sent to West Delray Collision Center. They did a great job. Quick (for Tesla) work and a quality job. I wouldnt send my Tesla to anyone else in the area. Car is just as good as new. They always answer their phone and always answer your questions. Were great at keeping me updated as to the progress of my car.
Had a blown tire and from start to finish they were very professional and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. Highly recommended for anyone.
I brought my Camaro in to West Delray fix a dent on the rear fender. We got off to a rocky start because 1) I was unaware that the car would be transported to a different garage to be fixed (and saw it in the GPS on my Chevrolet app) 2) because it took SEVERAL days longer than they told me originally 3) they could not match the paint correctly and kept telling me that they had to repaint. Due to all these little details piling up I felt I was getting the run-around and had a bad taste in my mouth about it. After speaking to the owners (Greg & Kim) about my concerns and clearing up some miscommunications, we were back in business…!Turns out, that particular shade of metallic gray was very hard to match, it did not even match the factory specifications that were listed on the inside of the door. Instead of giving it back to me with the slight color difference, West Delray kept mixing the painting to get the perfect match. When that didn’t work, they had the paint manufacturing company come and match it specifically to my car and redid the entire thing until it was seamlessly blended and looked perfect. When I got the car back, I had a slight issue with the door panel getting stuck when I opened and closed the door. I got irritated and ended up denting the door trying to close it. I contacted Mitchell about the problem and he gladly ordered new clips to fix it and said that I could bring it in to be fixed whenever was convenient for me.In the meantime, I had switched by New Jersey registration to Florida and was left with big ugly holes in the front bumper when I removed the license plate. I also had a small fender bender which left some minor damage to the front bumper as well. When I brought the car back to Mitchell to have the door fixed he not only replaced the clips and pulled the dent out of the door from me slamming it – he patched the holes from the license plate, fixed the scratch/dent from the fender bender, and repainted the entire bumper for me!Mitchell went above and beyond to make sure that the car looks better than it ever has! I ended up being SO happy with my experience there and would recommend their services to anyone. If you want to bring your car to someone you can trust, who is professional, easy to reach, flexible to your schedule, does excellent work, pays attention to every detail and makes sure that (if there is any problems) the car is not returned to you until everything is made right and in perfect condition, then Mitchell is your guy. I took my car to West Delray Collision Center for a repair after I was in an accident. I have to say that after seeing some of the other body shops that I went to to get estimates I was quite impressed with West Delray. I received excellent customer service from the front desk and my appraiser Debra was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire repair process. I was always kept up to date on my repair status and always got a call back when I called with any questions.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs to get their car repaired. Thanks guys! Hopefully I wont have to see you again but if I do at least I know I will be in good hands.

If I could give -1 star I would. I was Lied to repeatedly by Debbie regarding when my car would be ready for me. I was given a date then to be told that she never gave me this date. She then assured me that my car would certainly be done by the following Friday and when I called in on that Friday, she told me that she didnt tell me that it would be done by Friday. Yet, we had several conversations regarding this. I ended up calling my insurance company and had the manager on my claim speak to Debbie. The manager told me that she has been with progressive for 8+ years and have never experienced such poor customer service. My car was in the shop for a month, while I paid for a rental out of pocket. I will say that some of the managers there were pleasant and tried to resolve the issue. If going there be sure to document each call or have dates given to you on paper. As far as the repair, my car was damaged in the rear yet, there was a button/piece near the gear that was missing. Didnt make sense why it would be tampered with when there was no damage up front. Now I have to go purchase the missing piece and have it installed by another shop because I refuse to go back to west Delray collision.
I had my Lexus towed to West Delray Collision because they came highly recommended to me. Mitch has been amazing to deal with. Hes very professional and always seems to come up great solutions. I also delt with their sister company and the gentleman Hus over at that location was great to work with as well. He always kept me updated with the vehicle and kept me in the loop with the insurance. I had a little bit of an unusual situation so my vehicle was there for way longer than expected. My car rental from my insurance ran out and they offered to take care of the excess charges due to the time frame and kept their word. I know sometimes in business things may not always go as smoothly as expected especially dealing with insurance companies, but the way Mitch and Hus handled every step of this situation was always in a professional manner and executed the problem with solutions. In the end, my car was considered a total loss from the Insurance company. Due to the headache I went through, Mitch offered to help with a down payment on a new vehicle as a customer courtesy!!! Their goal is not only to repair your vehicle (if possible), but they also strive on customer service. To me that goes beyond anything else! Thanks Mitch and Hus for staying on top of things and keeping your word in the end. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company!
I visited here over the weekend and was initially helped by Shannon, who reviewed with me the proper protocol for my vehicle and directed me to the right person. Forest came outside and gave me multiple options on what I could do with the small dent on my car that affected my door hinge. His knowledge was evident in his assessment, and he was able to answer all of my questions, as weird as they were. He didnt try to pull the wool over my eyes or try to sell me anything unnecessary. Actually, he grabbed Joey who gave one quick lift of my car and now the door does not catch when it closes at all. I walked out of there 100% happy, I did not have to spend any money and I know where I will be going next.Its great customer service when you have the opportunity to charge a person a lot of money, (I was quoted about $1,500 for the new door), but choose not to. Theyve earned my loyalty just from that and explaining everything to me. This center is customer-focused and is a MUST if you need collision repair or paint!

I brought my 2018 Tesla Model X to them for repairs and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service and my repair looks impressive. Forrest worked with me to keep me in the loop and the owner Kym is a sweetheart, great people. Yes, there was a delay on parts but, that is on Tesla not this repair facility.
Such a great body shop! The valet at ESPN wide world of sports in Orlando wrapped my 2016 Yukon XL Denali around a metal gate, leaving a VERY deep and long scratch across the side of my car. We were afraid it would never look the same after seeing the damage, especially because its Iridium Metallic which we read was hard to match. We have to say, we are VERY IMPRESSED! It looks PERFECT! Our car was done in the allotted amount of time they told us when we dropped it off. Knowing we have 3 kids and are on a tight schedule, they even offered to deliver it to us if it was easier. The customer service is FANTASTIC and their work is IMPECCABLE!! We will definitely be back if we need more work done to any of our cars!
They lost my keys on the day I was to pick up my car. It also took them 3 months to fix my car.They still have not returned my keys.

Originally came their after I got back ended at a stop light by some young hipster playing with his hipster I phone while driving, pencil neck geek. They had us ready in no time and even detailed everything for us as well, cleanest and best looking the car has been in years. Thanks guys.
Didn’t even have to leave my car. They ordered the needed parts, called me when they arrived and fixed while I waited. I never had that experience with a body shop. Their pricing was much less than I expected. Overall, I recommended them to my friends and would recommend them to anyone.
Kym, the owner worked with me personally to make sure my needs were met. I had pulled off the bumper on my car by over parking, right before I was moving out of state. Kyms team worked with me and my insurance to make sure my car was shipped (very affordably) to my new location and even cleaned up the interior and exterior completely. New bumper looks brand new. Very warm and personal service.
One word describes this place. AWESOME!!!! Superior quality and a very friendly staff. My daughters car came out perfect. The owner Greg went over the car with us in great detail. Extremely professional! They handled all the insurance docs so I didnt have to do a thing. Thanks guys!!!!!

The only problem I have with writing this review is I want to give them 10 STARS... From start to finish. The car looks like the day I bought it. 2015 Audi RS5. Actually they detailed it better then the guy I have been paying for years. i dropped of the car and they called my insurance and took care of everything from start to finish. They said it would take 20 days and had it done in 15. Plus there were parts that had to come from Germany. WHO IN SOUTH FLORIDA DOES THAT... NO ONE. After many unpleasant experiences with other high end collision shops for my Panamera, I was referred to West Delray Collision by a trusted friend. I did my research to note that they were one of the few Audi Certified collision shops in Palm Beach County, which from experience, I know is a difficult certification to achieve.I was so impressed with the fact of how easy they made my entire experience. From dropping off my car and having a rental car waiting for me, to picking up my car that was expeditiously completed, the entire experience was impeccable. Being one of those customers who is overly inspective about the quality of work I receive, I was blown away by how great my car looked.
Great people. Helped me out a lot. Fixed my car to exactly how it was before. Drives perfectly. I feel safe with them fixing my car. Kim was very helpful. Amazing lady. Very understanding. Kind hearted. Great customer service. Would recommend 100%.

The people here were good and took very good care of my Toyota Camry XSE which got hit by another vehicle. Great paint job on the back bumber and knew what they were talking about. Which they had a place like this in NY so i can do some more touch ups on my car.
When you are in an auto accident you are shaken up to say the least. You worry about so many different things. West delray collision alleviated a ton of pressure. Not only did my car come out perfect, but they made the process extremely easy from beginning to end. They also kept me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend them if you are ever in need of their services.
The dealer sent me over here to get an estimate on a few scratches on my car hood. Turns out they wanted to charge me $700 for such a minor repair. Are you kidding me? I can just get a whole new hood for under $200. What a rip-off!
After having a terrible experience at one of the big shops, I gave West Delray Collision a try. I was rear ended pretty hard and the car had 15k in damage. I liked that they were an Audi repair facility, and talked to a few industry professionals, and they all pointed to WDCC.I was amazed by not only the quality of work they performed but the attention to detail they used in the intensive repair. They also have rental cars, which made this process far less inconvenient.
I brought my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 in with front end damage from an accident. Kimmie took care of me and set me up with a brand new rental car that same day. When I got the truck back it looked like it just came from the showroom! Friendly staff and excellent work. Highly recommended. Thanks Kimmie! :-)
I chose them even though they werent under State Farm who was the insurance carrier of the person who caused the damage. Home Run! The customer service was excellent and the resulting repair even better. Dont let the location fool you. They knew to repair it properly would take more than State Farms estimate. Be patient and their skill and results are worth it. Kudos
This guy Greg or Craig, the owner has NO idea what The Mans word means. He made a lot of money on my total loss car and promised to paint a bumper on my other car for free. Ok, i paid for a new bumper , they ordered it. During 3 weeks they fed me bunch of excuses why the bumper hasnt been painted yet. 3 weeks later i came by to pick up my painted bumper and the guys says to me that isnt ready and i have to pay him $300 to do just ok job. And this shop is HANDS down most EXPENSIVE shop in Delray Beach area!! So, i asked for refund of my money, he refused, i asked for my bumper... 20 min. later after some searching ive been told that the bumper is lost... Really? And thats after i told him that i just brought another car after an accident and by insurance estimate the repair bill is around $5K.... and even after that this cheap skate was arguing about the paint job. Never again will I or any of my friends would take their cars to this crooked fool.
I cant say enough about my experience at WDC. After my wife ran over a random truck tire on I-95 and did extensive damage to both the body and underside (mechanics) of our car, we brought it in. The car came back looking even better than new and WDC not only kept me updated through the entire process, helped with my insurance company and provided a rental car for me, but they finished my car early!!! Not to say I was beyond happy. After two weeks with the car back after the repair Im happy to report that there are still no issues. WDC Is awesome!!!

Had to go back 3x after extensive repairs. First I refused to accept the car as there was over spray all over the underside including the muffler. Later on I noticed the trunk wouldnt close unless you literally slammed it. The gaps were way off on the panels, so took it back again and they had to get a new part and adjust it. Lastly, a week or so later I was underneath the car and noticed I was missing 2 bolts that hold the fender liner together. I was fed up at this point and didnt bother going back again and decided to trade the car in a few weeks later. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they would fix whatever issue I had, as much as they could.
Mitchell was terrific when I stopped at the shop to ask if they could attach a rail rack to my Honda CRV. He made the time to attach the rails to my car on the spot, was friendly and informative, and charged me more than fairly. Im new to the area; I guess I found my body shop today. Thanks, Mitchell!

Simply not your run of the mill body shop. It looks like every other one but the people are what make this place special. They are by far the most friendly and knowledgeable staff in the area. Ive used them several times over a 15 year period and have never been disappointed with the work.

When I finally got my car back, I failed to check the tires. I was just happy to have it back after 2 and a half months. When I went to work the next day, I noticed that 3/4 of my tires were bald, including the front right area that had sustained damage. I wrote this off as a life lesson to be more observant next time, but as I go to put my spare tire on today, I found it missing... The only good tire on my car at the time of pick up was my spare!!! Oh, and the oil pan that they fixed keeps leaking.

This is the second time I am using this shop for my Audi. They do excellent work and the staff treats me well. I was kept updated on the progress of my repair every couple days.
Absolute worst place to bring your car. They will rob you blind. They destroy your car then tell the insurance company it was from the accident. If you try to get your car out of there they will give you a 1500 bill. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

Yes it was a long process but my car is good as new now! Always very happy w the work they do and I wouldn’t go to any other collision center. So grateful for them and especially Cass!

When i finally got my car i realized i couldn’t have brought it anywhere better - great customer service - the receptionists were great with communication - and my car is stunning! 2022-04-07We wholeheartedly recommend West Delray Collision Center. This is the best collision center we have ever used. Their prices are great (we were self pay), their work is outstanding and the people are so caring and friendly.Our only complaint was the job took a few days longer than promised but the reason was that their quality control (the last step in the repair) did not think the paint ended up being an absolutely perfect match. In the end, I guess that is not a complaint at all - but a testimony to how much they value their own workmanship. We live in Jupiter but we will definitely use them again if the need arises.

The professionalism was evident in how they dealt with my insurance company, as well as how they kept me informed throughout the repair process.My 4 runner had extensive damages, and when I got the truck back it looked brand new. 2022-06-17My experience here was amazing. The Braman dealership sent me here after my accident. I did experience parts delayed but, anytime I called for an update Kym would return my call. She is such a sweetheart. She is a busy lady but, always made sure to get back to me and check on me.

2022-01-07I dropped my car off for some damage done to my hood. I could not believe how immaculately the paint and body work came out. Greg and his team truly provided white glove service: provided rental car, gave a realistic timeline, and made good on their promises for how the work would look when completed- except they actually exceeded my expectations. And then...the detail they put the car through was the best auto-detail job Ive ever had. Nice way to finish off the job for the customer. Thank you very much to the team for the time and intentionality they put into this.

2021-12-21This place is a complete scam. They lied about replacing parts and reused old ones. Wrote up an estimate of $21,000 for the damages shown below, and stole parts out of my back seat. This was a 2021 Teslamodel 3 and has been falling apart every since I received my vehicle back. Save yourself the trouble!
