My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Suzanne Vasbinder, as our real estate agent over the last year. Purchasing a second home 3,000 miles away can be challenging, but Suzanne was there every step of the way. She has been a great support during and long after our purchase, providing a high level of excellence and professionalism. Her personal and business contacts were invaluable setting up our household. Suzanne has been great to work with from the very beginning all the way until the completion of the project, and closing for them. We, Docksavers Inc., had a contract with the sellers to build a new seawall at a home Suzanne was involved with, and as a realtor she was far more educated in our part of the process than most people we come across or do business with. Luckily, I have also been fortunate to of worked with Suzanne when I purchased my new home about 2 years ago. We met Suzanne at an open house, which we purchased. She was very knowledgeable regarding the house. She was quick to respond to questions and very flexible when we needed to make return visits. She was able to arrange closing within 2 weeks of offer!! We immediately knew that Suzanne is the only agent with whom we want to handle our transactions. Suzanne sold our home in Cape Coral, the process was handled professionally.
