Heather from yellowtail realty was amazing. She showed me an office space that was a perfect location and within my budget. We signed papers immediately. Experience was great and fast. Oh and the yellowtail office is the coolest office I have every seen. Very nice touch.
The expectation when working with realtors on lower-end properties is that you’ll have a tough time getting their attention and focus when there are much more profitable listings to pursue. Why would they want to spend time on a smaller commission when there is fat cash to be made?Jeff Wight and the team at Yellowtail Realty Advisors break that mold.Jeff was a bulldog for my property from the word go. Since I didn’t live in the same city as the home being sold he made the process 100% easier, assisting in ways that went far beyond the typical realtor/seller relationship. Within a small window of time he helped remove a difficult tenant, and then had the property cleaned and ready to list. Shortly after that we had multiple offers and ended up selling for a price above my expectation.Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He texted and called with regular updates and let me know where we were every step of the way. 2022-07-09Horrible company. Brittany at the Land O Lakes & Lutz office is particularly rude person, blatantly lying even through written texts. I’ve been waiting 39 days for them to confirm a yes or no question “will I get my security deposit back in full?”, to which they refuse still to answer despite having been over two weeks since their walkthrough, and three weeks since all our stuff was moved out. It is starting to look like they may have stole our security deposit as well (as again it’s been almost two weeks since their walk though after we left) we have not even responses from them despite multiple attempts .

2021-10-01Heather is absolutely amazing! She is responsive, friendly, professional and goes above and beyond for her clients. I’ve reached out to her about issues that may not have been in her field specifically and she has always been able to resolve them quickly and efficiently for me. Even while she was in Italy on vacation, she was still very responsive and communicated everything that I needed to know while she would be gone. If you’re looking for a realtor her and her team are the absolute best and I won’t be going to or recommending anyone else, they’re that awesome! 2021-01-29Yellow tail realty is a very professional commercial/residential Real estate agency with very knowledgeable and courteous realtors.We have worked closely with Heather Headley for a commercial lease and she helped us through the process from identifying the right Location to Lease negotiation. It took us about 3 months to finalize a lease for our Ice Cream Parlor and she was patient enough throughout the process. We can fully TRUST Heather-Yellowtail realtors as they even helped us negotiate the terms of a commercial lease, without having is to hire an Attorney. We shall be reaching out to Heather Headley for our Residential needs as we move to St. Pete Beach, FL to start our business.
