Zing title offers great customer service, low rates on escrow and title insurance; I highly recommend working with Debbie Adams. Both of my buyers and sellers are very pleased closing transactions with Zing Title.
I used Zing Title for a property a purchase I made back in October. I called in December when the owner information hadnt been updated with Palm Beach County and was dismissed by the receptionist about my question. Now I have contacted them again in May about it after I talked to the Palm Beach County Property Appraisers office inquiring about the change of ownership. Palm Beach County said they were missing information needed to process the file. It has now been 4 weeks and Zing Title has yet to contact me with a resolution even after Ellen said they would have their attorney review it and get right back to me. My realtor even reached out to the manager, Bill for help and still nothing.
Their NAME says it ALL! They are truly amaZ!NG!!!!Every Detail taken care of in a smooth, seamless & professional manner.From my first meeting with Debbie at my Open House, to the interactions with Mary & Sue, to the Closing Day with Ellen & Bill, everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable & caring. Oh, and did I mention they have an Attorney on call, Patrick McVeigh, who was extremely helpful with legal questions!
I had an excellent closing at Zing Title and I am very satisfied with the service. I always come back for some different consultancies, highly recommended.

2019-04-24Zing Title provides that cherry on top for every real estate transaction! The follow up they provide, to clients and agents alike, really sets them apart, from start to finish. My clients have been very happy that they are kept informed throughout the closing process. Love their app which has been great for clients who need a cost estimate, up front. Thanks to Debbie Adams I was introduced to this company and love the personal attention and professional care provided by Mary, Bill and the rest of the team in Michigan. 2022-06-14My experience with Zing, representing sellers in Palm Beach County, was good . Unfortunately, several buyers/ owners felt they had less than good customer service, so we stopped using this company.

2021-06-03Well well my experience. First I will say that they are friendly and welcoming. The closing date was pushed back and not communicated timely which was an internal communication issue. The day of closing I showed up but after waiting 30 minutes, I left to return later due to them having another closing running behind, which happens. At closing I was told that the wire would go out as well as the pay off of a lien to my clients creditor that day. I called the following afternoon to inquire about the wire not showing in the account. At that moment I was told that “they needed to confirm the wire instructions because most banks don’t use the ABA number”. The wire instructions that I gave in writing the day before was correct and it was not sent until I inquired then re confirmed.There was a lien to be paid from the proceeds within 2 days after closing. I was told that it would be sent the day of closing and that I could get a tracking number if needed. I should have because I received a call 2 days after it was due from the creditor stating that they had not received payment from Zing. Interestingly Zing had the payment instructions atleast a week before closing and when I called them regarding the now late payment I was told that they needed to verify the address with UPS and they immediately gave me a tracking number for it to go out that day. All I can say about the friendly but seemingly busy title company is to FOLLOW UP immediately within 24 hours to confirm anything pending post closing.

2021-05-29The worst title company I’ve ever had the misery to deal with. If it’s not paying screwing up names on titles, not filing deeds correctly, miscalculating prorations, not disbursing commission checks on time, causing clients to be highly frustrated.. Murphy’s law is attracted to this place.. I couldn’t wait to close my last file with them. I got weary of customers complaining and Zing staff taking their sweet time to correct major issues. How do you not have a mortgage payoff by closing date? Or not have the correct notary stamp for the subject state.. and can go on but they should not be in this business... every file I gave them was botched... run fast

2020-08-06It was my first time working with Zing Title, and the experience was excellent, they were available to my clients from the beginning to the end of the transaction, their rates are reasonable, we had a situation where a cosigner did not know that his wife needed be at the closing; Amy and Debbi were kind enough to meet with the cosigners wife at her workplace to have the document certified and we were able to close without any problem, I will definitely recommend their servicethank you !

2019-05-22Debbie Adams (the BEST) and Zing Title are my go-to title people and closing agents. They have been the best for me. Very thorough and caring! And willing to work with my Buyers and Sellers going through the processes. Ive used many a closing agent through my 48 years in real estate and they are at the top of my list!
