2019-10-31Upon meeting Jay, His sales pitch Is very well prepared. He posed himself as hands on to a ever changing real estate market. Then, once you sign on with him is when the problems flourish. No open house. Then when you follow his advice for setting a price point, He will throw that price in your face as a reason why the home isn’t selling. Jay has no following in the area home sales as we had experienced the handful of REAL hungry agents looking for homes for their clients. And for any reason should you have the audacity to need to speak to him your wasting your time. The greatest experience we had was when we demanded He dismiss our agreement where we met our current agent who was a breath of fresh air, extremely professional and sold our home within three days of signing with him. If you entrust in Jay, and don’t mind finding strange non real estate people in your home and leaving the home open upon leaving then Jay is your guy. Live and learned they aren’t all like him and we are thankful our experience with him ended.jay was very insulting and condescending. Any time I would question anything he would make excuse after excuse. The rude e mails were so unprofessional. In my opinion beware of this “ agent”
