Xcellence Realty and Javier are the real deal!. Truly a real 100% commission broker. Just one phone call away from anything that is needed. Even Javier the broker himself is always so welcoming, and easy to get a hold of for any questions. Although I dont really use the office space, its a stunning remodeled location in the heart of Kendall that makes an instant great impression to any client that goes there. Would def. recommend Xcellence Realty to any agent that is looking to get most buck in your pocket, while not compromising on anything else. Five stars all around.

This isn’t my first rodeo purchasing a home, but let me just say .. Xcellence Realty made this experience this go-round SO much more seamless than my first. Kenea Crespo was my servicing agent and she has shown me nothing less than superior customer service. I know what I want (and rarely settled LOL) and she’s made nearly every accommodation. The decision to leave my brokerage of 8 years and move to Xcellence Realty Inc was not an easy one. I had to weigh the pros and cons of each very carefully. Ultimately, I feel I made the best decision for myself and my career when I joined Xcellence! Whether it be the very responsive and proactive leadership in Miami, or the super funactional back office, is hard to say. But, keeping 100% of every single commission check is on top of my list! Javier and staff are always available, more so than my own previous broker who sat just doors down the hallway from me at my former brokerage. I could list more reasons to join, but just being part of this great Xcellence Family is a blessing!
If I could give a negative five stars I would absolutely despicable behavior shown by Kenea Ingalls/Crespo. SHe has her family write reviews but I will speak the truth. This is a with of a woman and extremely rude to her clients. My next realtor will have a place of her own and some class to say the least.

Kenea Ingalls is a disgusting person she is not good with children I brought my one child to one of the viewings she looked extremely disturbed so much so I had to cotyle my child since they were starting to become scared of her evil looks. I would not recommend you use her for home finding there are so many pleasant people who will not snarl at children. No bueno!

Unfortunately, I cannot give less than ONE star to that company/agent.Agent Shirley Anthony working for that company introduced me the worst tenant in the whole Florida market but it could have been avoided only IF Shirley used her brain/conscience and done her job correctly.She knew the tenant for years and she knew better than nobody else that the tenant needed a living assisted services for his health needs instead. I was out of town and Skype could not giving me the right scenario. Back to town, when I spoke to her on the phone, she stated that she had to find a roof to accommodate him and could not abandon im as a homeless. What a response! My response to her was that I was not a shelter.Eight months of rental were enough to evict him and the cost was almost $10,000.00 for repairs, court, small claim and lawyer fees. The case has not yet ended believe it or not. It was in 2015 and I lost all the above money spent in order to put back the unit on its feet. A real disaster. After years of being a landlady, I can confirm that finding the real estate gem agent in Florida is much more difficult than to win the lottery. Nowadays agents only perform their job exclusively to earn their fees without using their brain/conscience. Trust me that it is much better to do the job yourself or have the unit non rented than to hire those mediocre agents. I wont recommend either that agent or the company.

Not profesional at all. Their main goal is seeking for their commission. Unfortunately poor real estate agent who handle my file E.F. Do not recommend them at all. They are based on lies and at the end you encounter all their mistakes And of course being money hungry They end up not answering any more. I could say they are the worse from all South Florida.
Daniel Neafsey is THE person to go to for all your housing needs! Hes professional and has the answers to your questions and solutions to your problems! His attention to detail is exceptional and treats you with respect and has integrity. The housing business can be extremely frustrating and difficult to navigate, however Dan has decades of experience and is able to address any issues that one may encounter. I highly recommend him, he has the ability to reduce your stress with the manner in which he attends to your needs.

I had the worst experience with Jean Raymond. He is extremely unethical and I made Xcellence realty manager Javier Alvarez aware of the situation. I have never seen such levels of unprofessional and unethical conduct in real estate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ANYONE THAT DOES BUSINESS WITH THEM.

The worst experience, after 5 months of writing to the realtors to add my husband that we moved, impossible for them to give an answer. When renewing obviously we did not do it but until now they worried about writing. Leaving the apartment with thousands of problems, and the worst thing is that they wanted to increase the rent and in the end they even ended up renting much lower ... simply for not even seeing the market before pressing. If you want to waste your time, money and patience, I would recommend it. But look for better options!

2021-11-24If you are looking for a Real Estate company look no further. From beginning to end, Xcellence Realty have become family! We just closed on our home and although it was a tough deal, it got done! through all this process I felt a big support with the great team that works in this company. My family and I are beyond grateful to everyone who played apart in helping us to seal this deal but especially to Mercedes Brito she did an excellent Job, there was not an obstacle for her in order to finish the process of the loan, she did an amazing job, very professional and recursive! I’m so glad that we choose the right company to buy our house.

2022-02-08Maria Woodall and Susan Sheets were my agents for buying a house in April 2021 and they have gone absolutely above and beyond in taking care of me during the process and ever since! Through each step of the process I was genuinely and professionally cared for. And, almost a year after providing their service, they have even been reaching out on occasion with advice for tax exemptions and home maintenance!

2022-07-05🚩🚩🚩🚩My 1st time ever dealing with a realtor and LORD take the wheel because Ms.Pamela is something else. She reached out to me in a email asking to assist me in finding a rental. I am a section 8 receipt and I explained what I would need she then emailed me back after 10pm at night to send a text with the exactly the same thing I sent in a email,🚩 did so any way and then she text back today noon time or after to provide me a list of properties she had. I received the list an ALL except 3 stated annual amount. I again have never used a realtor and I know annual payments are once a year. I then text to her stating that was not realistic for me and it seemed she was not able to assist I thanked her and she responded to me in 2 separate texts stating annual means a LEASE not upfront and then good luck. WHAT, I truly hope all the realtors at this business does not do this to people. The housing market is already a nightmare. Why treat people that way?🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 (To the response made) THANK YOU for the quick response but My concern is the FACT that the list sent to me was unclear to Begin with and when I made the statement, I was pushed off and TOLD GOOD LUCK!WHY email me in the first place? WHY email me a 2nd time stating for me to send the same information to you again to a phone after 10pm at night? WHY when she sent the list she didn’t give full information as to how the list works? WHY WHY WHY is it because I’m a housing recipient that I’m being treated a way????? Because the response you gave is coming across as you don’t see anything wrong! Why is that?

2022-05-10I have been working with Javier Alvarez since 2008 when I first received my Real Estate License. When I first became a Realtor, I did research on many companies that offered 100% Commission and NONE of them compared to Xcellence Realty, Inc. The Customer service is excellent and I always receive my commission check the same day as the closing date. In addition to that, their technology is second to none.My husband is in the Military and we were transferred to Charleston, South Carolina and Xcellence Realty still makes it super easy for me to continue to run my business from another State. Any time I have questions, I can always reach out to the Broker. I highly recommend Xcellence Realty to any New or Experienced Agents. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed.

I am humbly grateful to Mayte, Mercedes & Yanet for their passion and commitment in processing my loan. After 2 long years of trying, i had given up, but i found Mercedes who went above and beyond in speaking with the sellers directly and convincing them to use Xcellence Title for their closing, not to mention, answering all their questions and making sure that i was provided the best possible rate and very low closing cost. 2021-07-01Kenea Crespo is hands down the best realtor in Florida and the best realtor I ever meet!!!!!She is very smart, attentive, easy to communicate with and VERY professional. She is always willing to go above and beyond for her clients! 5 stars isn’t good enough for this rate! If I could I would give her way more then 5 stars! 2019-10-16I have nothing but great things to say about Xcellence Realty. The broker is awesome, he is easy to reach and always available for any questions. The rest of the staff is very helpful and friendly. The technology is top-notch and just keeps getting better. We have marketing materials readily available to personalize as well as several other tools to help us succeed. The office environment is welcoming and there for us to use on our own schedules. Overall, it has been a great move for me and I fully recommend it to any agents thinking about switching brokerages.
